交通出行分布估计方法研究

从我国现有的交叉口交通流量资料出发,提出了一种实用的交通出行分布估计方法,即由交叉口交通量来估计小区间的ＯＤ（Ｏｒｉｇｉｎ－Ｄｅｓｔｉｎａｔｉｏｎ,起点－终点）分布。     

试论我国少年警察制度的建立

少年警察对于预防少年违法犯罪、保护少年合法权益的作用重大。我国的少年警察制度在立法和司法实践两个方面都处于较低的发展水平,为完善我国的少年保护机构和少年司法机构体系,更好地实现预防、惩治少年违法犯罪和保护少年的目的,我国应当建立完善的少年警察制度。我国少年警察制度的建立包括机构设置、职责确定和人员配备三个方面,其中,职责确定是核心部分。      

Urban culture and physical and sports activities. The "sportification" of parkour and street golf as cultural mediation

The article explores the process of "sportification"--i.e., processing physical activity in a sport regulated by a set of rules and standards, legitimized by supervisory institutions--from two originals practices, parkour and urban golf. To study these practices, we crossed the contributions of urban sociology and of the contemporary sociology of sport while respecting the methodological principles of qualitative sociology. A first point concerns the process of"sport" itself, its definition, its various stages, and the role played by communication of stakeholders on public space. The cultural mediation shows us how to institutionalize the movement that represents the "sports" resulted in the same time reconfiguration of physical practices themselves. Recent events illustrate the ongoing reconfiguration, we will detail them. Finally, we show the effects produced by the process on the definition of urban culture and sports: setting sight of activities, enhanced cooperation with the media-cultural, polarization between different types of practical in the case of parkour, around a confrontation between two of the founders.     

司法调解中民间规范作用的社会心理机制

司法调解是一种重要的纠纷解决机制,民间规范在这一过程中发挥着特殊的作用：它在法官与当事人之间建立了沟通的平台,有助于法官把握案情、拟定调解方案以及促进调解协议的履行。民间规范的这些作用方式又与司法调解中各参与者的社会心理密切相关,这些社会心理机制具体包括个体决策、＂和为贵＂以及服从权威三个方面的内容。     

科技金融对制造业结构升级的影响研究

采用熵值法计算我国28个省份2009-2018年科技金融综合指数,本研究构建起固定效应模型分析科技金融对制造业结构升级的影响,在此基础上研究技术创新和要素市场发育在这一关系中的中介作用。结果表明：科技金融显著推动制造业结构合理化和制造业结构高级化,技术创新在科技金融和制造业结构升级之间具有中介效应,而要素市场发育仅在科技金融和制造业结构合理化之间发挥中介作用。科技金融在经济发达地区和经济较发达地区显著推动制造业结构升级,在经济欠发达地区对制造业结构高级化影响不显著.     

Specialist police units and the joint investigation of child abuse

The last ten years have witnessed a significant shift in the police response to investigations of child abuse. One of the most ‘visible’ manifestations of this shift has been the establishment of specialist units where children can be interviewed, medical examinations conducted and, in some cases, overnight accommodation made available to children and their non-abusive carers. The history of these units in Scotland is summarized in this article, together with a brief outline of their remit and some of the current issues facing them. A closer examination of the way in which Scottish units have responded to the issue of joint child abuse investigations with social workers is made, drawing on evidence from research conducted in Scotland.     

Believe or Disbelieve? With Particular Reference to Satanist Abuse

Believing or disbelieving allegations of Satanist abuse, whether recounted by children or by adults in later life, is discussed. The issue reflects a similar situation in the recent past relating to believing, or not, the accounts of other forms of abuse. Attention is drawn to the need for a base for treatment. Such an underpinning wouldinter alia lead to ways in practice of helping fearful children and older people recalling events of bizarre and ritualistic forms. Paradoxical situations are pointed out. For instance, while there is the requirement to protect children from significant harm, the allegations may be beyond belief; and, while harm may be denied, the allegations may be confirmed as true. Different professional groups take alternative pathways to elucidating truth and different procedures follow. Social workers, counsellors and therapists may need to act in a climate of suspended belief. Disturbed perception, memory and meaning may still be distressful in the want of evidence.     

Linking neighbourhood safety and children's internalizing and externalizing problems: Mediating role of maternal depression

This study examined the relationship among neighbourhood safety, maternal depression and child behaviour problems among Korean children in South Korea. Using the 2019 Panel Study on Korean Children (N = 1127), we found that residing in less safe neighbourhoods was associated with higher levels of internalizing and externalizing problems. Additionally, results from mediation analysis showed that the relationships between neighbourhood safety and internalizing and externalizing problems were significantly mediated by maternal depression in South Korea. These findings suggest that maternal depression may be an important mechanism linking unsafe neighbourhoods to South Korean children's behaviour problems.     

关于能动司法与大调解的思考——以法院调解为视角

能动司法语境下的大调解是在我国法治建设过程中针对当前出现的矛盾纠纷多元化的特征而提出的司法新策略,诉调对接机制的提出符合当前纠纷解决多元化的新趋势。法院调解在这一过程中起着不可替代的作用,从宏观和微观两个角度分析了法院在这一过程中的作用,并进一步对审前调解、诉讼调解以及执行调解的具体诉讼过程进行了研究。认为应当加快相关制度建设,使调解与诉讼充分衔接,不断挖掘能动司法的合理因素,以解决不断出现的矛盾冲突,维护社会稳定,构建和谐社会。     

社会秩序的护卫者 ——亚当·斯密论“正义”与“自然法理学”

通过对“德性”以及“人性”的重新阐释,亚当·斯密颠覆了亚里士多德的经典命题,将“人是城邦的动物”改造为“人是社会的动物”。启蒙精神为斯密提供了重要的理论工具,他试图用一种情感主义的人性论和道德哲学来重构整个自然法理学体系,为其提供一个世俗化的理论基础,为国家行为、为立法者提供理论指引。“社会”是斯密整个学说体系的核心和基础,只有理解了“社会”与其自然法理学之间的关系,才能深入理解其政治经济学甚至国家理论的真正意涵。本文所要阐述的,正是“社会”对其自然法理学的意义及其因而呈现出来的结构和特点。
