师德师风建设是高校教师思想政治工作的核心内容。当前高校教师思想政治工作还面临一些现实困境：工作重心转移， 方法手段单一且落后，教师人格养成的后现代嬗变，市场本位导向下的思想政治工作主体地位嬗变。创新思想政治工作，就必 须进行观念创新，以高校青年教师为主要对象，以师德师风建设为主要内容，充分占领网络制高点，注重实效，以机制构建和路 径创新为核心，增强高校教师思想政治工作实效。

我国青壮年农民工学力现状与问题探讨

为了解我国青壮年农民工的学力程度现状,运用"基础知识水平测试"对全国十一个省的一万余名青壮年农民工的进行了采样调查.调查发现:我国农民工受教育水平相对较低,农民工表现出来的真实学力水平与他们自身学历水平存在差异,农民工有需求得到技能培训以提高自身的学力水平,对此提出了相应的建议.

略论从教师、科研人员到编辑的观念转变

本文主要论述教师、科研人员转岗成为出版社编辑后,应在以下几个方面转变观念:由专攻一门学科的"专才"转变为兼修百科的"通才";由只注重学术研究的"书呆子"转变为兼顾出版物社会效益和经济效益的"精明人":由闭门钻研、甘于寂寞的科学工作者转变为广交朋友、搜集多方信息的社会工作者:由科学观点的提出者、科学成果的总结者转变为书本价值的评价者、书本质量的保证者.     

Fostering Children and Young People on Remand: Care or Control?

Remand foster-carers can provide placements for children andyoung people awaiting trial or sentence within criminal courts.The role of fostering children and young people on remand isin some ways more complex than fostering other children, asremand foster-carers have to bridge the divide between providingthe care of the welfare system and the control of the criminaljustice system. This paper considers the ways in which a smallsample of remand foster-carers attempted to manage these tensionsand incongruities and tried to reach a balance between careand control. The paper identifies two main ‘parenting’approaches adopted by remand foster-carers, and comments onthe appropriateness of each to meet the needs of children andyoung people on remand, whilst still achieving the requirementsof the criminal justice system.     

Negotiating identities: the lives of Pakistani and Bangladeshi young disabled people

Research has generally amalgamated minority ethnic (all called 'Asian' or 'black') disabled young people's experiences and failed to acknowledge the multiple aspects of Asian and black disabled identities, for example how the combined attributes of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, culture, class and disability shape their perspectives and experiences. In an attempt to address this issue my doctoral research explored the experiences and perspectives of 13 young Pakistani and Bangladeshi disabled people. By drawing on the substantive and theoretical findings which emerged from my analysis in this paper I shall consider how multiple aspects of identity, such as ethnicity, disability and gender, affect this population's identity and self-image and how this makes their experiences different from white disabled young people and other minority groups' experiences.     

青少年“网瘾”问题的成因及对策研究

随着网络时代的到来,互联网在我国迅速普及,从而使不少青少年染上"网瘾",使他们的身心受到了伤害。这个问题应该引起全社会的足够重视,要为青少年提供现实关怀,在学校里要发挥信息技术课的优势,创建多元的校园文化,并且加强网络文化的建设和管理,使网络文化向健康方向发展。     

编辑的职业道德养成

提出了编辑的基本职业道德准则。借助组织学习理论论述了编辑的职业道德养成与编辑群体的组织学习过程的关系；提出了建立编辑的道德他律机制的三个原则及编辑的职业道德养成的反馈机制。
