公民基本道德规范刍论

在“爱国守法、明理诚信、团结友善、勤俭自强、敬业奉献”的20个字公民基本道德规范中,爱国守法是公民的首要的道德责任;明理诚信是公民良好道德素质的表征;团结友善是公民必备的思想品德;勤俭自强是公民可靠的立身途径;敬业奉献是公民崇高的精神境界。它们环环紧扣,层层递进,构成一个紧密联系、不可分割的完整体系。     

构块语法之简评

构块语法(Construction Grammar)是以认知语言学为理论背景、由Adele E.Goldberg和Paul Kay等在20世纪90年代提出来的语法理论。构块语法力图解释语言中的所有现象,论元结构研究和有标记构块的研究是其成果最突出的两个领域。构块语法的一个基本观点是:构块是形式和意义的结合体,即使是在具体词语缺席的情况下也具有与形式相应的意义和语用功能。本文对构块语法的历史与现状、基本特征、研究中心和应用前景作一简述。     

Bayesian model selection for D‐vine pair‐copula constructions

In recent years analyses of dependence structures using copulas have become more popular than the standard correlation analysis. Starting from Aas et al. ( 2009 ) regular vine pair‐copula constructions (PCCs) are considered the most flexible class of multivariate copulas. PCCs are involved objects but (conditional) independence present in data can simplify and reduce them significantly. In this paper the authors detect (conditional) independence in a particular vine PCC model based on bivariate t copulas by deriving and implementing a reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm. However, the methodology is general and can be extended to any regular vine PCC and to all known bivariate copula families. The proposed approach considers model selection and estimation problems for PCCs simultaneously. The effectiveness of the developed algorithm is shown in simulations and its usefulness is illustrated in two real data applications. 西南联大作为中国教育史上一所办学非常成功的大学,它曾与学校所在地的云南地方有非常良好的互动,其中之一即是广泛参与云南的地方调查与建设。西南联大专家教授们参与云南地方调查与建设,一方面使他们得以学有所用,另一方面也使云南地方的各项建设得到有力的推动,最终学校和地方实现了双赢。     

Grounding Constructions of Carers: Exploring the Experiences of Carers through a Grounded Approach

Social and political constructions of carers have been criticizedfor undervaluing the complexities of the experiences of carers.However, relatively little research has attempted to generatemore meaningful constructions of carers by drawing these considerationstogether. The purpose of this article is to begin addressingthis need. To accomplish this, the article is presented in twosections. First, an overview is provided on the current constructionsof carers and suggested considerations for research. Second,with this overview as its context, a study, taken from the author’sacademic dissertation, is presented. The study sets out to generatemore meaningful constructions of the caring experience througha grounded approach. The findings are based on a focus groupand interviews with fourteen carers in total. A diverse rangeof participants were involved, in order to generate categoriesthat would hold more relevance across caring experiences. Fourcommon categories for carers emerged, along with propertiesthat explained differences in experiences. The categories ofwhen carers start to care, circumstances change over time, justifyingthe use of support and using support are subsequently discussedin relation to current constructions, practice and policy.

以人为本:现代法治建设的基本价值取向

现代法治的基本精神和实践原则都起源于宪政理论,而宪政的诸多理念无不围绕"以人为本"这个核心价值来展开。然而,在阶级社会里由于法的异化,背离了法的本意,制约着人的发展。法律回归于人,法与人的和谐统一,既是法律发展的趋势,也是人的发展的客观要求,同时还是构建我国和谐社会的基本路径和举措。目前,我国在法的人本化方面取得了很大进展,但要实现法与人的和谐统一,还必须作出各方面的努力。     

课题式教学在《建筑外观设计》教学中的应用

在教授《建筑外观设计》课程的过程中,基于课程本身现状,不断需找与之能够更好结合并且能够快速提升教学效果,提高学生能力的教学方法。面对目前《建筑外观设计》教学环节出现的问题提出采用项目式教学开展课程教学。通过对该教学模式改进教学内容、教学过程和教学方法从而培养学生的设计实践能力,促使艺术设计教育面向实际、面向市场。     

用马克思主义人的全面发展理论指导校园文化建设

通过对我国当前校园文化建设的理性思考,从校园文化建设与人的全面发展的关系入手,阐述了马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论在校园文化建设中的重要指导意义。并结合实际情况就新时期如何加强校园文化建设提出了几点具有建设性的意见。
