“互联网+”时代出版营销模式探析

“互联网+”时代,互联网技术尤其是移动互联网技术的突飞猛进,为出版业注入了新的活力。出版营销与互联网技术的创造性结合,使出版业迎来了新的发展机遇。本文在总结出版营销领域现有的电子商务平台营销、社群营销、网络直播营销以及短视频营销四种主要营销模式的基础上,针对现有营销模式存在的问题,提出了一些展望与对策,旨在为出版营销的良性发展提供可行性建议。     

Manipulations of the Features of Standard Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Games: Effects in Pathological and Non-Pathological Gamblers

The present study was conducted to identify game parameters that would reduce the risk of abuse of video lottery terminals (VLTs) by pathological gamblers, while exerting minimal effects on the behavior of non-pathological gamblers. Three manipulations of standard VLT game features were explored. Participants were exposed to: a counter which displayed a running total of money spent; a VLT spinning reels game where participants could no longer stop the reels by touching the screen; and sensory feature manipulations. In control conditions, participants were exposed to standard settings for either a spinning reels or a video poker game. Dependent variables were self-ratings of reactions to each set of parameters. A set of 2(3) × 2 × 2 (game manipulation [experimental condition(s) vs. control condition] × game [spinning reels vs. video poker] × gambler status [pathological vs. non-pathological]) repeated measures ANOVAs were conducted on all dependent variables. The findings suggest that the sensory manipulations (i.e., fast speed/sound or slow speed/no sound manipulations) produced the most robust reaction differences. Before advocating harm reduction policies such as lowering sensory features of VLT games to reduce potential harm to pathological gamblers, it is important to replicate findings in a more naturalistic setting, such as a real bar.     

对视听资料法律地位的再思考

对视听资料的法律地位一直存在“独立论”与“非独立论”之争。要解决这个问题,首先要明确视听资料应当包括什么范围。范围的确定应从视听资料的语词分析和立法考察中得出,它包括音像证据和计算机证据。“独立论”与“非独立论”之争可转换为视听资料应否归入书证的问题。音像证据和计算机证据归入书证具有部分合理性,但在我国语境下不适用。明确视听资料的法律地位,有利于建立运用视听资料的证据规则、证据调查程序和方法。     

New media, new movements? The role of the internet in shaping the 'anti-globalization' movement

Collective action and social movement protest has become commonplace in our 'demonstration-democracy' and no longer surprises the media or the public. However, as will be shown, this was not the case with the recent anti-globalization protests that attracted demonstrators from countries all over the world. The battles of Seattle, Washington, Prague and Genoa, with an unforeseen mixture of nationalities and movements, became world news. Interestingly, the new media seemed to play a crucial role in the organization of these global protests. This article maps this movement-in-progress via an analysis of the websites of anti-globalization, or more specifically anti-neo-liberal globalization organizations. It examines the contribution of these sites to three different conditions that establish movement formation; collective identity; actual mobilization and a network of organizations. This ongoing, explorative research indicates signs of an integration of different organizations involved and attributes an important role to the Internet. However, whilst both our methodology and subject are evolving rapidly, conclusions, as our initial results show, must be tempered.     

视频平台用户生成内容投资和定价决策

平台管理者需要在考虑双边网络外部性的条件下对两边用户进行定价决策,除此之外投资策略也愈显重要。文章以视频平台为对象,用博弈模型研究视频平台在两边定价和 UGC (用户生成内容) 投资策略上的利益权衡。不同的内容来源具有不同的属性,UGC 内容相对于版权视频对广告商的吸引力不同,从而影响平台的投资策略。考虑了 3 种情况: 垄断、广告商多归属的寡头竞争以及广告商单归属的寡头竞争。研究提供了不同情况下视频平台的定价和UGC投资的决策指导,并比较了与传统市场的视角下决策的不同之处。结论显示不同的竞争条件下平台对于用户定价和 UGC 内容的投资策略如何受到 UGC 内容的特性以及平台间差异性的影响。     

考虑交叉网络外部性的视频平台商业模式研究

基于我国的现实情境,构建了对称免费(FF) 、不对称付费(PF) 和对称付费(PP) 3 种网络视频平台市场竞争模型,通过模型的对比分析,揭示我国网络视频平台商业模式的演变机理和路径,重点探讨了正负交叉网络外部性的相对关系在其中所起的作用． 研究表明,在平台节目内容差异性一定的情形下,两平台竞争博弈的均衡结果和商业策略选择均受到正负交叉网络外部性的相对关系的重要影响． 随着正负交叉网络外部性相对关系的变化,我国网络视频平台商业模式将经历“对称免费模式”、“不对称付费模式”和“对称付费式”3 个阶段的演变． 相应地,平台所采用的商业策略也将经历“免费 + 广告”、“补贴 + 广告”、“会员费 + 广告” 和“纯会员费”4 个阶段的变化． 然而,只有对称的 FF 和 PP 模式才是网络视频平台竞争的纳什均衡结果,而不对称的商业模式竞争(PF) 不构成纳什均衡．     

