旅游人才培养模式探析

旅游高等教育人才培养的现状,导致人才培养与市场需求相脱节.采取专业培养目标的综合性与多面性、课程体系设置与教学方式的实践性、增强教师理论联系实际的能力、加强校企合作等相应对策, 寻求多元化学生实战能力的培养方式。

会展旅游已被国际旅游界誉为"旅游业皇冠上的明珠"。郑州发展会展旅游具有天时、地利、人和等方面的有利条件,但仍存在认识落后、体制不健全等问题;政府应在更新观念转变角色、健全体制加强监管的同时,加大硬件软件建设力度,抓好品牌营销,打造好"中部会展旅游之都"、"中国会展名城"的品牌。     

旅游文学作品的经济文化功用——以云南红河州为例

旅游文学作品是旅游资源向旅游产品和旅游目的地转化的"隐形之手"。旅游资源无一不在旅游文学作品的影响下,由可能变成现实,成为旅游产品的文化根基。旅游资源在变成旅游产品和旅游目的地进入市场被旅游者消费的过程中,旅游文学作品表现出独特的经济文化功用。     

Streetwise sales and the social order of city streets

This paper analyses how a Big Issue vendor approached passers-by and how they responded, how recognizable courses of social and economic activity were interactionally produced from initiation through to some conclusion. The paper recovers how the vendor's work was contextually embedded in the urban landscape, how it was constrained by, and actively shaped, the social order of the street. Drawing on video-audio recordings the paper contributes to a growing body of ethnographic and ethnomethodological research which has emphasized the embodied, contingent and interactional character of economic activity. By examining such materials, the paper is well positioned to describe how the vendor found his market on the street, social interventions that propelled passers-by into buying behaviour. The paper sheds light on now familiar encounters which occur millions of times each week in the UK and beyond.     

大力发展旅游业促进西部民族地区小康社会建设

旅游业是西部民族地区的优势产业.旅游业的发展对西部民族地区全面建设小康社会意义重大.全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的提出,为西部民族地区旅游业的大发展提供了良好机遇、绝大动力和深厚基础.西部民族地区应该抓住有利时机,采取创新战略、跨越式发展战略和可持续发展战略大力发展旅游业,通过旅游业的发展带动该地区的全面小康社会建设.     

A review on Ecological Engineering based Engineering Management

Engineering achievements have improved the quality of human life, provided creature comforts, and expanded the human domain to unprecedented levels. When enjoying all these achievements, human beings are coming to realize that the more invasion of the nature, the more environmental problems. Under the context of sustainable development, it is certain that effective Engineering Management calls for an ecological concept. The basic claim of this paper is that Engineering Management should be based on Ecological Engineering, which is an essential requirement of effective Engineering Management. At the same time, Ecological Engineering shall serve as the base of Engineering Management, which is commanded by the characteristics of Ecological Engineering. To date, there are only scattered studies focused on Engineering Management using the ecological concept. Moreover, there is no systematic concept of Ecological Engineering based Engineering Management (EMEE). In this paper, a thorough review of EMEE is presented. Our goals are to clarify this concept, promote this promising thought, summarize past research, and identify issues for future research to create impacts on the practice of Engineering Management.     

Reproductive vibes: therapeutic atmospheres and the reproductive force of tourism mobilities

ABSTRACT

Drawing on a conceptual framework of therapeutic atmospheres, I explore the question of how a tourist destination reverberated with reproductive potentiality or a ‘reproductive vibe.’ I draw on ethnographic fieldwork attentive to the ‘charged atmosphere of everyday life’, to consider how reproductive possibilities unfolded in the Costa Rican Caribbean for some tourist women. Moving away from the autonomous, liberal, mobile subject as only ever a rational agent in reproductive decision-making, this article introduces new actors into the analytical and empirical framework of reproductive mobilities and cross-border reproductive care. I look at destination branding entangled with therapeutic ‘life affirming’ possibilities that emanated from local spaces and relations with the environment. In doing so, I trouble the irrational/rationality binary that dominates notions of reproductive decision-making to consider the role of affect, feelings, and bodies in reproductive subjectivities.     

政策工具视角下的乡村休闲旅游业发展

乡村产业助推农业增效、农村繁荣和农民富裕,是乡村全面振兴的重要根基。发展乡村休闲旅游业是实现乡村产业振兴的重要抓手,建立健全乡村休闲旅游业政策体系是推动乡村休闲旅游业发展的前提。以国务院《关于促进乡村产业振兴的指导意见》为样本,基于政策工具乡村价值的二维分析框架,采用内容分析法,对中国乡村休闲旅游业政策工具运用的现状进行分析。研究发现:乡村休闲旅游业政策工具应用偏好环境型政策工具,但其内部结构不均衡,尤其是策略性措施使用频率较高;结合乡村价值维度来看,不同价值维度下政策工具的运用不平衡,面向文化及生态价值维度的政策工具较少;此外,乡村休闲旅游业政策工具组合涉及诸多部门和机构,配套机制亟待优化完善。未来乡村休闲旅游业政策工具实践应用应优化基本政策工具的内部组合结构,加大面向文化与生态价值维度的政策工具支持,建立健全乡村休闲旅游业政策体系及配套机制。     

旅游发展、人力资本、外商直接投资对经济增长的影响——基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的实证分析

本文选取2000-2017年东南亚地区9个国家的面板数据,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数构建新的经济增长模型,分析了旅游发展、人力资本、外商直接投资对经济增长的影响.研究发现,旅游发展、人力资本对东南亚国家的经济增长都有较为显著的促进作用,而外商直接投资对经济增长的作用需要考虑投资质量、东道国内部环境等因素.东南亚国家借助已有资源大力发展旅游业、提高人力资本水平、吸引高质量外商直接投资,同时大力改善其内部环境等促进经济增长的举措对中国具有借鉴意义.
