The Mother Who Didn't See Her Baby and the Hospital That Didn't See the Psychiatrist

Abstract

This paper discusses the initiation of an infant preschool child psychiatric consultation service in a tertiary level paediatric hospital, where there had been no service such as this in the past ten years. The case presented illustrates the complex nature of both feeding disorders in infants and the cases seen in this tertiary level institution. It also describes a parallel process: The mother who was uninvolved with her infant and the hospital that was indifferent to the child psychiatric-consultation service development process. An understanding of the psychodynamic aspects of the child, the mother, and the interactions between the medical team and the child psychiatrist were crucial to the success of the treatment. This psychodynamic understanding is also essential to the development of a continuing working relationship between the child psychiatric-consultation liaison service and the hospital.

产学结合及其实现形式

产学结合不仅是现代教育、科技与生产一体化发展规律的内在要求，也是高校与企业生存、发展的迫切需要。但大学和企业作为社会经济体系两大不同系统，在基本职能、机构性质和文化氛围等方面是根本不同的。如果交往过于直接，势必会在研究重点、学科性质和价值取向等方面产生不适和冲突。缓解其矛盾和冲突的根本途径是建立产学结合的中介实体-大学科技园。     

浅论我国教育治理的有效性

教育治理是一个民主的、广泛的、多元主体充分参与的过程。在教育治理过程中，建立教育治理评估机制、教育治理问责制对话以及并建立教育治理的协商机制，并援引“行政问责制”，以期能够有效地改变我国教育治理的现状，达到教育治理的目标。     

我国行政信访制度的改革目标定位

当前我国行政信访制度所遭遇的实践诘难应归因于它所涵摄的协商理性未获得法治化表彰。因此,将行政信访建构为彰显行政协商的制度平台,应当成为现代行政法治环境下我国行政信访制度改革的目标导向。唯有通过强化行政协商才能促使我国行政信访价值的回归和制度理性的彰显,让行政信访在凸显行政主体与公民间协商理性、促进主体双方良性互动、理性合作上发挥积极作用,进而推进我国行政法治、善治的发展。     

The cultural impact of an in-depth consultation on the University of Nottingham A bottom-up approach

Abstract

This project aimed to ascertain from those involved in the research process the kinds of electronic tools that would most support them in their work. This information was used to inform and steer development of new tools and resources delivered via secure technology. The approach was predominantly bottom-up with a huge emphasis placed on effective consultation with practitioners. Honest two-way communication between developers and practitioners was an essential part of the process of embedding new ideas and technologies. In seeking to deliver the requirements suggested, the team identified a much wider need for collaboration across many other University departments.

本文从宏观和微观两个层次 ,分别比较介绍了美国、英国、法国、新加坡、日本、德国和香港共七个国家和地区的政府进行建设工程质量监督的做法。在比较分析以上各国做法的基础上 ,结合我国政府的质量监督现状 ,提出了几点改进性建议。

‘How come I don’t get asked no questions?’ Researching ‘hard to reach’ children and teenagers

This article discusses two related areas of research practice with children and young people that have received less attention in the literature than they might. The first is working with children and teenagers for whom the traditional, discursive nature of interview‐based research is less accessible. The second is the disinclination of researchers to report on difficulties in the research process. As researchers, we scanned the literature for assistance for some of the problems we encountered, with little reward. In describing everyday problems (and some of our – still developing – solutions) we hope to encourage more dialogue on the uncomfortable realities of the research process, and how we might improve research practice, making it a more fruitful exercise for researchers, and a more enjoyable one for children and teenagers.

The Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team, sponsored by the County of Los Angeles Area Agencies on Aging, provides expert consultation and training to protective services and other practitioners in cases of elder financial abuse. Collaborative teams efforts facilitate prompt and well coordinated interventions.
