关于两个计算利息问题的探讨

任何企业从事生产经营活动都必须要有一定量的资金 ,资金的取得有两条途径 :一是企业的所有者自己投入 ,二是企业向企业外部借入 ,不论是自有资金还是借入资金 ,资金的取得和使用都是有代价的。本文就企业向银行借款的利息如何计算说明一下个人的观点。     

“以讲述为主、案例教学为辅”法律教学新模式的探索

案例教学法注重归纳推理,是美国等发达国家进行法律教学、培养优秀法律人才、并已为实践证明的一种有效手段.我国处于成文法法律体系中,倾向于以讲授为主的教学法,重在演绎推理.在我国的法律教学中,如何突破传统的教学模式,引进案例教学,通过案例教学的研究与实践,探索构建"以讲述为主、案例教学为辅"法律教学新模式,给法学理论与司法实践有机结合寻找一个连接点,成为我校法律系诸位教师的共识,并进行了理论研究和实践探索.笔者试图对之进行探索和总结,以期抛砖引玉.     

Interval censoring: Model characterizations for the validity of the simplified likelihood

In survival data analysis, the interval censoring problem has generally been treated via likelihood methods. Because this likelihood is complex, it is often assumed that the censoring mechanisms do not affect the mortality process. The authors specify conditions that ensure the validity of such a simplified likelihood. They prove the equivalence between different characterizations of noninformative censoring and define a constant‐sum condition analogous to the one derived in the context of right censoring. They also prove that when the noninformative or constant‐sum condition holds, the simplified likelihood can be used to obtain the nonparametric maximum likelihood estimator of the death time distribution function.

Equivalence of two tests in varying coefficient partially linear errors in variable model with missing responses

This paper considers two tests on varying coefficient partially linear errors-in-variables models (VCPLM-EV) with missing responses under the linear constraint. The restricted estimator for the parametric component is derived and proven to share asymptotically normal distribution. In order to test the linear constraint, two statistics based on the profile Lagrange multiplier method and the corrected residual sum of squares method respectively, are proposed. It is of interest to obtain that the magnitudes of the two statistics are equal exactly and follow the asymptotical chi-square distribution. This reveals a new type of Wilk’s phenomenon in VCPLM-EV models with missing response. Finally, some numerical examples are carried out to illustrate relevant performances.     

Sum of a Random Number of Correlated Random Variables that Depend on the Number of Summands

The mean and variance of a sum of a random number of random variables are well known when the number of summands is independent of each summand and when the summands are independent and identically distributed (iid), or when all summands are identical. In scientific and financial applications, the preceding conditions are often too restrictive. Here, we calculate the mean and variance of a sum of a random number of random summands when the mean and variance of each summand depend on the number of summands and when every pair of summands has the same correlation. This article shows that the variance increases with the correlation between summands and equals the variance in the iid or identical cases when the correlation is zero or one.

对电影的认识历来表现为有机整体与机械整体两种不同取向.中国电影叫好不叫座或叫座不叫好的现象的实质是机械整体思维方式下的电影综合艺术观的反映.有机整体论视野中的电影创作虽需综合各种艺术手段,但它是各部分协调合作和精妙秩序下整合效应(即新质)的产生;电影审美接受中,人的知觉系统是按照一定的规律形成和组织起来的整体,而不是感觉元素的拼凑.     

一类计划排序问题确定相邻两零件次序的条件

文中考虑n个零件在m台机器上加工且在每两台机器加工时段之间存在停歇时段,以总加工时间最小为目标当零件加工同顺序的排序问题。其主要结果是将同顺序m×n排序问题中著名的越——韩条件推广到有停歇时间的问题中,得到两个确定相邻两零件次序的条件(定理4,定理5)。
