泰国政局中的政治三角:军队、技术官僚、公众社会

素有"微笑的国度"、"千佛之国"等美誉的泰国自1932年实行君主立宪的政治制度以来,国家的政局一直处于动荡不安之中,其中原委耐人寻味。对泰国政局变动的研究有多方面的视角,文章从政治力学的角度,通过对构建泰国政治大厦的三个支柱性政治角色互动关系的分析,从而剖析泰国政局动荡的真正原因,并以此为分析框架来预测未来泰国政局的趋向。     

Assessing and Preventing Serious Incidents with Behavioral Science: Enhancing Heinrich’s Triangle for the 21st Century

ABSTRACT

The rate of occupational injuries has been declining annually, but the rate of decline for fatalities has not kept a similar pace. Behavior-based safety (BBS) contributes to reducing personal injuries, and can be applied to preventing serious incidents. To address serious injuries with greater confidence requires a change in perspective on the causes of fatalities and serious injuries. Heinrich’s safety triangle helps describe the ratio between minor incidents and major incidents, but is not adequate in helping to predict serious incidents. Adding a special subset to the safety triangle can assist safety practitioners in predicting and influencing such events. Extending the triangle to include more foundational root causes, such as leadership shortcomings and system failures, will expand the scope of the behavior analysis, and including greater specificity about the precursors to serious incidents will help the precision of the behavior analysis. The implications of the expanded triangle for amplifying the effectiveness of BBS for reducing serious incidents are discussed.     

土地承包经营权流转的“不可能三角”:解释及出路

新中国成立以来,中国农村土地制度和利用方式经历了土地改革、人民公社制和家庭联产承包责任制等阶段,当前正处于通过土地承包经营权流转来完善家庭联产承包责任制的新阶段。土地承包经营权流转的法律政策规定与实践运行状态之间存在着诸多偏差,这导源于中央政府、地方政府和农户等三大主体对土地具有六重功能,但不可能三角意味着土地承包经营权流转要同时实现多元主体的多重功能是困难,甚至是不可能的。未来应通过对土地附加功能的适度剥离、以及土地权利边界的逐步明晰来突显土地的经济功能,进而依靠土地承包经营权流转市场的完善和拓展来实现土地资源的更优配置。     

巴西大学治理模式变迁研究——基于“三角协调模型”的视角

根据伯顿·克拉克的“三角协调模型”,大学治理的运行机制是围绕政府、大学、市场三个基本要素的关系与互动展开的。从历史发展的角度看,巴西大学经历了三种治理模式的时代变迁,分别是联邦集权下的双元治理模式、民主浪潮下的集体共决模式和新公共管理下的治理模式。在巴西大学治理模式的变迁过程中,政府与大学、行政与学术以及大学与市场的关系随着时代的变化而不断调整。当前巴西大学治理也面临着一些问题,如过度市场化对大学理念的侵蚀、极右政府对大学自治的损害以及财务模式单一对大学发展的限制。     

西三角区域经济协作的系统论思考

西三角经济协作区的建立对西部大开发乃至中国的全面发展具有重大意义。从系统论角度分析西三角区域经济协作的功能及影响因素,西三角区域经济协作的系统开放性、秩序性、持续性等重要问题,认为西三角区域经济协作是一个庞大而复杂的系统。要使西三角区域经济协作得以和谐、有序、持续发展,必须从系统论的高度加以深入研究。     

刍议“三角诈骗”中的处分行为

“三角诈骗”作为新型诈骗模式的一种，凭借其将受骗人与受害人相分离而区别于传统一元诈骗行为结构。关于“三角诈骗”中的处分问题，刑法学界虽有着深刻的讨论，但至今未能形成共识。在“三角诈骗”的行为模式中，受骗方是否具有处分权能、是否作出处分行为则成为诈骗罪与盗窃罪的最主要的分水岭。因此，在“三角诈骗”中，对受骗方的处分权能来源问题的探析就十分重要。明确处分权能的来源，能正确认定受骗人的行为是否属于有权处分，继而对认定“三角诈骗”的性质能提供一条有力的标准。     

"作"与"做"的"两个三角"分析

本文运用“两个三角”理论,从大三角“古———普———方”与小三角“语表———语里———语值”来分析“作”与“做”的异同,试图理清这两个字的关系。     

基于STV三角模型的奢侈品营销策略研究——以CL高尔夫俱乐部为例

利用STV三角模型理论,全面分析高尔夫行业的著名企业———CL高尔夫俱乐部的营销业务,认为该企业在营销方面存在市场定位不明晰、销售渠道单一、营销队伍建设不够和品牌单一的问题。同时根据这一理论,从市场战略、营销策略和价值提升策略三方面具体提出了该俱乐部的营销策略。     

Asymptotic properties of likelihood ratio test statistics in affected‐sib‐pair analysis

In an affected‐sib‐pair genetic linkage analysis, identical by descent data for affected sib pairs are routinely collected at a large number of markers along chromosomes. Under very general genetic assumptions, the IBD distribution at each marker satisfies the possible triangle constraint. Statistical analysis of IBD data should thus utilize this information to improve efficiency. At the same time, this constraint renders the usual regularity conditions for likelihood‐based statistical methods unsatisfied. In this paper, the authors study the asymptotic properties of the likelihood ratio test (LRT) under the possible triangle constraint. They derive the limiting distribution of the LRT statistic based on data from a single locus. They investigate the precision of the asymptotic distribution and the power of the test by simulation. They also study the test based on the supremum of the LRT statistics over the markers distributed throughout a chromosome. Instead of deriving a limiting distribution for this test, they use a mixture of chi‐squared distributions to approximate its true distribution. Their simulation results show that this approach has desirable simplicity and satisfactory precision.

本文分析了过三角形中任意一点作线段平分三角形面积问题。发现在三角形中存在一个曲边三角形,过此曲边三角形内部每一点,可作三条线段平分三角形的面积;过曲边三角形边界上每点有两条;过曲边三角形之外每点有一条。文中给出了所求线段的公式,根据公式即可以用直尺,圆规作出所求的线段。
