中学青年教师职业适应性的实证分析--以河南某县361名青年教师为例

本研究依据职业社会化理论,用单变量统计方法描述了中学青年教师的职业适应水平,发现青年教师综合职业适应水平较高,但是心理适应水平比较差.影响其综合职业适应水平的因素有家庭支持程度、生活关怀、社会尊重程度、工龄和工资满意程度等.

俄罗斯文化中的“知识分子”概念辨

"知识分子"是俄罗斯文化背景下的特殊文化现象,也是俄国思想史的一个核心问题.19世纪30-40年代,俄国知识分子群体形成,俄国化的"知识分子"概念也随之被大大地强化了源于古代希腊罗马文化的思维层面、心理层面和意识层面的原生意义,并且被赋予了独特的俄国文化背景下的哲学、道德和社会层面的扩展意义.东正教文化土壤为俄国"知识分子"概念增加了浓厚的"弥赛亚意识"和"普世主义"含意,使俄国知识分子自觉承担起社会现实的审视者和"社会良心"的角色.     

进城务工青年可雇佣能力实证研究——以吉林省建筑行业为例

可雇佣能力开发是一个系统工程,教育与培训机构在这一能力开发过程中起重要作用。以吉林省建筑行业为例进行问卷调查,构建进城务工青年可雇佣能力指标体系。研究表明,虽然这一群体可雇佣能力与其收入及所持有的培训证书显著相关,但却与教育、培训经历无显著相关关系。因此,我们应更多关注对这一群体的培训过程与培训后续服务的更好衔接,为学员终生可雇佣能力开发提供量身定做的培训方案,并缓解进城务工青年地域转换过程中的心理调适问题;还可通过证书获取解决目前劳动力市场的信息不对称问题。同时,在教育形式和对象上应在细分受众基础上加强专业设置的前瞻性。教育与培训机构应更多实现资源共享。     

马克思《莱茵报》时期的思想研究探微

随着马克思主义中国化问题研究的深入,学界对马克思主义理论发展史的研究也有所加强。青年马克思思想研究在马克思主义思想史研究中占据重要一席。文章考察了马克思《莱茵报》时期思想研究成果后认为,近年来该领域的研究重点从对马克思《莱茵报》时期的思想加以定位转向了深入探讨;在研究方法、主题和路径上也有了显著的变化,并取得一定的进度。梳理该领域的研究脉络,对推动马克思主义理论的深入研究有重要意义。     

Helicopter Parents and Landing Pad Kids: Intense Parental Support of Grown Children

Popular media describe adverse effects of helicopter parents who provide intense support to grown children, but few studies have examined implications of such intense support. Grown children (N = 592, M age = 23.82 years, 53% female, 35% members of racial/ethnic minority groups) and their parents (N = 399, M age = 50.67 years, 52% female; 34% members of racial/ethnic minority groups) reported on the support they exchanged with one another. Intense support involved parents' providing several types of support (e.g., financial, advice, emotional) many times a week. Parents and grown children who engaged in such frequent support viewed it as nonnormative (i.e., too much support), but grown children who received intense support reported better psychological adjustment and life satisfaction than grown children who did not receive intense support. Parents who perceived their grown children as needing too much support reported poorer life satisfaction. The discussion focuses on generational differences in the implications of intense parental involvement during young adulthood.     

The consequences of love: young people and family practices in difficult circumstances

In recent years, there has been a resurgence of sociological work exploring the importance and meaning of kinship. Much of this work has criticized the ‘individualization’ thesis according to which changes in family structures over time have been interpreted as reflecting a fundamental decline in family values. Highlighting continuities as well as change in family life, this work has also suggested ways to move beyond the individualization debate and to develop alternative frameworks for the study of contemporary families and personal life, notably through the analysis of related practices. For various reasons, this recent work has focused primarily on the experience and practices of adults in ‘ordinary’ rather than more difficult family circumstances. This article aims to complement this work by focusing on the difficult family experiences of young people affected by parental substance use. It is argued that it is important not to lose sight of such experiences in order that sociological thinking reflect the diversity of family practices and the resources available to support them, including at younger ages. In addition, the importance of developing concepts or a language facilitating the exploration and communication of the emotional and symbolic significance of these practices is emphasized.
