维特根斯坦的现象学之谜

尽管对于欧陆现象学运动知之甚少,维特根斯坦还是在他于1929年年初重返剑桥之际独立地提出了一个他自己的"现象学"版本.他的现象学观可以被归结为这样一个信条:用一种所谓的"现象学语言"来再现被直接给予的现象乃是可能的,而同样的任务则是日常-物理语言所无法胜任的.但通过对于"予料"之本性的深入探索,维氏最后却不得不承认了:再现直接经验的任何尝试都会不可避免地牵涉到物理语言的表达式,而这种牵涉恰恰是以牺牲现象学语言的独立性为代价的.这一发现最终导致了维氏对于现象学的放弃.     

论转化犯

转化性犯罪是刑法中一种普遍性现象,转化犯作为刑法的概念范畴为我国刑法理论学者首创.但是,各刑法理论学者对于转化犯的概念、特征及犯罪构成情况观点不一.转化犯不仅是我国刑事立法上概括的理论范畴,而且还是一种客观的犯罪事实现象,更是一种独立的刑法罪数形态理论体系,它有自己概念、特征、类型等基本范畴.我们的理论研究者不应该只是把它放在一种既定的规范解释层面来看待,更应该从罪数形态的理论模型来给予关怀.

A test for gamma DFR alternative

In this article, a test for exponentiality against gamma DFR alternative based on a quadratic form of the logarithmic observations is proposed. The percentage points and the power of the test are computed through Monte-Carlo simulation. The test is seen to perform well as compared to a chi-square test proposed by Bain and Engelhardt(1975).     

‘Seeing through their Eyes’: Towards Understanding Risk and Protection Perspectives of Young Bedouin Children in the Unrecognised Villages of the Naqab

This article is based on a participatory, context-informed study that examined perception of ‘risk’ and ‘protection’ among 30 Bedouin children aged four to five. It was conducted in the Bedouin unrecognised villages — Southern Israel and utilised photography, drawings and verbal explanations. The analysis yielded seven themes representing children’s perceptions of risk and protection. It indicated that children facing extreme adversity were aware of numerous risk conditions, including a lack of infrastructure and the fear of losing their homes, thus adversely affecting their well-being. Children’s insights, and suggested modes of protection, as the study findings reveal, are crucial for promoting children’s welfare.     

中国古代墓志形制变迁中的设计思想内蕴

以中国历代墓志形制与文体变化为纵向轴，一是以魏晋南北朝中的“志”“碑”合一形式以及宋齐梁陈中出现的简单化的墓志形式，论述了中国古代墓志设计的“实用”思想；二是以历代墓志文体演变为研读对象，系统论述了墓志文体设计演变中的“实用”与“浮华”的转变。系统考察中国历代墓志的形制与文体设计，墓志作为随葬风俗的一部分，其形制变化基本轨迹还是以实用为美、为尚。浮华的特质在重葬、经济允许的情况下，尤其是墓志志文成为文化人施展才华的载体之际，文体适应了为死者“歌颂”的普世之需，同时也体现了设计“应需而变”的设计本质。

学前教育体制机制研究是近年来一个热点、难点论域。运用科学计量可视化软件，结合内容分析，定量与定性相结合的方式系统回视了我国学前教育体制机制研究的实然面貌。并据此省思未来研究应多边集聚研究力量，促进学术共同体开放与融合；多元突破研究范式，促进理实之间对话与共生；多维聚焦研究主题，促进本土情境中问题剖析与解决。     

A visual planning solution to streamline the processes of hybrid cross-dockings

Cross-docking is a logistic strategy widely adopted both in manufacturing and distribution contexts. Despite the huge number of researches on this topic, most of them remain rather theoretical as they do not pay enough attention to operational aspects and daily functioning patterns of cross-dockings. This article aims at introducing a new focus for cross-docking research by proposing a visual planning solution to manage daily operation of a manufacturing cross-docking. By avoiding complex optimization algorithms and by adopting concepts belonging to the lean management theory, the article shows the potential of visual planning techniques to improve performance of cross-dockings. Starting from a specific industrial context, the shipping warehouse of an Italian company of the oil andand gas sector, a visual management methodology has been proposed to support the operation of cross-dockings. Although developed in a particular context, the proposed methodology and its underlying principles are to be considered general and potentially applicable to a wide range of cross-dockings. The methodology fully exploits an analytical tool, namely, the Safety Margin coefficientthat could be used for capacity planning purposes and to evaluate quantitatively the system performance at a given time instant.     

基于CiteSpace的国内影视翻译研究可视化分析（1997-2016）

本研究以CNKI期刊数据库中1997至2016年间关于影视翻译研究的论文为数据来源,运用CiteSpaceV软件的科学知识图谱,进行国内影视翻译研究可视化分析.通过考察影视翻译研究的发文数量、论文发表载体、主要研究领域、高频关键词和高产作者(机构)等,作者梳理了国内影视翻译研究的发展脉络与现状.分析结果显示,我国影视翻译研究在经历了一段"升温"后,正在呈现"降温"趋势,研究焦点集中在热映外国影视作品的字幕汉译.文章进而提出了影视翻译研究存在的问题,并展望了未来研究方向,以期为我国该领域的研究提供启示.     

老舍作品的影视剧改编及其影响

从建国初期到新世纪十年,从最早的电影《我这一辈子》到热播的电视剧《茶馆》,老舍作品深受影视界人士的青睐而被改编成了诸多电影、电视剧。这种经久不衰、＂前仆后继＂的改编成就了＂影像老舍＂现象,对当下经典文学作品的影视改编具有重要的启示意义。
