基于供需匹配视角的外汇衍生品市场分析——以大连市为例

从供需匹配的角度对大连市外汇衍生品市场的运行现状进行分析,指出大连衍生品市场在交易品种、交易主体、交易币种和交易期限方面存在供需不匹配现象,认为实需原则、人民币汇率单边上涨、银行等金融机构服务能力欠缺是导致这一现象的原因。在此基础上,提出促进外汇衍生品市场发展的建议。

针对车辆识别过程中的车牌定位、字符识别等阶段干扰因素较多,而国内开发的自动识别系统识别率和误判率没有达到标准要求,提出采用人工神经网络对车牌定位、字符识别等关键阶段进行处理的方法。并对当前车牌识别技术的现状、技术种类及水平进行全面剖析,总结相关识别技术的核心算法。利用神经网络较好的容错能力、自适应及抗干扰能力,可以有效解决车牌信息采集干扰较大、信息不全等问题,表现出良好的应用前景。     

Measuring sport performances under pressure by classification trees with application to basketball shooting

Measuring players'' performance in team sports is fundamental since managers need to evaluate players with respect to the ability to score during crucial moments of the game. Using Classification and Regression Trees (CART) and play-by-play basketball data, we estimate the probabilities to score the shot with respect to a selection of game covariates related to game pressure. We use scoring probabilities to develop a player-specific shooting performance index that takes into account for the difficulty associated to score different types of shots. By applying this procedure to a large sample of 2016–2017 Basketball Champions League (BCL) and 2017–2018 National Basketball Association (NBA) games, we compare the factors affecting shooting performance in Europe and in the United States and we evaluate a selection of players in terms of the proposed shooting performance index with the final aim of providing useful guidelines for the team strategy.     

竞技体育恶意犯规的认定及刑法规制 ——以FIBA篮球规则为切入点

我国竞技体育赛场中的恶意犯规频繁出现。从2010年至2019年中国篮协与中国足协作出的133个“违规违纪处罚决定书”可以看出,若抽离出竞技体育赛场,部分恶意犯规行为已完全符合故意伤害罪的构成要件,而行为人却并未承担刑事责任,这违背了刑法面前人人平等的原则,产生了错误的宣示效应,阻碍了我国体育事业的健康发展。刑法的缺位源于刑法理论的错误适用及竞技体育行业的过度自治。恶意犯规的本质为故意伤害,对恶意犯规的认定要在具体竞技体育项目的语境下进行。基于刑法的谦抑性与竞技体育的特殊性,刑法的介入应当以促进体育事业发展为宗旨,只有满足相应前提条件、时间条件、主体条件、限度条件和主观条件的竞技体育伤害行为才具有正当性。在《民法典》确立“自甘风险”原则、促进全民积极参与体育活动的背景下,建立事前预防、事中介入、事后处罚的长效机制才是惩治竞技体育恶意犯规的基本路径。

对目前篮球教学中不利于学生素质发展的诸问题进行了调查分析,得出目前的教学方法和形式不利于培养学生的素质和能力的结论。对高校篮球教学从内容、形式、手段等方面做了相应的改革探索,并提出高校篮球教学必须确定以学生为本的教学指导思想,同时把学生素质和能力的培养贯穿于体育教学中。     

大学生男子篮球运动员竞赛焦虑状态及调控

运用运动心理学的相关理论与方法对河北省大运会男子篮球赛的部分运动员竞赛焦虑状态的影响因素进行问卷调查,得出影响程度由大到小为:挫折、冲突、比赛、失误、自我评价、实力和身体状态。针对具体情况,提出了教练员在赛前、赛中以及日常训练时的心理调控和培养对策。     

The “Good Enough” Fit: Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis as Culturally Sensitive Practice

This paper examines the impact of the gender, race, class, and culture of the three participants in the patient-therapist dyad and the patient-therapist-supervisor triad, and how these similarities and differences reflect the unconscious cultivation of transferences and internalizations. The analyst's skills, art, experience, and relative freedom from conventional assumptions are important, and the main problem for analyst and supervisor is to meet the challenge to our analytic selves posed by conventional assumptions, which are compromises regarding culturally sensitive issues that derive from the ever-present dominant culture and its ideologies.
