我国财务危机公司投资行为的财务特征分析

在引入一个简化的理性财务危机公司投资模型的基础上,论文分析了企业陷入财务危机后,债权人与债务人之间在期权博弈过程中,企业在投资策略的选择上会偏离正常的投资行为的财务特征。在此基础上,重点分析了我国经济转轨时期财务危机公司严重地过度投资和在债务重组过程中的盲目性、短期性和功利性及其形成的主要原因。企业的过度投资是内部人控制和银行债权弱化的具体体现,虚假的债务重组是将危机转嫁给企业债权人的真正动因。     

Optimization Model and Algorithm for Crew Management During Airline Irregular Operations

Airline irregular operations have long been a realm where human experience and judgement are the most important tools to utilize. Crew management during irregular operations is usually the bottleneck of the whole system-recovering process due to complicated crew schedules and restrictive crew legalities as well as the size and scope of the hub-and-spoke networks adopted by major carriers. A system-wide multi-commodity integer network flow model and a heuristic search algorithm for the above purpose are presented and discussed in this paper. The computational experiences show that the algorithm is efficient enough to solve problems of realistic size and also has the flexibility to accommodate practical business requirements.     

Two phase parametric and probabilistic NPV calculations, with possible deferral of disposal of UK nuclear waste as an example

This paper illustrates the value of several particular features of a first phase parametric approach to discounted cash flow (DCF) decision analysis when significant uncertainty is involved. It also illustrates the value of second phase probabilistic approaches to selected parameters for five quite different example reasons. The most controversial example reason concerns the discount rate. The particular example used to illustrate both phases may stimulate general interest because of the important issues involved, but it is argued that the two phase approach as a whole has a wide range of applications for decisions large and small.     

Analytical network process for software selection in product development: A case study

Application of software for manufacturing processes is one of the resolutions many enterprises have resorted to in the 21st century. This has been a result of increased complexity of products, globalization, rapid changes in technology and so on. The idea was that application of software especially for product development would increase the competitive advantage of industry nevertheless the irony has been that most of the investment in software has not achieved the expected results. We carry out a case study to introduce a methodology, the analytical network process as a multiattribute strategic decision making approach to help in the selection of appropriate software to suit the product development process of a particular product.     

产业集群参与者交互偏好与知识网络演化:模型与仿真

知识网络是产业集群网络演化的重要组成部分和先决条件,本文将产业集群中参与者进行交互的偏好分为任务导向型和知识导向型,建立了一个基于多智能主体的产业集群知识网络模型,利用Blanche软件实现了知识网络演化模型的仿真计算,通过仿真研究了任务导向型和知识导向型知识网络的对网络演化的不同影响.最后,本文提出了研究的局限性和下一步研究的方向.     

基于方差分析的资本结构决策模型

本文利用统计学原理与风险决策分析方法,提出了资本结构决策新的方差分析方法和矩阵模型.与原有的基于概率分析的方法比较,本文建立的模型方法克服和舍弃了模糊性和难操作性,有效地权衡了风险与收益,使资本结构决策模型更富可操作性和广泛适用性,能够为企业最优资本结构决策提供一定的决策依据.     

房地产投资的实物期权理论研究回顾与述评

笔者以为:房地产投资的实物期权理论研究从研究范围来看可分为增量房与存量房两大层次;从历史角度来看:自1985年以来,相关研究大致经历了一个从只关注客观变量的传统视角到更多关注主观性变量的现代视角的转变过程.基于此,本文对以往研究作了系统性的回顾、梳理与评论.指出决策的灵活性是把握该领域内研究脉络的一个主线.最后,本文指出了以往研究的局限性并对其发展方向作了展望.     

面向网络营销企业的营销信号选择博弈分析

如何通过营销信号来降低电子市场逆向选择风险是影响网络营销企业业绩的重要因素.本文以两家企业垄断市场为例,建立了企业信号传递博弈模型.通过对分离均衡与混同均衡存在条件的分析,讨论了信号传递成本以及不同消费者群体所占比例对企业营销信号决策的影响.分析结果有助于网络营销企业在电子市场中选择营销信号.     

发展我国风险投资业的法律保障问题研究

简要回顾了国家自然科学基金委员会青年科学基金项目“发展我国风险投资业的法律保障问题研究”的立项背景,系统地介绍了该项目的研究框架与主要内容、取得的主要成果和提出的主要观点,扼要地阐述了研究的理论与实践意义,以及项目研究成果被引用的情况。     

基于两阶段优化算法的神经网络预测模型

采用基于两阶段优化算法(multi-stage optimization approach,MSOA)的GA人工神经网络,将训练集分为两部分,在前一训练集训练后获得的网络基础上使用后一训练集进行进一步的训练获得更为优化的网络结构.针对复杂系统建模输入节点难以确定的问题,提出将其与自组织数据挖掘算法相结合,利用GMDH算法获得神经网络的初始化节点,使用训练好的神经网络模型进行预测.将由此建立的预测模型应用于粮食价格的预测,并进一步探讨了MSOA算法的收敛性问题.结果表明基于GMDH和MSOA的神经网络组合预测模型能较大提高神经网络的全局收敛能力和收敛速度,提高预测精度.
