Demographic Characteristics

This article aims to describe the characteristics of and design elements in gardens/patios at 87 residential living homes for older people and to describe and compare residents’ and staff members’ perceptions of outdoor spaces. The aim was also to investigate factors related to residents' satisfaction with and stays in the garden/patio. The result showed that many gardens/patios had several recommended design elements and, at the same time, obvious deficiencies. The residents (n = 415) valued various aspects of the garden/patio more highly than did the staff (n = 667). Managers responsible for residential living homes for elderly people should take measures to ameliorate deficiencies and deficient elements in design and accessibility that are lacking so that the garden/patio can be used as an important health promotion resource in the care of elderly people. Residents and staff are important actors in such development work.     

Psychosocial Well-Being of the Elderly and Their Perception of Matured Estate in Singapore

This article explores various relationships between the elderly's psychosocial well-being and components of aging-friendly community (continuity, compensation, connection, challenge, and contribution), in order to understand their perception of a matured estate and to discuss implications in housing neighborhood urban design. Interviews with elderly residents living in Bukit Merah (Redhill), one of the matured housing estates in Singapore with a high percentage of elderly residents, were conducted to understand how eldercare infrastructure and social spaces developed within the fabric of a high-rise, high-density public housing estate can support or inhibit their psychosocial well-being, as indicated by the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). Our results postulate that different groups of elderly form friendships and participate in activities in both formal social service centers and informal public spaces. The friendships formed in these places and the convenience of amenities around their houses may affect their perception of their current residences. While the elderly residents are generally satisfied with physical infrastructure, a comprehensive, integrated urban design is further needed to facilitate physical activities, social interactions, and active aging in the elderly in order to enhance their psychosocial well-being.

消费的发展必然伴随着消费文化的发展,而包装设计作为一种文化创造性活动,是消费文化在生活领域的渗透。立足于消费心理的基本要求,分别从多元化、绿色化、个性化以及地域化这四个方面展开论述消费文化的当代特征,同时以包装设计为基点,从风格的多元化、设计思维的创新化、材料的可持续化和设计内涵的民族化这四个角度进行详实的分析,总结出二者之间的各要素是相互影响相互联系的,并以此挖掘出其内在的价值。     

“和”文化的传播与拓展——兼议字体设计的“中和”之美

"和"文化是儒家文化的重要内容,"中和"之美的审美理念就是由此而来。将汉字当中所蕴含的"中和"之美延伸至现代字体设计范畴,对于其传播与拓展有着重要意义。"中和"之美对于汉字的本土化设计非常重要。将"中和"之美这一传统观念与现代字体设计相结合,为"和"文化的传播与拓展开辟新的途径。     

论漆画的装饰艺术特色

现代漆画与环境装饰关系密切,尤其在特定的环境装饰中得以展现。漆画在材料技法的特色方面,丰富了环境装饰设计的创作语言与表现形式。装饰设计追求人文化和人性化,而现代漆画的人文气质、自然气质和个性之美极大的满足了现代环境审美的标准。现代漆画只有继承古代漆艺的传统内涵,同时随着时代科技的发展而创新,才能更好地满足现代审美的需求。     

论室内装饰设计中的沟通策略

如何处理好设计师与业主的关系,是设计工作顺利开展的前提。伴随着经济社会的迅速发展,“人人都是设计师”已经成为现实。面对严峻的挑战,设计师应充分认识沟通策略的重要性,研究沟通策略,不断提高沟通能力。设计师要做到：加强自我修养,塑造良好形象;牢固树立以人为本理：念,把为“人”服务确定为设计的出发点和落脚点,并贯穿设计沟通始终;要主动加强与业主的沟通交流,积极寻求设计师与业主的审美契合点,为室内设计的顺利开展打下良好基础。     

毛泽东对新中国制度设计的创新和贡献

毛泽东在其人民民主专政理论指导下,针对新中国的制度设计和安排提出了一系列创新性的观点和原则．据此创立了多党合作与政治协商、人民代表大会、民族区域自治三大具有中国特色的政治制度。本文拟在梳理毛泽东对新中国制度设计的主要内容的基础上,阐明其创新和贡献,以期为建设有中国特色的社会主义政治文明提供指导和借鉴。     

浅论毕达哥拉斯的“万物皆数”思想与现代数字化设计理念

“万物皆数”是古希腊哲学家毕达哥拉斯的重要思想,它可以解释万物,承载万物,掌控万物;现代数码科技也能够在虚拟的世界里如造物主一样营造万物,勾画秩序。在这两点之间可以找出它们的联系,分析万物皆数思想与数字化设计的某种契合,解读现代高科技中数字技术的哲学(源)     

具有遗憾值约束的鲁棒供应链网络设计模型研究

考虑不确定性环境,研究战略层次的供应链网络鲁棒设计问题,目标是设计参数发生摄动时,供应链性能能够保持稳健性。基于鲁棒解的定义,建立从上游供应商选择到下游设施选址-需求分配的供应链网络设计鲁棒优化模型;提出确定遗憾值限定系数上限和下限的方法,允许决策者调节鲁棒水平,选择多种供应链网络结构;通过模型分解与协调,设计了供应链节点配置的禁忌搜索算法。算例的计算结果表明了禁忌搜索算法具有良好的收敛特性,以及在处理大规模问题上的优越性;同时也反映了利用鲁棒优化模型进行供应链网络设计,可以有效规避投资风险。
