断代诗学的突破与重构——评吴井泉的《20世纪40年代中国现代三大诗学研究》

吴井泉的《20世纪40年代中国现代三大诗学研究》通过对延安现实主义诗学、浪漫主义倾向的"七月"派诗学和"九叶"派现代主义诗学的理论形态、内涵、价值,以及相互间并峙、互补关系的研究,系统而深入地把握上世纪40年代中国现代三大诗学的观念、思想与精神,在断代诗学研究中具有相当重要的突破和重构之意义。     

Minimum variance unbiased estimation in a modified power series distribution and some of its applications

In this paper we study the minimum variance unbiased estimation in the modified power series distribution introduced by the author (1974a). Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of minimum variance unbiased estimate (MVUE) of the parameter based on sufficient statistics are obtained. These results are, then, applied to obtain MVUE of θ^r (r ≥ 1) for the generalized negative binomial and the decapitated generalized negative binomial distributions (Jain and Consul, 1971). Similar estimates are obtained for the generalized Poisson (Consul and Jain, 1973a) and the generalized logarithmic series distributions (Jain and Gupta, 1973). Several of the well-known results follow trivially from the results obtained here.     

Behrens-Fisher问题的正态逼近

 本文提出用基于得分检验的正态逼近方法来解决Behrens-Fisher问题，即比较方差比未知时两正态总体的均值。模拟结果显示：在所有的研究情况下，我们的方法都能很好地控制第一类错误，检验功效也不差；而最常用的Welch近似t检验在样本量不等时大多数情况都不能控制第一类错误。     

后现代语境下网络游戏的特征、影响及对策

随着信息技术的日益发展,网络游戏已成为人们娱乐生活中的主要项。网络游戏有着网络开放性和交互性的特征,是提供大众娱乐休闲的平台,其波澜壮阔的视觉效果,惊奇曲折的故事情节,美轮美奂的角色人物,满足了不同玩家的心理,从中寻求乐趣,这也正是后现代主义学者所推崇的快乐至上的精神追求,然而网络游戏的负面影响也同时侵蚀着人们的身心健康。因此,运用后现代思维转变人们对网络游戏的消极看法,并将网络游戏体验视为一种积极的教育方式将有益于我国青少年教育的发展。     

On the theory of modified randomization tests for nonparametric hypotheses

A general randomization test for nonparametric hypotheses which is a modification of permutation tests in proposed. The exact level of the test is derived and under mild gegularity conditions, a general result on the consistency of the power function is obtained. Applications to several testing problems are considered. Asymptotic expansions of the power of this test are derived with respect to contiguous alternatives thus test are derived with respect to contiguous alternatives thus enabling us to make deficiency comparisons with permutation tests. The paper concludes with some Monte Carlo simulations verifying the theoretical results derived.     

Using an approximate L1 Estimator

This note investigates the efficiency of using near-best or approximate L₁ estimators as starting values in L₁ linear programming procedures. In particular, it is shown that the total computer time can often be reduced if one first computes the least squares estimator, β, and then adjust y to y - Xβ in Barrodale and Roberts’ improved algorithm.     

Staff responses to age‐related health changes in people with an intellectual disability in group homes

The purpose of this study was to explore how supervisors in group homes caring for people with intellectual disability responded to the development of age‐related health changes in their residents. Ten group home supervisors working in the disability sector were interviewed once. Data were analysed using Dimensional Analysis. The study identified several factors related to whether a resident could stay ‘at home’ or would need to be moved to residential aged care (nursing home) including: nature and extent of group home resources, group home staff comfort with residents’ health changes, staff skill at navigating the intersection between the disability and ageing sectors, and the supervisor’s philosophy of care. The ability of older people with an intellectual disability to ‘age in place’ is affected by staff knowledge about and comfort with age‐related illnesses, staff skills at navigating formal services, staffing flexibility, and the philosophy of group home supervisors. Despite the growing international concern for the rights of people with disability, particularly in relation to decision making, questions about the older person’s choice of residence and participation in decision making about what was best for them, were almost nonexistent. Rather, decisions were made based on what was considered to be in ‘the best interest’.     

中国未来民法典物权变动模式的立法选择

对于物权变动模式,中国《物权法》采取的是以债权形式主义为原则、以债权意思主义为例外的二元化立法模式。二元化立法模式将给未来中国民法典的协调性和一致性带来障碍,因而有必要建立一元化的物权变动模式。在保障交易安全和交易效率两个立法价值的视角下评析目前世界上3种主要物权变动立法模式的优劣,认为债权形式主义能更好地兼顾交易安全和效率,建议未来的中国民法典应当采取一元化债权形式主义的物权变动模式。
