Simple detection of outlying short time series

Sets of relatively short time series arise in many situations. One aspect of their analysis may be the detection of outlying series. We examine the performance of standard normal outlier tests applied to the means, or to simple functions of the means, of AR(1) series, not necessarily of equal lengths. Although unequal lengths of series implies that the means have unequal variances, that are only known approximately, it is shown that nominal significance levels hold good under most circumstances. Thus a standard outlier test can usefully be applied, avoiding the complication of estimating the time series' parameters. The test's power is affected by unequal lengths, being higher when the slippage occurs in one of the longer series     

论法律制度的有效性与公民守法意识的内在关联

当国家法律制度创建时,就意味着法律制度自身所内蕴的法权要求、追求的价值目标以及为社会主体设定的行为模式等应该转变为社会现实,而且也只有当这些应然要求转变为社会现实,法律制度才能是有效的。法律制度的有效性取决于多方面的因素,其中与该国家公民的守法状况有着深刻的内在关联。因为法律制度高效实现离不开公民对法律的自觉遵守,而公民对法律的自觉遵守又是以公民的守法意识为主观心理基础。由此可见,公民的普遍守法既是法律制度高效实现的表现,也是法律制度高效实现的重要条件之一。为此,我们必须大力培养公民的自觉守法意识,以形成公民对法律的的普遍信仰和自觉遵守。     

Olive Oil Consumption in Greece: A Microeconometric Analysis

In this paper, the factors affecting at-home demand for three types of oils and fats in Greece, with emphasis on olive oil, are investigated using the linear approximation of the Almost Ideal Demand System and family budget survey data. To overcome the econometric problem created with the existence of zero expenditure, a generalization of the two-stage Heckman procedure is employed. In order to investigate the role of self-consumption, two different samples were used. The first includes all households; the second excludes those that acquire olive oil only from own production. According to the results, there are important differences in the first stage of the decision process between the two samples. Unlike the first stage, the second stage of the decision process found no important differences between the results for the two samples.     

衍生金融工具的计量研究

衍生金融工具因具有高风险性、时态未来性及品种多样性等特点，其计量问题一直是会计核算的核心和难点。传统的会计计量理论和方法已无法满足其要求。为此，有必要改进现行的会计核算体制，以公允价值取代历史成本对衍生金融工具进行计量，以增强信息披露的力度。     

论完善我国的破产和解制度

破产和解制度对于维护债务人的合法权益、实现债权利益的最大化和维护社会的稳定发挥着重要的作用。但随着社会经济的发展,该制度日益暴露出一些弊端。建议制定统一的破产法法典时,主要从减少行政干预、实行彻底的和解分离主义、放宽和解的原因和健全监督机制等几个方面对现行破产和解制度进行完善。     

我国深化素质教育改革的主要对策

目前我国素质教育改革的重点应是尽快启动素质教育评价体系建设国家研究项目,积极推进高校招生制度改革,促进学生身心协调健康成长,加快推进中小学实施小班化教学和加强农村师资建设。力争在较短的时间内实现高等教育质量的根本性恢复,稳步推进教育管理体制改革为素质教育改革目标的实现提供制度环境支持。     

黑龙江（汉族）民歌衍变过程探析——对黑龙江、河北（汉族）民歌的比较

黑龙江汉族民歌的衍变历经了数百年的岁月沧桑，它与民族迁徙、人口变迁以及文化传统等存在着极为密切的联系。通过对黑龙江民歌与河北、山东、河南、山西民歌进行比较，表明黑龙江民歌与河北民歌之间存在着较近的亲缘关系。因此，文章试图在对较有代表性的几首黑龙江与河北民歌比较研究的基础上进一步探究黑龙江民歌衍变的影响因素。
