"为人民服务"代表了一种新型的人文精神,其丰富内涵与毛泽东民主观有着密切的联系,反对官僚主义与超越民本主义是其中的主要成份.将"为人民服务"精神渗透于现代法治,有利于为依法治国与政治文明建设营造底蕴深厚的人文基础.     

情系高原 根深叶茂——藏族诗人作家学者蒋永志创作初探

蒋永志在文艺创作和学术研究上均取得相当的成功，其以《高原抒情诗》为代表的诗作，把握了藏民族最为根本的民族精神，展示出可贵的人格力量，得力于他对民族现实生活和历史文化的深刻体念、研究。     

Greater involvement of people living with HIV/AIDS in South Africa

This study reports on a pilot project, the greater involvement of people living with HIV/AIDS Workplace Model, which places trained fieldworkers living openly with HIV/AIDS in selected partner organisations sectors, where they set up, review or enrich workplace policies and programmes. The project adds credibility to partners' HIV/AIDS programmes and creates a supportive environment for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and others to speak about HIV/AIDS. Eleven men and women living with HIV, aged between 30 and 45, and with varied life experiences and education levels, shared a willingness to speak about their HIV status in their workplace. They worked in very different environments but their collective experiences showed that PLWHA can add value to workplace HIV/AIDS programmes in a way that is relevant, effective, efficient, sustainable and ethical. They made companies and communities more aware of the intense need for HIV/AIDS policies and encouraged care and support for infected and affected people.

《彝族民间文学概论》自立项为省级精品课程以来,我们通过课程网站维护、教学资源更新,加强师资队伍建设,转变教育教学理念,推进教学方法与教学手段改革,为提高新世纪民族高等教育教学质量,培养实用型彝汉双语人才作出了积极的贡献。     

当代文学呼唤人民性

人民性是文学的本质属性之一,由于历史的原因,人民性概念传介到中国大多被误读,后又被当成工具性文学而被抛弃.因为创作理念的偏颇和生活经验的不足,当代文学几种主要的创作潮流中,大都存在人民性匮乏和程度肤浅的问题.重提文学的人民性,并不是让文学重归政治的老路,而是把人民性作为使知识分子重拾道德理想,使文学植根于大地的重要手段,从而使作家创作出更多无愧于伟大时代与人民的作品.

中国共产党在延安时期的革命活动"代表中国最广大人民的根本利益"。她始终准确把握时代脉搏,高举"民族"和"民主"两面大旗,表达了中华民族时代的呼声;她厉行民主政治,造就了民主政治的典范;她坚持反腐倡廉,把边区建成了廉洁政府;她开展大生产运动,实行精兵简政,切实减轻人民负担。在"始终代表中国最广大人民根本利益"这个"我们党和毛泽东思想根本的东西"上,中国共产党在延安时期取得了巨大成功。     

My home, your workplace: people with physical disability negotiate their sexual health without crossing professional boundaries

This paper aims to describe research that examined the views of people with physical disability, living in Australia, of their sexual well-being needs from their own perspective. We explored the impact their sexual well-being needs had on their relationships with professional carers. A social model of disability was used to understand how sexual well-being is facilitated or denied in community care. We also explored whether clients' sexual well-being needs could be met without carers or clients 'crossing the line'. Our findings indicate the multiple ways that 'professional boundaries' were negotiated between clients and professional carers. The data show that the location of the 'line' changed, depending on a range of personal, social, economic and environmental factors. The data also show a gap between the sexual well-being needs of people living with a physical disability and the level of support provided at the social and organisational levels. Suggestions are made for research and practice directions.     

以人为本创新高校青年教师激励机制的思考

根据教师工作和个性特点,针对现行高校教师管理制度中的弊端,用以人为本的理念来创新高校青年教师激励机制,以切实提高激励的质量。提出具体的对策建议:增强青年教师的激励意识和能力;建立和完善多样化的激励措施;建立科学的监控评价机制:采用刚柔并举的运行方式。为保障激励效果,还要注意透明度问题、稳定性问题和管理者素质问题。
