提出一种适用于5 G融合网络的接入选择算法:灰色层次分析法(grey analytic hierarchy process,GAHP)。该算法基于层次分析法的思想,结合网络性能和用户体验类指标选出QoS参数,对其进行分类处理;运用模糊理论将用户偏好转化为定量参数,结合灰色关联法对 QoS 参数进行筛选,并对候选网络进行排序选择。仿真表明, GAHP在负载均衡方面优于传统算法,可以更加快速准确地选择最优网络,提高用户满意度。  相似文献

Abstract

The value of learning from mental health lived experience is widely acknowledged, however, the nature of lived experience involvement in Australian social work education seldom extends beyond guest lecturing. Further, few opportunities exist that build the capacity of people with lived experience to become educators within tertiary settings. In this paper we present the Valuing Lived Experience Project (VLEP), an initiative led by a Lived Experience Academic (LEA) that seeks to systematically and meaningfully embed lived experience into the social work curriculum at a Western Australian university by providing significant opportunities for the capacity building of both individuals with mental health lived experience and academics. Given the relative infancy of service user involvement in Australian social work education, the VLEP offers a number of opportunities for reflection and consideration. A long-standing partnership between a LEA and Social Work Academic is described, the activities and key learnings of the VLEP to date are outlined, and we offer our reflections on challenges encountered throughout the journey. We hope that our experiences and learnings can be drawn upon to progress lived experience participation in tertiary settings and further legitimise lived experience involvement in the education of social workers.  相似文献

采用控制理论的分析框架,对4个强势用户成功实施的信息系统项目进行深入的案例研究,分别归纳出强势用户在行为控制、结果控制、宗派控制和自我控制4种控制类型下的具体控制机制,发现适用于强势用户的新的控制机制.新的行为控制机制,即用户方有一套实施方法论、用户方设立问题管理程序、用户方组织专门的配合团队等;新的结果控制机制,即用户方提供未来的长期规划、要求双方进行短期集中突击工作、用户方设立奖惩机制等;新的宗派控制机制,即用户方对实施方进行专项培训等;新的自我控制机制,即用户方以身作则使实施方产生潜在心理压力、用户方对实施方的项目管理方式提供指导或建议等.最后对以上机制的实践启示进行探讨.  相似文献

针对出行行为的出行模式,出发时间/路径选择三个方面,建立了基于路段的理想动态用户最优的变分不等式模型,该模型将用户的出行方案制定和实施作为一个整体进行考虑,表明了在满足动态用户最优选择条件下,交通流在出行模式、出发时间和出行路径上取得一致的动态均衡性,通过必要性和充分性的论证,得到了变分不等式模型和动态用户最优出行模式/出发时间/路径选择均衡条件的等价性,对模型解的存在惟一性成立需要满足的条件作了讨论,提出了求解的嵌套对角化算法,在此基础上,使用一个简单算例对模型进行了验证.  相似文献

Considerable research has been conducted to demonstrate user involvement's effect on information system success. User involvement and system success typically have been measured by asking users for their perceptions of these variables. This paper reports on a field study conducted to investigate the possibility that this approach to measuring study variables tends to overstate the benefits of user involvement. The link of user involvement to user satisfaction is found to be significantly weaker when user involvement is assessed by systems analysts than when it is self reported. Further, this difference is found to be greater for systems with few users than for systems with many users. The findings suggest that common method variance and self-serving bias may have overstated the apparent benefits of user involvement in past research on information systems. ABSTRACT

This paper outlines and evaluates an active and experiential learning project, which gave young people involved with the justice system, a voice as peer educators engaging with social work students outside of the traditional educational institution. The project had two key interconnecting elements. Firstly, by engaging a hidden population of young people in a realistic and meaningful way, it enabled them to share their experiences, and allowed students to understand the complexity of what it means to be socially excluded. Secondly, through this active participation process the young people began to see education as a desirable goal.

The project took place over three months and included 10 social work students and 13 young people involved with the justice system. Creative use of multimedia facilitated production of a learning resource to capture the young people’s lived experiences with statutory social work and justice systems. Young people were fundamentally challenged in their beliefs about themselves being involved in education to achieve a qualification. Students were challenged in their creativity and versatility responding to the task, when collaborating with ‘hard to reach’ young people. They were furthermore challenged in terms of their attitudes and assumptions in relation to offending and social justice.  相似文献
