研究性学习对职业社工专业能力培养的作用初探——以“老年研究小组”为例

研究性学习是一种重实践能力和创新能力培养，具开放性、探究式教学互动模式，对研究性大学及创新人才培养有重要意义。基于研究性学习与社工教育实务特质的高度契合性，本文以“老年社工”课为平台，以“老年研究小组”为切人点，以研究性学习为途径，总结了为期五年“以问题为导向，教、研、实务三结合”的教改对职业社工素质培养的效果，并就本土社工教育的学科发展提出了建议。     

Technology and social interaction: the emergence of 'workplace studies'

Despite the substantial body of literature concerned with the ways in which digital media are transforming contemporary society and institutional life, we have relatively little understanding of the ways in which new technologies feature in day to day organizational conduct and interaction. There is however a growing corpus of empirical research which places the situated and contingent character of new technologies at the heart of the analytic agenda, but as yet, these studies are relatively little known within sociology. They include ethnographies of command and control centres, financial institutions, the news media, and the construction industry. They address the ways in which tools and technologies, ranging from paper documents through to complex multimedia systems, feature in work and collaboration. In this paper, we discuss these so-called 'workplace studies' and consider their implications for our understanding of organizational conduct, social interaction and new technology.

The social “R & D” paradigm in child and youth services: Building knowledge convivially

Adaptation of agricultural and industrial research and development models offers new methods for bridging the worlds of research and practice in child and youth services. Social R & D methodologies provide effective means for generating new social technologies because they are product oriented and use a wide array of traditional and nontraditional data sources. This article discusses one social R & D paradigm—Developmental Research and Utilization. Permanency planning and community support systems research are used to illustrate the past and potential application of this methodology to the field of child and youth services.     

从新疆女性人才的调查看单位环境内的女性人才

从分析新疆女性人才较集中的单位环境入手,说明:单位环境下的正式权力结构、非正式权力结构及一般社会观念对女性人才作用有效发挥以及健康人格形成有制约作用和不利影响,指出未来社会女性人才与工作环境的变动前景。     

Professional Relationship Boundaries: A Social Work Teaching Module

Social workers are often challenged by the complex and ever‐changing dynamics within their relationships with clients, and struggle to find ethical responses within professional boundary grey zones where boundaries with clients can be difficult to identify, yet easy to cross. Social work educators attempt to prepare students for these complex situations, yet in the United States research reveals rates of social work boundary violations that lead one to question the efficacy of social work ethics education. This article describes the educational competencies and instructional strategies that comprise an adaptable course module which was developed in response to this challenge, and intended to increase students' self‐awareness, motivation and professional judgment‐making abilities related to their professional boundaries. The educational competencies for this course include the abilities to: identify boundary violations, apply critical thinking skills to complex professional relationship contexts, increase awareness of self and other, and initiate prevention strategies. In contrast to traditional approaches to education, this article describes instructional strategies that are based on adult‐learning principles, which have the purpose of effectively and creatively teaching topic areas in such a way as to produce behavioural change. These course topic areas include a ‘Professional Relationship Boundaries Continuum’ conceptual framework, boundary violation impacts, personal boundary vulnerabilities, blurring boundary indicators, and risk‐minimizing strategies.     

Structural empowerment,psychological empowerment,and work engagement: A cross-country study

In this cross-country study we drew on job demands-resources theory to investigate whether psychological empowerment mediates the positive association between structural empowerment and work engagement and, consequently, task performance and intention to quit. A total of 1033 employees working in the service sector in Spain (N = 515) and the United Kingdom (N = 518) participated in the study. Multi-group structural equation modeling analyses revealed that psychological empowerment partially mediated the positive relationship between structural empowerment and work engagement, and that work engagement associated positively with task performance and negatively with intention to quit. Invariance analyses suggested that the positive link between psychological empowerment and work engagement was stronger for employees working in the UK than in Spain, providing support for partial structural invariance of the hypothesized model. These findings suggest that psychological empowerment is an underlying mechanism that may explain why structural empowerment relates positively to work engagement with implications for theory (i.e., extend the nomological network of the investigated constructs) and management practice (e.g., emphasize the role of structural empowerment for work design).     

初探养老福利机构社工岗位的配置

目前我国社会工作尚处于探索和发展阶段。本文通过对在养老福利机构加强社会工作人才队伍建设的必要性和可行性的论述,提出了在养老福利机构中社工岗位设置的原则以及岗位配置的设想。     

高校辅导员工作导入学校社会工作理念初探

随着招生规模迅速膨胀,学生生活社区化、成长环境社会化以及弹性学制等情况的出现,高校辅导员工作面临着新的挑战,在其中导入学校社会工作理念和方法,使二者在价值观、工作原理和工作方法等方面互补,除了能够帮助学生获得正确的价值观、知识和能力外,还可以有效整合各方面的资源,发挥大学生主体作用,取长补短,构建更有效的育人平台,探索出新时期高校学生工作的新路径。     

工科大学社会工作专业实习基地建设探索

社会工作是一门为社会弱势群体提供专业服务促进社会和谐的新专业,近十年社会工作教育发展迅速。从中国社会工作教育协会的统计资料看,已经有200多所大学开设了社会工作专业。文章从笔者所在院校新办的社会工作专业出发,探讨社会工作专业实习基地建设与社工人才培养的辩证关系。
