高校德育传播有效性的探讨

德育是人际传播的一种。根据人际传播相互作用有效性高的特征,教育者应增强包含信誉、专业权威、使命感在内的角色意识,了解受传者的先在结构(学习者在进入学习环境之前的心理模式),采用“成年—成年”互应型传播方式(双方以平行的自我状态进行的人际传播),建构现实性(适应社会)和超越性(追寻人类的精神家园)兼具的德育目标。这是改进德育工作的思路和方法,是削弱德育传播损耗、加强德育针对性及有效性的重要手段。     

Estructura de control y sus correlatos en una burocracia profesional: el caso de un hospital

Resumen

Se utilizó el método del «Gráfico de Control» de Tannenbaum con el fin de estudiar la estructura de poder y autoridad de una organización hospitalaria, los resultados obtenidos confirman el carácter de burocracia profesional característico de este tipo de organizaciones. Se detectó una disminución del control percibido de la línea administrativa por parte del componente más profesionalizado. Así mismo se demostró la percepción diferencial de la estructura de control por parte de los miembros en función de su localización estructural y sus efectos sobre el contexto diseño y eficacia de los puestos y unidades, confirmándose los resultados de otros estudios que han detectado este mismo fenómeno. Estos resultados apoyan la bondad «Gráfico de Control» para el estudio de la estructura de poder y autoridad en las organizaciones formales.     

Campus-Based College Health Services Before the Amherst Program (1860): Military Academies Lead the Way

Abstract

Over the past 70 years a legend has evolved that the first college health program in the United States was established at Amherst College in 1861. Although the program at Amherst was innovative in its day and served as a model for the field of college health, several other institutions prior to 1860 appropriated funds, hired staff, and established on-campus programs to improve the health of their students. The military academies led the way, and the first of these early programs to become operational was located at the US Military Academy at West Point, New York, in 1830.

The challenges of safety improvement in New Zealand public hospitals

Patient Safety is central to the New Zealand (NZ) health strategy. However international experience shows that safety improvement work frequently fails to meet its objectives. This article provides a qualitative account of the challenges of safety improvement from the perspective of nurses, doctors, and managers in three departments in two NZ public hospitals. These staff described significant tensions in relation to engagement and organisational capacity. An analysis of their perspectives through the Organising for Quality model [Bate et al. 2008, Organising for quality: The improvement journeys of leading hospitals in Europe and the United States, Oxford & New York, Radcliffe Publishing] highlights the significance of failures at the level of structure, culture, politics, motivation and infrastructure.

人均第三产业增加值与人口城市化水平关系研究

通过应用EV iews软件包对人均第三产业增加值与人口城市化水平数据样本进行回归分析,采用G ranger因果关系检验方法对二者因果关系进行验证,证明了我国人均第三产业增加值增长与人口城市化水平高度正相关,且二者之间存在内在的因果关系,其中我国人均第三产业增加值增长是人口城市化水平变化的重要动因,但人均第三产业增加值对人口城市化水平的影响是滞后的。指出在推进城市化的进程中不能忽略第三产业的发展,一定区域内经济的发展要因地制宜,要看到各产业对城市化的推动作用是同样的,关键看该产业是否适合该区域经济、社会和自然的和谐发展。
