基于集体行动视角的劳资议价能力探讨

立足当前存在的劳资分配关系问题,从集体行动的视角,应用奥尔森等人的集体行动理论,剖析了企业利益集团形成的机理,探讨了工人集体议价制度缺失的诱因,并考察了发达国家的相关历史情况,指出利益集团的非＂共容性＂会增加社会协调成本和交易成本而使经济发展进入僵化阶段,并引致劳动报酬比重持续走低。因此有必要从建立开放的市场准入秩序、完善要素谈判制度、构建＂共容性＂利益集团等三方面着手,提高工人报酬比重,保持经济持续增长。     

大学班级组织设计的路径创新探究

大学班级是高等教育的重要依托,传统的班级组织结构已不能完全适应高等教育新形势的需要。本文对班级组织设计的视角,优化高校班级组织结构,廓清班级组织设计的理念、要素、功能,以及班级组织设计的价值、问题、目标、原则、模块分别进行探讨,通过班级组织体系中各要素互动作用,以期实现班级的自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的目标。     

Mapping movement landscapes in South Africa

ABSTRACT

The concept of a movement landscape is used to analyse continuities and changes in popular mobilization since the end of formal apartheid. Focusing on four different episodes of protest since 1997, the article examines their relationship to the ANC movement and traditions, and their organizational forms. It finds a general theme of fluid and ephemeral organization, and a distrust of formal hierarchal organization, that is relatively new in South Africa. The Marikana strikes produced the most far-reaching organizational realignments, while the student struggles generated the most innovative re-imaginings of political forms and discourses. It concludes that although there have been critiques of and challenges to the ANC tradition, and experiments with new forms of organizing, they have not produced alternatives that have lasted or dislodged the dominant approaches defined and popularized by the ANC movement.     

论西夏的司法制度

西夏的行政、军事机关,一般都兼有案件审判和督察复核职责。司法诉讼主要为刑事诉讼,即使民事案件,也是用刑事判断。对人犯的逮捕只需长官的指令,而不履行法律手续。法律上只有对逮捕人的督察,防其奸伪、贪纵、暴掠以及无故杀伤人犯,人犯拒捕反抗格杀勿论。     

我国社会组织在和谐劳动关系构建中的运行机理探析

劳动关系作为最基本、最重要、最复杂的社会关系之一,与劳动者的生存发展息息相关,也关系到整个国家的经济发展与社会和谐稳定。党和政府始终高度关注维护和促进劳动关系的稳定和谐发展。在经济“新常态”下,和谐劳动关系的构建不仅需要在政府部门、工会、劳动者、用人单位积极参与下协商协调,更需要社会组织的协同参与,将劳动关系传统的三方协商关系演进为社会组织协同参与的四方关系,更好地为实现劳动关系的和谐发展贡献力量。     

P.2979号敦煌文书所反映的唐前期乡里组织

唐代前期,乡里组织作为县以上政权的辅助机构仍然发挥着重要作用,尤其在“上承下达”,直接管理农民,维护乡里社会的安定等方面。然囿于相关史料记载较少,很难考察其具体真实的情况。所幸敦煌文书的出土,弥补了这一遗憾。通过对P.2979号文书的研究,可以发现,唐代前期,乡里组织,尤其是里正,的确在乡里社会的管理中发挥重要作用,而且其与上级官吏、农民以及地方乡绅的关系也具有复杂性与矛盾性的一面。本文再度考察P.2979号敦煌文书,以此增进对其时乡里组织实际运行的认识。     

内生式发展模式研究综述

自20世纪70年代以来,欧美处于反思工业化与城市化、保护传统文化和生态环境的思潮之下,"内生式发展"作为致力于解决乡村发展问题的一种新模式,对于不发达地区的复兴起到了积极的作用.内生式发展模式以培养地方基于内部的发展能力为目的,强调当地人的开发主体地位以及建立当地基层组织的必要性.基于内生式发展模式的援助项目已在国际、国内取得了一定的成功,对于目前国内的乡村发展具有一定的借鉴意义.     

Ordering competition: the interactional accomplishment of the sale of art and antiques at auction

Auctions provide an institutional solution to a social problem; they enable the legitimate pricing and exchange of goods where those goods are of uncertain value. In turn, auctions raise a number of social and organizational issues that are resolved within the interaction that arise in sales by auction. In this paper, we examine sales of fine art, antiques and objets d'art and explore the ways in which auctioneers mediate competition between buyers and establish a value for goods. In particular, we explore how bids are elicited, co-ordinated and revealed so as to rapidly escalate the price of goods in a transparent manner that enables the legitimate valuation and exchange of goods. In directing attention towards the significance of the social interaction, including talk, visual and material conduct, the paper contributes to the growing corpus of ethnographic studies of markets. It suggests that to understand the operation of markets and their outcomes, and to unpack issues of agency, trust and practice, we need to place the 'interaction order' at the heart of analytic agenda.     

北方农民专业合作组织发展的社会学考察

农民专业合作组织正在成为促进农业和农村经济发展、促进农民增收的新的组织形式。但农民专业合作组织发展的内、外部制度环境不健全,从总体上说还处在发展的初级阶段,存在着功能单一、组织形式驳杂、法律地位不明确等突出问题．组织的创新与发展尚面临诸多的障碍,变革与创新已成为组织实现进一步发展的现实选择。     

电子审务的架构与程式——基于民事诉讼程序的研究

信息技术和互联网的发展,对各个领域都产生了一定的影响.民事诉讼活动可以在一定程度上运用网络技术,但需要对适用的范围加以界定.电子审务对于降低诉讼成本,更好保护当事人诉讼权利都具有一定的意义.民事诉讼法的修改应该顺应这一潮流,在立法上保留一定的前瞻性.
