Sexual Practices Among a Sample of Young Lesbian and Bisexual Women from Mexico: An Exploratory Study

Objective: To describe sexual practices in Mexican lesbian and bisexual women. Materials and method: An online survey was conducted with a nonprobabilistic sample of self-identified lesbian (n?=?768) and bisexual (n?=?371) women from the 32 states of Mexico. Results: Lesbians less frequently reported having had sex with a man than bisexual women. Preferred sexual practices with other women were external genital stimulation with fingers, internal genital stimulation with fingers, and oral genital stimulation. Most (～80%) participants did not use protection to prevent sexually transmitted infections. Conclusions: Our results can inform the design of promotion and prevention programs in sexual health aimed at sexual minority women.     

Elementary School-age Children's Attitudes Toward Children in Same-Sex Parent Families

As numbers of families with same-sex parents increase in the United States, children are more likely to encounter diverse family structures. Given that young children can demonstrate in-group bias, prejudicial attitudes, and social exclusion, it is important to understand how children perceive their peers in diverse families. To our knowledge, no studies have assessed elementary-school-age children's attitudes about same-sex parent families. Here, 131 elementary school students (M_age = 7.79 years; 61 girls) viewed images of same-sex (female and male) and other-sex couples with a child and then were asked about their perceptions of these families, particularly the children. Results indicated participants' preferences toward children with other-sex versus same-sex parents. Developmental and practical implications about children's attitudes toward sexual minority parent families are discussed.

Après avoir expliqué que le système juridique italien a jusqu'à présent assimilé la protection de la famille à la seule protection de la femme et de la maternité, l'auteur décrit l'évolution législative qui a permis de reconnaître aux pères un rôle fondamental dans l'éducation des enfants. Il montre ensuite que la jurisprudence, en retenant une interprétation moderne des principes inscrits dans la loi, contribue à vaincre la résistance à une telle évolution dans une société encore marquée par la domination masculine.

经典的具有女性独立反抗意识的文本《简·爱》,主人公简爱形象被认为是一个要求平等独立的新型女性。而作品中的疯女人这一角色常常被忽略视为简的陪衬物,甚至被视为"贵族社会的一种象征"。而疯女人伯莎是一个进行复仇的大胆的抗争女子;同时伯莎是男权社会中另一个被压抑的简爱,是简爱的内心世界或者说是她性格的另一个侧面。

鸦片战争后,伴随着西学东渐的深入,近代西方女权思想、人权观念、婚姻理论等渐次传人中国,在近代中国社会引起共鸣。近代先进之士对比中西方女性道德文化,在对中国传统妇德的缺陷进行深刻反省和检讨的基础上,提出了近代意义上的新型女性道德观。这种新型女性道德观的形成与发展,集中地反映了近代先进知识分子对传统性别伦理道德反思的深度和广度,也清晰折射出西学东渐的日益加深。

学前儿童性别教育的有关研究表明,社会上还存在着根深蒂固的性别歧视和性别偏见,身处特定环境中的学前教育教师以及图画书、教学媒体等仍然带有较强的性别歧视和性别偏见等性别刻板印记。为此,国家需要在学前儿童性别教育研究的基础上重视学前教育阶段的性别平等教育,制定相关的政策,建立性别教育的终身教育体系,构建教师性别平等教育的培训网络平台,以现代性别教育理念为指导,基于对儿童生理差异的尊重,设计出适合学前儿童身心发展特点的性别教育课程,全面有效地实施性别平等教育。

本文聚焦于企业的研发网络,通过综述企业研发网络架构方面的相关文献,识别出研发网络架构的三大维度（网络成员组合、网络结构属性及网络关系特征）及其主要内容,并基于此分析了中心企业的研发网络架构对该网络的网络价值的影响机制。结合企业战略目标及具体诉求及企业外部环境的权变影响,本文提出了一个围绕网络价值最大化命题,以研发网络架构为基点、网络价值为终点的理论研究框架,讨论了现有研究结论及未来可能的研究,为中心企业选择研发合作伙伴、配置网络成员、部署网络结构及管理成员关系提供借鉴。
