大庆文化形态之分析

大庆市是一个多民族地区,其文化主要有三种形态:一是土著文化,即草原文化;二是移民文化,即农耕文化;三是工业文化,即近现代文化.在和谐社会建设中,大庆市在发挥工业文化主导作用的同时,要重视农耕文化,尤其要研究和重视草原文化的民族特性,从蒙古族所处的地理环境、资源条件、历史文化、民族特点等实际出发,依托和借助于地域的和民族的载体与形式,使草原文化不仅在传承中发展,也能在与农耕文化、工业文化的交融中更新.     

非物质文化遗产保护中的政府角色研究——基于宪政理论的视角

有限政府与有效政府是现代宪政理论对政府角色的双重规定.随着宪政理论自身的演展,其适用领域得以巨大拓展,其作为分析工具的合法性与事实上的合理性得到人们的广泛认可.非物质文化遗产保护中有限政府的角色主要体现为:对政府权力与职能疆域进行合理限定,实现政治国家与公民社会的合作治理保护,建构相应的问责与回馈机制.有效政府的角色主要体现为:政府职能的到位与有效,整塑组织结构、为政府有效发挥职能提供权能平台以及催生相应的法律保障体系等.     

Perceptions of grandparents who provide auxiliary care: value transmission and child‐rearing practices

A grounded theory qualitative study was developed to explore how grandparents perceive their role as socializing agents. Forty‐two grandparents with grandchildren aged from 6 to 12 years old participated in this study. Data were collected through focus groups, which were conducted until reaching data saturation and analyzed using the constant comparative method. Four general conclusions emerged from the study: (i) grandparents recognized the importance of getting involved in the socialization of grandchildren as supporters of parents' socializing role, and the need to adapt to social changes; (ii) they emphasized traditional value that were perceived in decline, and combination of warmth and involvement were considered the best way to help grandchildren internalize values; (iii) interaction with grandchildren helped grandparents to feel active and useful, increased their life purpose and gave them a second chance to enjoy what they could not with their own children; and (iv) grandparents also accused burden and role ambiguity. These results show the importance of developing family policies that recognize grandparents' socializing role. Also, interventions that promote strategies that enable grandparents to perform their role more successfully and to cope with possible family conflicts should be developed.

《母亲》是赛珍珠荣获诺贝尔文学奖的七部作品之一,也是赛珍珠作品中最为独特的一部.“母亲”的共名身份,是在特定生存环境所编织而就的伦理关系网中确立的;其身份危机与角色冲突导致了一系列伦理困境:“母亲”的生命冲动与生活其间的社会空间、物质空间、精神空间冲突产生的伦理困境,诚实与谎言、忠诚与背叛、珍视生命与对生命扼杀两难导致的罪与罚的伦理困境,女性身份认同与性别歧视观念的矛盾导致的伦理困境等.赛珍珠用“共名”身份塑造的母亲形象,使“母亲”成为中国劳动母亲们的典型形象,因而超越了个体意义而具有了普适性特征.     

Supervision of students in social care education: practice teachers’ views of their role

This paper presents findings from research about how practice teachers in social care education in Ireland view their role, in particular what elements they prioritise and what they see as relatively unimportant. The aim of the research was exploratory, seeking to discover commonalities and differences in how practice teachers saw their role in the supervision of social care students. Q methodology was used to compare the participants’ viewpoints. Twenty practice teachers, from varying practice backgrounds and levels of experience, sorted statements outlining aspects of the practice teacher’s role, during individual interviews. Analysis indicates participants had two ways of conceptualising the role. One focuses within the agency, prioritising students’ awareness of the clients using the social care service and policies as guiding practice. The second encapsulates a broader view of learning beyond the agency, focusing on the practice teacher assisting the student to integrate theory with practice and using reflection as a learning tool. Conclusions are drawn in relation to social care education.     

论需求分析在大学英语分级教学中的作用

需求分析是英语课程计划中的基本步骤,是大纲设计一切活动的前提。在深化大学英语教学改革的今天,需求分析的重要性得到了越来越多人的认可。由此,从需求分析理论入手,着重探讨了大学英语分级教学的现状以及在此背景下开展需求分析的重要作用。     

法社会学中的个体角色与和谐社会的法治构造

和谐社会是成千上万优秀个体角色组成的,社会规范下的个体角色的认知与责任是构建现代和谐社会的基础。优秀的个体角色的形成,是构建和谐社会的法治基础。个体角色对权利、义务认知,个体角色的道德观念和行为准则是对社会规范、社会习俗的尊重。法律规范社会化下的个体角色,实质上是塑造与社会公共权利机关所确定的社会规范相适应的自我。个体角色彼此之间都是一面镜子,相互反映着对方的自我,任何一个个体角色都可以从其他角色的态度中来认识自我。个体角色彼此之间又都在无形中相互影响、起着率先垂范的作用。     

大学英语教师在MCALL中的角色定位

大学英语教师在MCALL课堂上的传统角色存在诸多弊端。以建构主义理论为指导,以培养学生的主动性、协作性和创造性为目标,重新考虑课堂师生角色的建构策略,大学英语教师在MCALL课堂上应该进入新的角色。     

社会角色理论在发展项目管理课程教学中的应用

采用小组工作、案例研究、项目实践等方法,对社会角色理论在项目管理教学中的应用进行了系统分析,结果表明,通过教学改革,建议学生参与发展项目实践并进行职业角色演练,培养学生社会职业角色认识、促进职业角色适应和学生与员工的职业角色转变。建议教师在教学过程中明确自身的角色定位,根据教学需要调整教学方法,保证大学生职业角色培养的连贯性。社会角色理论在发展项目管理教学中的应用,完善了项目管理学教学理论,促使高等教育与社会实践紧密结合,提高管理学科的教学水平。     

导师制对本科生培养的作用和意义

在高等院校,硕士生、博士生的培养一般实行导师制,而本科生的培养采用导师制的比较鲜见。在本科生导师制试点的基础上,重点对导师制在本科生培养中的作用和意义进行了论述导师制是学生思想政治教育和管理体制的重要组成部分;导师制能有效促进当前习惯的教学模式的改革和完善;导师制是开展第二课堂活动的好制度。高等学校在本科生培养中有条件广泛实行导师制,应重视推广这一制度。
