Contradictions and crises of neoliberal–imperial globalization and the political opportunity structures for the Global Justice Movements

The Global Justice Movements emerged in the context of the contradictions and crisis of neoliberal–imperial globalization and the critique of it. They therefore express and provide a basis for the politicization of the negative consequences of post-Fordism and its crisis. This article examines the structural changes of the last 30 years from a Gramscian perspective of neoliberal globalization as a “passive revolution” and as the deepening of a “imperial mode of living” at a global scale. It is argued that examining structural changes helps us to understand why protest and social movements re-emerged around the year 2000. The article discusses some central features of the Global Justice Movements by focusing on the international Attac movement and the recent Occupy movement.     

The disaster relief and social work after the Wenchuan earthquake in Mainland China

ABSTRACT

This paper mainly focuses on the development of disaster social work in Mainland China and the intervention of social work in disaster relief. Before the Wenchuan earthquake and in the initial stage of post-earthquake, disaster social work was mainly based on individual psychotherapy; from the earthquake to the year of 2012 in which post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction was completed, the disaster relief began to emphasise community building and integration, while the basic framework for disaster social work was also established. Social workers begin to explore the new mode of developmental and localised disaster social work. By combining with the practical experiences from disaster social work, this paper tries to highlight the dilemmas confronting disaster relief in Mainland China and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which could improve the future disaster relief system in Mainland China.     

台湾社区总体营造的运行模式探析

台湾在二十世纪的八十年代末至九十年代,特别是在解除戒严体制之后,越来越多的人开始关心他们所居住的社区,出现了所谓的社区总体营造。及至至今,台湾的社区总体营造可谓风生水起,对台湾的发展,特别是台湾人民的生活起到了非常重要的作用。在当今经济社会全球一体化的大背景下,台湾社区总体营造模式能成功实施并延续至今,这对于大陆地区所开展的新农村建设具有重要的借鉴价值。     

陕西省小城镇发展模式研究

从"城镇空间组织关系"、"区域自然生态条件"、"城镇发展水平"三个维度出发进行综合空间分类,大致可把陕西省小城镇分为中心城市带动型、自组织发展型、落后地区引导发展型三种类型,并在发展模式选择与实施等方面做了探讨,为政府决策提供政策参考。     

代际关系变迁视野下道德濡化模式的当代转变

道德濡化具有代际制约性。在传统的和谐—控制型代际关系下,道德濡化模式为"前喻型",它使道德濡化得以较好实现。当代社会变迁中,代际关系趋于复杂,代际隔阂产生,前喻型道德濡化模式不再适应新的代际关系,道德濡化遭遇时代困境。当代道德濡化要想走出困境,需要建立和谐—平等型代际关系,建构互喻型道德濡化模式。     

我国高校通识教育课程审议模式探析

从主体、内容及过程等层面对课程审议模式的内涵予以澄清,基于审议的方向和重心的视角,提出上构式课程审议和下构式课程审议两种模式。通过对国内大学通识教育课程实践的考察,将其归纳为下构式的审议模式,在对其基本特征与成效进行分析的基础上,尝试创建一种上构式的通识教育课程审议模式,并对不同阶段的审议内容和特征展开论证。     

Resource Distribution in Multiple Attacks with Imperfect Detection of the Attack Outcome

This article extends the previous research of consecutive attacks strategy by assuming that an attacker observes the outcome of each attack imperfectly. With given probabilities it may wrongly identify a destroyed target as undestroyed, and wrongly identify an undestroyed target as destroyed. The outcome of each attack is determined by a contest success function that depends on the amount of resources allocated by the defender and the attacker to each attack. The article suggests a probabilistic model of the multiple attacks and analyzes how the target destruction probability and the attacker's relative resource expenditure are impacted by the two probabilities of incorrect observation, the attacker's and defender's resource ratio, the contest intensity, the number of attacks, and the resource distribution across attacks. We analyze how the attacker chooses the number of attacks, the attack stopping rule, and the optimal resource distribution across attacks to maximize its utility.     

后金融危机时期完善公允价值计量的探索

在2008年的金融风暴中,公允价值计量虽然暴露出其固有缺陷,但目前仍不失为一种面对市场的、动态反映产权价值运动的最佳计量模式。在后金融危机时期,我们需要通过建立健全市场机制、降低公允价值计量的实际操作难度、完善估值技术等手段进一步修改与完善公允价值计量模式,助推经济复苏与调整。

基于"中国文化失语症"这一严重而又尴尬的现象,以及中国外语教学长期以来对母语文化教学忽视的现状,立足于母语文化教学在中国外语教学中的必要性,从教学目标、教学原则、教学内容和教学方法等四个方面进行母语文化的教学模式构建,探讨了切实可行的中国母语文化教学模式。

在校院两级管理体系下,二级院系教学质量监控尤为重要。通过对二级院系教学质量监控现状的分析,提出二级院系要做好教学质量监控必须明确建设目标和建设内容,从监控体系的组织、人员构成、监控制度、监控内涵到信息反馈、改进系统,以及运行保障措施等几个方面采取措施,从而保证教学质量监控工作的持续、有效进行。
