新型城镇化进程中河北省城乡社区医疗卫生配套研究

新型城镇化建设的稳步推进及卫生体制改革的逐步深化,为河北省推进城乡社区医疗卫生发展改革带来了重大机遇,但河北省城乡社区医疗卫生配套状况仍然面临着重视不够、高水平人员短缺等问题。为此,应进一步加大城乡社区医疗卫生配套的宣传力度、建立并完善城乡社区高层次人才的制度机制、积极借鉴国外社区医疗卫生先进经验,以实现河北省城乡社区医疗卫生的可持续发展。     

城市社区文化建设存在的问题及对策——基于邯郸市社区的调查研究

城市社区文化是城市建设中的核心性要素,是城市社区现代化建设的关键所在,它代表着一个城市的文化品位和文明程度。以邯郸市为例,在深入调查邯郸市社区文化建设现状的基础上,分析其存在的问题及主要原因,并提出加强邯郸市社区文化建设的若干对策。     

“行走”中的城市设计

城市在不断的生长、变化,每个城市都有"成长的烦恼",如何在不断地成长中把握自己,需要我们去不断地反思总结。每座城市都有变得伟大的潜质,城市设计就是去创造难忘的地点、具有活力或宁静的空间,释放其内在的品质,在不失去城市文化、城市意向的同时来适应发展变迁。     

Two Teacher Educators Go to the Source: Teaching an Interdisciplinary Class in an Urban Charter High School

The authors of this article are two teacher educators who worked collaboratively to co-teach an interdisciplinary English and US history class to eleventh-grade students in an urban high school. They wanted to ensure the methods they were teaching preservice teachers were current and effective. The article discusses the foundational beliefs that influenced their teaching, the interdisciplinary curriculum they taught, some of the challenges they encountered, and a brief snapshot of the students' views of the curriculum. The authors discuss that putting their beliefs into practice outweighed the challenges they encountered—a culturally relevant, authentic, interdisciplinary curriculum can be effective in an urban classroom. The experience also assisted them in teaching their English and social studies methods classes.     

Monstrosities and moral publics

Interdisciplinary scholarship on neoliberal urban governmentality has been attentive to the knowledges and techniques of government currently emerging at the interface of local state politics and invested claims of voluntary private actors such as corporate partners and philanthropic agencies. This article draws attention to the workings of the aesthetic as an epistemological grounding for the rationalization of urban rule. Specifically, I explore a Toronto, Canada-based philanthropic agency’s reliance on a mise-en-scene of urban terror to animate its own self-validated knowledges about targeted inner-suburban subjects and spaces. In their circulation and demand for public address, the agency’s graphic public service announcements, launched in 2007, herald what I argue is a moralized set of knowledges about municipal renewal that has its own normative orientations grounded in a neoliberal political rationality, and tangentially, in racialized security imperatives. I detail various dimensions of the social life of a video associated with this public service campaign targeting ‘youth at risk’, considering the ethical, political and economic valences it was expected to convey; its semiotic exchange with other images and representations of disenfranchised spaces, subjects and communities; and the publics it attempted to interpellate. Importantly, given the agency’s current standing as a prominent player in Canadian urban policy arenas, I pay analytical attention to the visual campaign as a site for the production of knowledges about proper urban citizenship and social governance, and as such, a strategic-orienting device for urban policy interventions and directives.

"撤村建居"是一个庞大的系统工程,与国家、集体和个人利益息息相关,稍有不慎就会造成社会的不稳定因素.要以有利于经济社会全面发展、有利于加强社会事务管理、有利于提高人民生活水平为要求,统一规划,合理布局,加快农村社区建设,推进新型城镇化步伐.在实施过程中应注意妥善解决好以下问题:"撤村建居"过程中原村集体资产的处置,"撤村建居"后的换届,"撤村建居"后的公益事业及工作经费,"撤村建居"后的社区划分和管理,失地农民的社会保障,建设资金的来源等.     

打造城市的理想形态——以安徽合肥城市发展为例

城市是文明时代最重要的标志。城市化是不可逆转的世界潮流,要从文化的层面去设计城市。以合肥为例,从提炼城市品格和城市精神入手,认为打造城市的理想形态,城市应朝着生态化方向、人本方向和文化精致方向发展。     

论城市规划中的公众参与

随着城市规划从技术手段到公共政策的性质转变,实践中封闭的规划编制程序逐渐成为许多城市规划问题的源头。通过对公众参与功能和外国公众参与实践的分析,我国应增加公众参与的操作性规定,发挥社区组织和居民团体的作用,构建一个开放、透明、包容、公平的公众参与城市规划程序。     

中职学校做好贫困生资助工作的思考

随着国家对中职学校贫困生资助政策的进一步完善,中职学校的相关工作也应该进一步加强。首先,要加强对资助工作的组织领导。其次,各中职学校应根据自身条件,制定出发放国家助学金的具体办法,并努力挖掘内部力量,形成"助、奖、勤、免、补、捐、贷"为一体的资助体系。同时,结合"加大对资助政策的宣传力度;实行弹性学制,完成工学结合;重视对贫困生的心理辅导和教育;为贫困生提供就业和家庭脱贫信息服务"等方法做好贫困生资助工作。     

传承拓展与深化--张爱玲与王安忆都市小说创作比较一隅

张爱玲与王安忆是中国现当代文学史上两位重要的女作家,其都市小说创作有一定的相似性。从她们对都市女性生存境遇的刻画、对市民日常生活的描写及共有的怀旧意识三方面比较她们的异同,指出王安忆的都市小说创作在一定程度上传承了张爱玲的笔法,并拓展深化了都市小说的内涵,具有深远的意义。
