进城农民工子女状况的现状分析和对策

农民工是我国特有的城乡二元体制的产物,在以户籍制度及其衍生的社会福利政策的城乡差异制约下,农民工自身在城市尚难以完全享有与城镇居民同等的社会福利,并且由于教育资源的稀缺性和有限性,农民工子女的受教育问题仍然是现时期中国义务教育的难点和薄弱环节。这不仅表现在农民工子女获取平等的教育机会和条件需进一步妥善解决,并且对教育过程和教育效果公平又提出新的要求。本文通过2010年流动人口动态监测工作调查数据,选取户籍为农业户口的进城农民工样本,并对其15周岁以下子女进行性别年龄结构和分布特征分析,通过区分不同年龄段、不同流动类型和不同居住地类型三个维度,对农民工子女的辍学率和就读学校类型等进行深入研究,根据存在的问题,提出相关对策建议。     

论我国证券公司经纪人的法律地位

《中华人民共和国证券法》规定 ,从事经纪业务的证券公司是证券经纪人 ,其法律地位为代理人 ,似欠妥当。考察英美法系和大陆法系国家对证券公司经纪人的法律地位的规定及其成因 ,对我国民法相关范畴进行比较分析 ,立足国情 ,在民法范畴的基础上 ,将证券公司经纪人界定为行纪人或居间人较为科学。这样有利于明确证券公司的权利义务 ,保护投资者的利益 ,实现资本资源的最优化配置 ,维护证券交易市场的稳定     

试论邓小平理论在国际共运中的地位

社会主义曲折发展丰富的历史经验的积累,使中国有了较为成熟的条件,能够从理论和实践上解决无产阶级取得政权后如何建设社会主义这个重大的历史性课题。邓小平在对社会主义重新认识中,提出了社会主义本质论、社会主义初级阶级论等一系列崭新的理论观点,形成了邓小平理论,这是我国区别于苏东国家改革的成功之道。苏东剧变,国际共运陷入低潮,国际局势严峻复杂,邓小平审时度势,力挽狂澜,在人口最多的世界大国坚守住社会主义阵地,使国际局势朝着有利于世界人民的方向发展。邓小平理论、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设在中国的成功,预示着国际共运复兴和发展的曙光。     

Predictors of High-Risk Sexual Behavior Among Individuals Living with HIV Disease and AIDS

An important focus of the 1996 World Aids Conference related to the extent of unprotected sex among gay men, particularly those in their twenties. This paper will use logistic analysis to explore the extent of unsafe sexual practices among individuals living in Bexar County, Texas, who are HIV+ assymptomatic, HIV+ symptomatic, or have AIDS. Using survey research data, we assess the significance and impact of various independent factors on whether respondents reported they did or did not engage in unprotected sex. The most striking finding is that unprotected sexual activity is prevalent regardless of demographic and/or status differences among respondents. Findings reinforce the use of community planning processes, which emphasize the importance of sound behavioral and social science combined with efforts to include the affected constituency to create effective HIV prevention programs.     

A nonparametric test for current status data with unequal censoring

Nonparametric tests for the comparison of different treatments based on current status data are proposed. For this problem, most methods proposed in the literature require that observation times on all subjects follow the same distribution. In other words, censoring distributions are identical between the treatment groups. In this paper, we focus on the situation where the censoring distributions may be different for subjects in different treatment groups and the test that can take this unequal censoring into account is given. The asymptotic distribution of the test proposed is derived. The method proposed is applied to data arising from a tumorigenicity experiment.

Real and assumed sexual minority status: Longitudinal associations with depressive symptoms

Sexual minority status persists in being linked to poorer adolescent mental health. Using a longitudinal sample (N = 845), we examined how youth's own same-gender attraction and their perceptions of peers' beliefs about their same-gender attraction (i.e., assumed attraction) were associated with trajectories of depressive symptoms from grade eight (when students are typically 13–14 years old) to grade 10. Reporting either same-gender attraction, assumed same-gender attraction or both were associated with higher initial levels of depressive symptoms that persisted over time compared to youth with real and assumed other-gender attraction only. These links were partially mediated by experiences of discrimination. Findings suggest the importance of understanding adolescent perceptions of peer beliefs in the association between same-gender attraction and depressive symptoms.     

中国戏曲动画创作的现状与创新发展

中国戏曲以开放的姿态,融合舞蹈、音乐、文学、美术、服饰等多种艺术形式,形成了独特的艺术综合体系。时至今日,戏曲仍旧以其丰富的艺术元素和深厚的文化内涵成为中国艺术工作者取之不尽的灵感源泉。中国动画界根据树立本土动漫品牌的战略需求,也开始了对戏曲元素的挖掘与利用。戏曲动画应运而生,并取得了一些阶段性成果。但目前戏曲动画的创作仍存在多方面的局限性,故应在正视现实的基础上,果断调整创作思路,对戏曲解构式融入动画创作,对戏曲动画与新媒体结合的形式进行全新的探索,创作出好看又有意味的中国戏曲动画,从而为树立中国本土动漫品牌作出新的探索。     

多元利益主体下中等职业教育社会地位危机研究

中等职业教育作为一种独立存在与发展着的事物或事业,在其运行中存在着多元化的利益主体。虽然近年来中等职业教育数量上得到了绝对的增长,但其社会地位不容乐观。因此,根据利益主体关系,从评价中等职业教育的外部客观因素的家庭、政府和企业角度来研究其社会地位现状,得出其社会地位存在危机的结论。最终为了保障各主体的利益能够得到满足,提高中等职业教育社会地位,提出4点建议：1.加大投资,实现投资渠道多元化;2.加强师资建设;3.健全中等职业教育质量评价机制;4.完善中等职业教育服务市场。
