归因理论在培养大学生科学择业观中的应用

当前在大学生中间流行着形形色色的不良择业心态,这些不良择业心态严重影响着大学生科学择业观的养成,也不利于其顺利就业。运用归因理论,有针对性地分析大学生不良的择业心态,打造适合学生自身发展特点的科学择业观,有利于大学生形成具有长远竞争力的"就业力"。     

缓解我国就业压力的重要途径--再谈农村工业化

工业化包括农村工业化,片面的工业化和单向的农村———城市人口流动模式都不能解决农村剩余劳动力就业问题。为充分就业找到新途径,关键在于对传统农业的改造和加速农村工业化发展。     

当前我国公务员考录管理制度弊端分析

当前我国公务员考试录用管理制度存在缺乏法律保障,报名资格随意规定,考试科目和内容设置不科学,考试录用环节不合理,考试监督体系不完善等蔽端。这些问题亟待借鉴发达国家的公务员考试录用经验,在现实中给予合理的解决,从而保证我国公务员考录制度沿着正确的方向发展,真正达到选贤任能的目的。     

深圳特区三资企业劳工问题的调查

本文通过对15家三资企业和230多名员工的调查,对深圳特区劳动管理体制的改革情况,进行了简要的总结和分析。既肯定了改革的成绩和经验,也指出了目前存在的问题和外商对特区劳工问题的意见。在此基础上提出了建议,以使改革深化、完善、配套,更好地适应外商投资的需要,优化投资环境,促进特区外向型经济的发展。     

The transition to parenthood in Puerto Rico: Occupational status and the timing of first births

This study examines the relationship between occupational status and fertility timing during a period of rapid development in Puerto Rico. Our fundamental hypothesis is that women with higher status occupations face greater opportunity costs than those with less valued jobs and therefore will be more likely to postpone parenthood until later ages than women without such high costs. We test this hypothesis using event history techniques with data from the 1982 Puerto Rico Fertility and Family Planning Assessment, an island-wide survey of women between the ages of 15 and 49. The analysis examines the effects of occupational status on the timing of first births, and finds strong support for the basic hypothesis, especially regarding the post-ponement of teen births. After the teen years, the effects are less pronounced. Overall, it appears that employment opportunities have played an important role in childbearing decisions in Puerto Rico.An earlier version of this paper was presented at the annual meeting of the Population Association of America, Denver, Colorado, 30 April–2 May 1992.     

A qualitative comparative analysis of strategies for an ageing society, with special reference to pension and employment policies

The primary purpose of this study is to typify the respondent strategies of the OECD countries based on the interconnected structure of income and employment guarantees. More specifically, this article seeks to typify welfare policies into four types (welfare-to-work, welfare emphasis, labour emphasis, market emphasis) based on the leniency of the pension system and active state intervention in employment security. With the resultant four types, this article then places them as the dependent variable while incorporating per capita GDP, aged dependency ratio, pension maturity level, union density, constitutional structure index and degree of decommodification as causal variables. Through this process, this article aims to derive the decisive variable for each type through qualitative comparative analysis.

农业产业化与城镇体系结构的相关性研究--以烟台市为例

分析了改革开放以来烟台市城镇体系的发展阶段及特征,指出了农业产业化日益成为城镇发展的主要动力,对农业产业化与城镇体系地域结构、等级规模结构、职能结构的相互关联性进行了实证分析,并对如何更好地促进农业产业化与城镇体系的协调发展提出了相应的对策。     

新城市社会学视域下我国当代城市空间生产的特征

以新城市社会学理论的新马克思主义政治经济学来分析我国当代城市空间生产的特征,是一个新的视域。转型时期我国当代城市的空间生产呈现出新的特征,表现为资本、技术——工业理性刺激着城市的快速扩张,出现环境污染、建设破坏、文化破坏等社会问题,城市空间的生产是不同社会群体对空间的角逐过程和结果,反映着政府、公共领域与个人的边界。城市空间的生产能动地、全面地反映着资本、权力、财富、社会地位、利益等社会关系的生产。     

浅析雇佣关系中的商业秘密保护与竞业禁止制度

商业秘密能够给权利人带来巨大的经济价值或竞争优势，因此要加强对商业秘密的保护，尤其是要加强对雇佣关系中的商业秘密的保护。在雇佣关系中，商业秘密权的保护与择业自由权的保护存在着冲突，是保护商业秘密的难点。竞业禁止作为保护商业秘密的手段，同时存在于在职期间和离职后，雇主通常与雇员签订竞业禁止协议来保护商业秘密，如何确认竞业禁止协议的合法性、合理性问题是保护商业秘密的又一个难点。
