《淮南子》和《乐记》的“物感说”比较

“物感说”是中国文论史上关于文艺的本源论和生成论。《淮南子》和《乐记》分别从道、儒两家不同的思想体系立论，对其都作了具体的论述，两家有相同的观点也有相异的看法，对后世都产生了相应的影响。     

宁夏农村汉字使用情况的调查与分析

宁夏农村在推广规范汉字方面取得了鼓舞人心的成绩:中小学生不使用"二简字";全区没有发现使用"吋、呎、浬、"等已被国家宣布淘汰的计量单位名称用字。然而,还存在不可回避的问题。为此,应切实做好国家关于规范字政策的宣传工作,使人们从思想上真正认识使用规范字的意义,指导人们正确对待掌握汉字有关原理和使用汉字之间的关系。     

清纯下女、"藐姑仙子"或"畸形的恶兽"——中国现代留日作家小说中日本女性的三个类型

1912至1936年间，尤其是1920年代，中国现代留日作家小说中塑造了大量个性复杂多样的日本女性形象。在中国文学史上这是第一次大规模地塑造以日本现实为基础的日本人形象．并占据了日本题材小说创作的主流地位，具有重要的开拓意义。     

从部门本位回归到基本理性——对检察机关职权配置的思考

目前,我国法学界对检察机关职权配置问题存在着激烈的争论。争论的主要问题有三个。其中,检察机关是否有侦查权是个伪问题,其本质是检察机关行使侦查权时由谁来监督;检察官不是“中立及超然”的司法人员,不应当有对强制措施的批准权;检察官不应当以居高临下的“法律监督者”的身份监督审判程序,而是应当通过程序动议权和上诉权监督审判程序。目前主张维持检察机关职权现状的学者,有严重的部门本位主义,检察权改革应当摒弃部门本位主义。     

试论清代两湖地区书院的刻书业及其兴盛原因

历代书院刻印的图书,在版本学上称为"书院本"。其版本价值较高,历来倍受文士学者重视。清代两湖地区的书院兴盛且日益官学化,书院刻书业比较发达,留下大量作品。究其原因,主要包括社会、政治、经济、文化和学术五个方面。     

EFFECTS OF INTERNET USE AND SOCIAL RESOURCES ON CHANGES IN DEPRESSION

We examine how people's different uses of the Internet predict their later scores on a standard measure of depression, and how their existing social resources moderate these effects. In a longitudinal US survey conducted in 2001 and 2002, almost all respondents reported using the Internet for information, and entertainment and escape; these uses of the Internet had no impact on changes in respondents' level of depression. Almost all respondents also used the Internet for communicating with friends and family, and they showed lower depression scores six months later. Only about 20 percent of this sample reported using the Internet to meet new people and talk in online groups. Doing so changed their depression scores depending on their initial levels of social support. Those having high or medium levels of social support showed higher depression scores; those with low levels of social support did not experience these increases in depression. Our results suggest that individual differences in social resources and people's choices of how they use the Internet may account for the different outcomes reported in the literature.     

中小企业内部控制系统现状及完善对策的探讨

会计信息失真现象与社会环境、经济环境、市场经济的发育程度等企业的外部环境息息相关，但单位内部控制系统弱化是一个更重要、更直接的内部因素。因此，建立和加强单位的内部控制，使内部控制合理设计并有效实施，才能最大可能地防止会计造假等错弊行为的发生，保证会计信息的真实、完整、相关、透明，才能促使企业价值的增值。本文以中小企业作为研究对象，对中小企业如何加强与完善内部控制系统作了一些探讨，提出了一些具体的措施。     

A qualitative comparative analysis of strategies for an ageing society, with special reference to pension and employment policies

The primary purpose of this study is to typify the respondent strategies of the OECD countries based on the interconnected structure of income and employment guarantees. More specifically, this article seeks to typify welfare policies into four types (welfare-to-work, welfare emphasis, labour emphasis, market emphasis) based on the leniency of the pension system and active state intervention in employment security. With the resultant four types, this article then places them as the dependent variable while incorporating per capita GDP, aged dependency ratio, pension maturity level, union density, constitutional structure index and degree of decommodification as causal variables. Through this process, this article aims to derive the decisive variable for each type through qualitative comparative analysis.     

胡仔生平新考

胡仔的《苕溪渔隐丛话》是宋代的一部重要诗话总集。该书的价值不仅体现在文献方面，其间也有胡仔自己精到的品诗论人之语，惜前人对此罕有论及。欲探求胡仔的诗学观点，必先对其本人做以清楚的了解。然《宋史》未为其立传，学界的间或之论亦凌乱和残缺。文章通过对相关资料进行整合，并利用新的文献资料，对胡仔的生平做了较为完整清晰的勾勒，从而为胡仔的诗学批评理论研究奠定基础。     

“褒崇”牌坊后的生命叹息——梁焯研究

梁焯是明代成化至嘉靖时期佛山人，官至兵部职方司员外郎。作为南海士大夫集团成员之一。对佛山的宗族、政治和经济影响较为深远。他始终追随王阳明．崇尚理学．有不少佛山弟子。在思想史方面，梁焯对佛山的影响不可小觑。但梁焯研究进展缓慢．而且还存在不少误区。笔者希望通过家谱族谱和各种相关史料整理、考证、分析和研究．使人们能够加深对这位佛山著名历史人物的了解。梁焯的从政经历．特别是他在理学上的见解，文献资料中的记载都比较简略，需要更多的人去发掘研究。
