本文在概括云南少数民族传统宗教特点的基础上,描述和分析云南少数民族传统宗教,通过宗教观念、宗教活动的复杂性对社会民俗、物质民俗、精神民俗进而对民族意识的形成、及民族意识在群体生活中的认同所起的功能,进而分析了云南少数民族传统宗教与民族意识的关系。

强束流Zr离子注入H13钢改善其耐磨性研究

采用由金属蒸汽真空弧离子源引出的强束流Ｚｒ,Ｚｒ＋Ｃ离子对Ｈ１３钢进行了离子束表面处理,借助划痕仪和摩擦试验机分别测量了经表面处理的Ｈ１３钢的耐磨性和摩擦系数。研究结果表明：经Ｚｒ,Ｚｒ＋Ｃ离子束处理的Ｈ１３钢的耐磨性有所提高,摩擦系数明显降低,采用卢瑟福背散射谱（ＲＢＳ）ｘ射线衍射分析了注入层的成分,结构及影响其耐磨性的因素。     

论鲁迅的文学教育思想

鲁迅先生的文学教育思想具有鲜明的实践性和创造性。他从文学具有“不用之用”的功能和形象直观的特点出发,将自己丰富的创作经验融汇于文学教育之中,坚持“教复非常教”的文学教学原则,开创了课内与课外相结合、阅读与写作相结合、教学与创作相结合的大文学教育实践之路,对有效推进今天的文学教育有着极大的现实意义。     

全球化时代的文化：非领土扩张化和本土重建

全球化时代文化转型表现出两种趋势：一是文化的非领土扩张化,二是文化的本土重建。非领土扩张化指在地理的和社会的领土面前,文化的“自然”关系丧失。西方文化的非领土扩张是现代社会一种不可抗拒的趋势。重建本土是对全球化的一种回应,它通过文化本土化促进民族文化的发展变迁,使之适应社会发展的需要,更具现代社会的品质和精神。用文化自觉来重建本土,是人类各种文化在全球化时代的文化转型中获得新生的精神洗礼和解放运动。     

浅议缔约过失责任

缔约过失责任是指在合同订立过程中 ,一方因违背其依据的诚实信用原则所产生的义务 ,而致另一方的信赖利益的损失 ,并应承担损害赔偿责任。它是一种新型的责任制度。从缔约过失责任的特点这一角度 ,对缔约过失责任制度予以阐述 ,对目前颇有争议的一些理论问题作一粗浅探讨 ,以达到很好地理解和适用缔约过失责任 ,防止其不适当扩大。     

It's More Than an M‐shape: The Political Economy of Female Non‐Standard Workers in the Republic of Korea

This study examines the re‐entrance of female workers into the Korean labor market. We highlight that women in their 40s have the highest rate of employment among all female workers and that a large proportion of these women are entering into non‐standard employment. In approaching this question, we examine the political economy of this phenomenon by first discussing the demand side of the Korean labor market using the gendering of the varieties of capitalism argument and then the supply side with the work–life balance argument. When examining re‐entrance into the labor market, women with general skills with lower education and higher education both found it more feasible to re‐enter the labor market as non‐standard workers. While work–life balance is a prominent reason for women's choice of opting out of the labor market, work–life balance choice mattered less for women re‐entering the labor market as non‐standard workers in their 40s and 50s but instead firmly based skill formation mattered more. In addition, the retail service industry is suggested to absorb a large number of female workers with lower skill levels who would have had difficulties in re‐entering other male‐oriented companies.     

La dynamique de la vocation : les évolutions de la rationalisation de l’engagement au travail des danseurs de ballet

The commitment to one's work, with body and soul involvement is a key issue in the study of vocation-driven occupations. In such callings, the aspirations that are socially constructed and experienced as vocations have been shown to provide meaning and direction to one's commitment. However, this study of Paris Opera ballet dancers shows that realizing one's aspirations are impossible to achieve does not necessarily result in quitting, nor retraining. Changes in the way dancers relate to their work are studied using sequential analysis, to examine which social factors may explain how this involvement's meaning is maintained. The analysis identifies some processes of vocation recomposition. Thus revealing, behind the professional careers, the “moral careers” of the vocation.     

重庆市再就业工程的实施、发展与创新

重庆市再就业工程在政府的领导下 ,在过去的两年里已取得显著的成效 ,但仍有一些尖锐与复杂的问题亟待解决。为此 ,根据重庆市具体情况有针对性地进行一系列研究活动 ,并提出相应对策。     

复合动词及其理据再认识

在调查基础上 ,重新评估复合动词的数量和使用现状 ,进一步研究了词的理据 ,认为 :复合动词的语义逻辑含义为简缩性标记语 ;主要语用修辞功能是简炼与强调 ;主要合成方式则是“显性简缩式”的缩造法和“隐性简缩式”的转换法。文章最后预测 ,复合动词在新世纪将有大发展。
