川西南藏族的神灵崇拜和驱鬼驱邪仪式研究

分布在藏彝走廊东南缘的川西南藏族,信仰万物有灵的多神崇拜。他们敬先祖,祭山神,驱邪除秽,驱鬼杀鬼。在他们的民间信仰活动里有一系列的敬祖祭神仪轨。包括纳木依藏族的牛王会、尔苏藏族的射箭节和还山鸡节以及为亡灵指路仪轨等,无不体现出敬神灵远鬼邪的民间信仰文化。     

谈梁晓声知青小说中的反思性问题

梁晓声知青小说以浓重的知青情结和对理想主义、英雄主义的高扬而独树一帜,在20世纪80年代的知青小说创作领域占据了重要的一席之地,不过,其知青小说因此而招来了不少的批评和质疑的声音,被认为小说中缺乏对知青运动、文革历史的深刻反思与批判。然而,纵观梁晓声的知青小说创作的流变,不难发现其小说创作的深层动因远不是一些论者所批评的那样简单,而是梁晓声的知青情结与创作伦理的背后更为主要的原因,在于为一代知青的青春和生命找寻意义与价值的明证。     

RURALIZING THE CITY: THE GREAT MIGRATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL REHABILITATION IN BALTIMORE,MARYLAND

This article examines the discursive and material presence of the “rural” in the “urban,” relating it to the historical and contemporary production of African American culture and identity. By using the case of the Great Migration, it discusses how African Americans negotiated and shaped their urban surroundings and formed individual and collective identities by drawing on their rural, southern histories. It then suggests the relevance of these broad historical processes to contemporary analyses and interventions in the urban environment of Baltimore, Maryland. This article challenges assumptions that obscure the agency of urban residents in the formation of identity and the establishment of community. It demonstrates ways in which the historical movement from rural South to urban North was accompanied by a range of cultural resources that have been adapted, discarded, or reconstructed.     

空气低温氧化体系对稠油组成的影响

通过对辽河稠油进行低温氧化模拟实验, 考察了不同体系氧化反应前后气相组成、 稠油组成及性质的改变情况。结果表明： 稠油与空气发生的低温氧化反应属于吸氧反应, 催化氧化反应使气体中氧气含量下降到 2.71%, 消耗了空气中 87% 的氧, 氧化使稠油酸值及黏度增大; 加水催化氧化使稠油中胶质含量降低13.95%, 沥青质含量上升 4.81%, 胶质、 沥青质总含量降低, 重组分降解了 17.94%; 环烷酸盐催化剂体系对稠油有良好的催化活性, 促进了稠油氧化和裂解; 水在稠油空气低温催化氧化过程中起到了促进重组分裂解的作用。     

中美澳流域取用水总量控制制度比较研究

水资源科学的研究成果表明,水资源的供不应求在很大程度上是由于人类忽视水循环的客观规律和超过水资源的可再生能力,进行过度开采和利用所致。对流域取用水总量进行科学合理的控制是确保实现流域水资源可持续利用的关键性非工程性措施之一。在流域取用水总量控制方面,美国的大湖-圣劳伦斯河流域、澳大利亚的墨累-达令流域是国际上比较成功的两个流域。基于对这两个外国流域和中国黄河流域取用水总量控制制度内容和效果的讨论,对三者进行对比分析,发现可供中国利用的外国经验,提出完善中国流域取用水总量控制制度的若干建议。     

论“八二宪法”30年产权结构的变迁

近30年我国宪法中所规定的产权结构发生了重大变迁,主要表现为产权及其实现方式的多元化、非公有制产权所占的份量越来越大。我国产权结构变迁的基本方式是：先有产权及其结构变迁的事实（违宪）,然后总结产权变迁的经验并制定宪法修正案（修宪）,最后在宪法中加以确认并加以制度上推广（合宪）。这样一条产权结构变迁路线是我国经济体制改革与宪法变迁的必然结果,符合当时社会变革的需求,促成了我国经济发展以及宪法制度的完善,但同时也给我国宪法带来了极大的挑战。对我国现行宪法产权制度进行适当调整,协调宪法内部关于产权制度的各项规定,尽量减少关于产权制度方面的宪法规定,无疑是回应这一挑战的重要思路。

新生代作家和新时期之初"文革"叙事的作家由于其"代际差异",有着"文革"亲历和历史记忆之别。在书写"文革"时他们与前代作家相比,更能跳出宏大的叙事模式和单一的政治视角,更多从儿童视角,讲述自己的故事,讲述个人思想和精神的成长史,执著地探询着人性主题。     

AN INTERNATIONAL COMPARISON OF LIFETIME INEQUALITY: HOW CONTINENTAL EUROPE RESEMBLES NORTH AMERICA

We compare earnings inequality and mobility across the United States, Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom during the late 1990s. A flexible model of earnings dynamics that isolates positional mobility within a stable earnings distribution is estimated. Earnings trajectories are then simulated, and lifetime annuity value distributions are constructed. Earnings mobility and employment risk are found to be positively correlated with base‐year inequality. Taken together they produce more equalization in countries with high cross‐section inequality such that the countries in our sample have more similar lifetime inequality levels than cross‐section measures suggest.     

BOOK TRANSLATIONS AS IDEA FLOWS: THE EFFECTS OF THE COLLAPSE OF COMMUNISM ON THE DIFFUSION OF KNOWLEDGE

We use book translations as a new measure of international idea flows and study the effects of Communism's collapse in Eastern Europe on these flows. Using novel data on 800,000 translations and difference‐in‐differences approaches, we show that while translations between Communist languages decreased by two thirds with the collapse, Western‐to‐Communist translations increased by a factor of 4 and quickly converged to Western levels. Convergence was more pronounced in the fields of applied and social sciences, and was more complete in Satellite and Baltic than in Soviet countries. We discuss how these patterns help us understand how repressive institutions and preferences towards Western European ideas shaped the international diffusion of knowledge.     

盈利补偿承诺对中小股东利益影响研究——基于青岛金王收购广州韩亚和上海月沣的案例分析

盈利补偿作为保护股东利益的一种契约机制,近年来已成为并购重组的重要组成部分。通过对青岛金王并购广州韩亚和上海月沣的案例解析,旨在探究盈利补偿机制对中小股东利益的影响。研究发现:盈利补偿的签署,在一定时期内会对公司的财务状况和经营业绩带来积极影响,给投资者带来了正向收益;在宣布盈利承诺未实现时,股价持续低迷,套牢了投资者的利益;此外,即便承诺方完成了盈利补偿承诺,股价仍无回转迹象,盈利补偿机制给中小股东利益带来了负面影响。因此,中小股东不要盲目相信盈利补偿机制的保护作用,相关监管部门应严格执行监管责任,加强对资本市场的实时监控。
