浅谈英语口译工作者的素质要求

翻译是一种主动的再创造性质的工作，它需要翻译工作者首先在业务上具备较高的素质，即：敏锐的听力、较强的理解力以及清晰的表达能力，其次要善于运用多种翻译技巧和手段，此外，还需注意其它非语言素质和能力的培养。     

On not really being there: trans* presence/absence in Dallas Buyers Club

Recently more trans characters, even as main protagonists, star in film and media representations, perhaps in tandem with an increased recognition of trans rights globally. In this article we argue that the visual and aural grammars of cinema perform a double movement of inclusion and elision, making for a fascinating if utterly frustrating uptake of trans presence that is at once, perforce, also an absence. Our case study of the Rayon character in Dallas Buyers Club is an example of a recent sexualized representation of trans femininity. Our textual analysis will deconstruct this character’s presence and absence on the level of the film’s aesthetical and technical aspects demonstrating how cinematic grammar implicates cisgenderism.     

Testosterone replacement therapy improves erythrocyte membrane lipid composition in hypogonadal men

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) on erythrocyte membrane (EM) lipid composition and physico-chemical properties in hypogonadal men. Methods: EM isolated from three patients before and after TRT with injectable testosterone undecanoate or testosterone gel were used for analysis of the phospholipid and fatty acid composition, cholesterol/phospholipid ratio, membrane fluidity, ceramide level and enzyme acivities responsible for sphingomyelin metabolism. Results: TRT induced increase of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) in the EMs and sphingomyelin. Reduction of the relative content of the saturated palmitic and stearic fatty acids and a slight increase of different unsaturated fatty acids was observed in phosphatidylcholine (PC). TRT also induced decrease of the cholesterol/total phospholipids ratio and fluidization of the EM. Discussion: The TRT induced increase of PE content and the reduction of saturation in the PC acyl chains induced alterations in the structure of EM could result in higher flexibility of the erythrocytes. The increase of the SM-metabolizing enzyme neutral sphingomyelinase, which regulates the content of ceramide in membranes has a possible impact on the SM signaling pathway. Conclusion: We presume that the observed effect of TRT on the composition and fluidity of the EM contributes for improvement of blood rheology and may diminish the thrombosis risk. Larger studies are needed to confirm the findings of this pilot study.

铜鱼和圆口铜鱼肌肉氨基酸的初步研究

铜鱼和圆口铜鱼结构氨基酸的总量和必需氨基酸含量均较丰富,铜鱼结构氨基酸的总量和必需氨基酸含量均高于圆口铜鱼,游离氨基酸的总量低于圆口铜鱼。     

Is the Lack of Specific Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual,Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) Health Care Education in Medical School a Cause for Concern? Evidence From a Survey of Knowledge and Practice Among UK Medical Students

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) people frequently report negative health care encounters. Medical professionals may inadequately manage LGBTQ persons’ health if they have not received training in this area. An anonymous survey measuring efficacy in health situations among LGBTQ persons was answered by 166 medical students across all years of a UK university. Results show that 84.9% of participants reported a lack of LGBTQ health care education, with deficits in confidence clarifying unfamiliar sexual and gender terms, deciding the ward in which to nurse transgender patients, finding support resources, and discussing domestic abuse with LGBTQ patients. Most participants reported that they would not clarify gender pronouns or ask about gender or sexual identity in mental health or reproductive health settings. Participants reported infrequently observing doctors making similar inquiries. Participants held positive attitudes toward LGBTQ patients, with attitude scores positively correlating with LGBTQ terminology knowledge scores (r_s = 0.5052, p < .01). Addressing gender identity and sexuality issues within medical curricula may remove barriers to accessing health care and improve encounters for LGBTQ patients.     

几种氨基酸和植物提取物对鲤、鲫鱼诱食活性的初步研究

本试检采取迷宫法,做了氨基酸单体、氨基酸不同组合,以及一种复合氨基酸与几种植物提取物的混合物对鲤、脚鱼的诱食活性试验。结果表明：1．低浓度的DL一甲硫氨酸对鲤鱼有显著的引诱作用（P＜0．05）,而高浓度的甘氨酸对鲫鱼则有显著的抑制作用（P＜0．05）。2．L一缅氨酸＋L－组氨酸＋L－精氨酸（组合1）对鲤鱼的引诱作用极为显著（P＜0．01）。L－本丙氨酸＋L－组氨酸＋L－精氨酸（组合2）对卿鱼有极强的引诱作用（P＜0．01）在组合2中加入10ml丁香油对哪色仍然有极强的引诱作用（p＜0．01）;当加入10ml15％的香果提取液对鲫鱼引诱效果不显著,但对鲤鱼却有极强的引诱作用（p＜0．05）;当加入大蒜、香精、丁香等植物提取物则对鲤鲫鱼都有显著的抑制作用（P＜0．05）。

液氯、二氧化氯和氯胺消毒饮用水卤乙酸生成规律的研究

本文对液氯,氯胺,二氧化氯和短时二氧化氯后转氯胺的顺序消毒工艺消毒时卤乙酸(HAA s)的形成规律进行了研究.研究结果表明,用氯胺和二氧化氯作为替代消毒剂,可大大降低HAA s的生成量;且短时二氧化氯后转氯胺的顺序消毒工艺产生的卤乙酸量比单独用氯胺消毒产生的卤乙酸量进一步的降低.     

老年男性非酒精性脂肪肝与代谢综合征分析

目的研究老年男性非酒精性脂肪肝与代谢综合征关系。方法 60岁以上老年男性181例分成脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,比较两组血糖、血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数及肥胖指标,并比较两组代谢综合征相关疾病的发生率。结果脂肪组的甘油三酯、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、腰围、体重指数、腰臀比明显高于非脂肪肝组,代谢综合征的发生率高于非脂肪肝组,多元回归分析示体重指数与脂肪肝关系密切。结论老年男性非酒精性脂肪肝合并代谢综合征相关疾病发生率高,与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
