高校图书馆虚拟咨询中的心理疏导工作

高校图书馆大多在主页上增设虚拟参考咨询服务,以加强与读者的沟通。虚拟参考咨询以其虚拟性、开放性、便捷性深受大学生的欢迎,在虚拟咨询平台上,读者的留言除了有关文献信息方面的询问外,有相当一部分反映出大学生的精神压力和心理困惑,这对高校图书馆参考咨询工作提出了新的要求。通过在虚拟参考咨询平台上对大学生进行心理疏导,高校图书馆的教育职能和育人功能得到了进一步完善。     

大学生心理咨询与学校有效教学、管理关系的研究

学校的教学与管理是学校教育工作中的两大重要组成部分。随着社会环境的变化以及在这种变化下大学生个性呈现的多元化和复杂化,近些年来的很多事实证明,心理咨询原则和思想在教学和管理中的运用,对传统教学和管理在工作技术、方法、范围以及对象上都具有极大的弥补、拓宽和优化意义。     

Notwendigkeit und Instrumente eines ganzheitlichen Risikomanagements für Mittelständler, Gewerbe-treibende und Freiberufler

Zusammenfassung  Bei inhabergeführten Unternehmen besteht eine enge Verknüpfung zwischen privaten und gesch?ftlichen Finanzen. Die isolierte Betrachtung eines der beiden Bereiche führt notwendigerweise zu Fehlsteuerungen. Als Gegenma?nahme muss das Risikomanagement das Zusammenspiel der gesch?ftlichen und privaten Seite des Unternehmens vollst?ndig abbilden. Neben dem Eigenkapital als verm?gensbildender Substanz ist dabei vor allem die private und gesch?ftliche Risikosituation des Unternehmers von zentraler Bedeutung. Die zwischen beiden Bereichen auftretenden Interdependenzen begründen die Notwendigkeit eines ganzheitlichen Risikomanagements. Es zeigt sich, dass neben dem Schutz des Privatverm?gens die integrierte Beratung durch Finanzinstitute von entscheidender Bedeutung bei der Schlie?ung der Lücke in der Eigenkapitalausstattung von Mittelst?ndlern ist.

Integrated risk management for owner-managed companies — Necessity and instruments

Summary  In owner-managed companies, there usually is a strong connection between private finances and those relating to business. Consequently risk management has to take into full consideration the interaction of private and business matters. Therefore not only equity in its function as risk capital but also the private and business risk situation of the entrepreneur become subjects of major importance. The interdependencies between both problem sets establish the necessity of an integrated risk management. Apart from the protection of private capital the integrated consultation by financial institutions is of crucial importance when it comes to closing the existing gap in the equity endowment of medium-sized businesses.

     

Systemic Consultation in Intellectual Disability Case Management

Systemic consultation is a form of tertiary case supervision derived from the principles of systemic family therapy. The present study defines the process and outcomes of systemic consultation through the experiences of case managers (CMs) working with people who have an intellectual disability. CMs were invited to present and discuss one of their complex cases with a team of consultants and attend a follow up session 4 to 6 weeks later. Measures of levels of stress, perception of workplace functioning, and workflow information were completed pre and post‐intervention and compared to measures completed by a second group of CMs receiving regular supervision only. After participation in systemic consultation, the networks of people CMs consulted about the case were significantly smaller and they scored significantly higher on a network measure of efficiency of information flow. The CMs experienced lower levels of stress and higher perception of workplace functioning, these differences approached significance. After attending the consultation outcome, themes included a reduced sense of being stuck and stressed, becoming an agent of change and taking perspective. The approach allows CMs space for reflection on practice and new perspectives to be heard. Case management has been under‐represented in documented research and evidence‐based training and supervision models, and is an area in which professional theory appears to be lacking.

以交易费用理论为基础,在一系列假设的前提下,利用博弈论方法论证得出:交易费用的存在是资产评估价值咨询功能产生的重要原因之一。在此结论的基础上,总结出了资产评估价值咨询功能的两条重大经济学意义,即资产评估价值咨询功能的产生节约了交易费用;资产评估价值咨询功能的产生提高了资源配置的效率。     

中国人大代表“网络问政”现象透析

随着互联网时代的到来,中国人大代表的"网络问政"已成为一种普遍现象,他们利用各种电子信息产品与选民沟通、搜集和表达民意,在国家权力与公民权利之间试图形成信息对称局面,但也带来了对网络过分依赖而忽略实地调研、网上作秀敷衍民意、缺乏规范化的制度等一系列问题,鉴于此,有必要修订人民代表大会代表法,确立网络交流制度;改善代表结构,使之充分利用网络;构建多功能网络信息平台,提高人大代表的工作效率.     

契约视角下农民工权益保障研究

随着国家一系列扩大内需及各种增加农民工就业政策的实施,外出务工的农民人数逐年上升,农民工就业形势依然严峻。农民工的整体素质还普遍不高、自我保护意识薄弱,加之企业追求利润最大化的机会主义行为等,使得农民工的基本权益没有得到良好保障,无法与城镇居民一样享受各种社会保险,平等就业机会受到限制,劳动报酬与劳动保护权难以实现,正常接受教育的权利得不到维护。从契约角度看,这些农民工权益受到侵害现象的内在原因是劳动契约的不对称性。应该以三方规制的方式对农民工与用工单位的劳动合约进行完善,即以农民工、企业及政府三方协同的制约建立相对稳定的合约关系,以保障农民工的基本权益。     

发达国家三方协调机制中政府角色的比较及启示

发达国家政府在劳动关系三方协调机制中起着重要作用,但各国的具体做法各不相同。发达国家相对和谐稳定的劳资关系、规范的劳动力市场有赖于政府法律、劳动监察、集体谈判、劳动争议处理等方面的调控。我国可以借鉴发达国家政府在三方协调机制中的作用,将劳动争议问题化解在基层组织,正确解决劳资矛盾,提高工作满意度,促进劳资关系的和谐发展。     

基层民主协商的现实困境及对策建议

基层民主协商是马克思主义民主观的生动实践,更是基层民主实现形式的进一步丰富。协商平台相对缺乏、协商机制尚不健全、群众“协商”意识不高等是目前基层民主协商的现实困境。为此,文章提出加快推进基层民主协商平台的搭建、积极促进基层民主协商机制的完善、着力提高群众的“协商”意识并大力营造基层民主协商氛围等对策建议。     

现代性:劳动法的功能和价值定位

源于民法而又超越民法的劳动法,适应现代社会生产方式和生活方式的要求,对促进经济发展,维护社会和谐与进步具有重要作用。但在实践中,人们对劳动法性质和作用的认识并不全面,甚至存在误解,尤其是很多资本所有者对劳动法有抵触情绪。诠释劳动法在调整对象、调整方式、法益保护等几个方面的积极作用,有助于消除对劳动法的误解,进而促进该法的实施。