地方新闻网站的舆论引导优势与传播策略研究

目前,地方新闻网站在信息传播和舆论引导中的地位和作用越来越突出,作为党和国家的"网络喉舌",其在舆论引导过程中具备诸多其他网络媒体不可比拟的权利和优势。但在具体的新闻传播过程中,地方新闻网站不仅未能有效发挥这些舆论引导优势,反而呈现出舆论引导观念滞后、舆论引导艺术不精以及舆论引导技术落后等问题,使其社会整合力大受限制。所以,地方新闻网站理应在充分发挥舆论引导优势的基础上,通过发挥地方性话语优势、注重深层意识形态植入、整合信息资源等方式,提升其舆论引导力与影响力。     

技术驱动与守正创新:2019年新闻传播学科研究综述

为回顾和概述2019年中国新闻传播学理论研究的前沿成果、传媒业的发展态势、技术的革新应用、舆论生态的多元复杂以及新闻传播学科在全媒体时代所面临的机遇与挑战,结合技术革新的演变逻辑和社会现实的复杂语境,通过文献梳理、比较分析等方法,对学科理论建设、媒体融合、新媒体技术、人才教育等实际问题进行了研究。研究认为,2019年中国新闻传播学科研究呈现出技术驱动与守正创新的发展态势,主要表现为以下方面:回顾和总结新中国新闻史研究70年的成果和经验,需要以正确的思想为导向,采用多元视角,改进研究方法,开拓国际视野,也是数字时代新闻传播史研究的趋向;技术变革改变了传统媒体新闻生产的方式和格局,受众的地位不断被强化,与传统媒体组织共同参与新闻生产,以“用户”为中心,提升新闻生产的内容质量成为新闻生产重塑和传媒业转型的路径选择;媒体融合进入纵深发展阶段,以理念更新为前提,加强顶层设计方案,构筑传统与新兴媒体协调互通的全媒体矩阵,实现多元要素的融合;舆论变化呈现新的特征,网络成为舆论引导的主阵地,舆论场域愈加复杂多元,着力打造主流媒体的舆论引导力,创新舆论引导方式;短视频发展成为中国传媒产业新的增长点,从民间文化走向公共传播,参与短视频生产的主体更多元化,短视频新闻成为舆论引导和现代公共传播的重要形式;国家加强对版权的保护和制度建设,但数字版权问题不断涌现,表现为立法、制度、技术和观念等方面的不成熟,利用区块链等技术解决网络版权冲突成为新的路径;技术逻辑主导下,需建构数字新闻伦理体系,应对新闻伦理风险,通过提升新闻质量,挖掘技术的深层次内涵,发挥新闻规范和社会价值的导向作用;新时代的新闻传播教育和人才培养要适应新技术发展的要求,摆脱传统的思维模式,促进新闻传播学学科体系和中国特色新闻学建设,重视马克思主义新闻观教育,培养全媒型人才,聚焦中国问题,打造新闻传播学研究的中国学派。     

The roles of moral sensitivity and father presence on the relationship between violent video game exposure and aggression among left-behind adolescents

This cross-sectional study explored the relationship between violent video game exposure (VVGE) and aggression in left-behind adolescents (LBAs) in China, taking into account the effects of moral sensitivity and father presence. A cluster sampling design was applied in this study; we recruited 615 adolescents (45.85% male, age range 12–18 years, M_age = 14.70 years, SD = 1.66) from China. The results by using SPSS 25.0 and the PROCESS macro showed that VVGE was positively associated with LBAs' trait aggression and its items, and moral sensitivity played a partial mediating role in these relationships. Moreover, father presence moderated VVGE and LBAs' trait aggression, verbal aggression and hostility. Specifically, at a high level of father presence, the direct effect of VVGE on trait aggression was significantly moderated by increasing the level of father presence, whereas this moderating effect was not significant at a low level of father presence. The results were similar for verbal aggression and hostility. Thus, moral sensitivity and father presence should be considered in prevention and intervention strategies aimed at reducing LBAs' aggression.

通过分析知识管理和数字技术在音像资料管理中产生的影响,提出新时期音像资料管理的六项原则和四项策略。即促进学校改革与发展原则,参与管理原则,有序原则,创新原则,高效原则,激励原则以及拓展音像资料的使用空间策略,构建个人、团体、学校相结合的多层次、全方位的音像资料开发模式策略,构建有线电视网、计算机网和通信网相融合的内部知识交流与共享的宽带网络策略,设立音像资料管理部门、建立音像资料的管理制度策略。
