浅论中国伊斯兰教教育

伊斯兰教传入中国之后 ,就面临着教育传承的问题 ,于是经堂教育便应运而生 ,成为中国伊斯兰教教育中一种重要的形式 ,发展至今。同时 ,一种新的教育形式———经院教育也逐渐发展起来。经过不断发展 ,中国伊斯兰教教育已形成了成熟的教育机制与特点 ,但同时也仍有许多问题需要在不断的探索中得以解决 ,使全国伊斯兰教教育向更高层次迈进     

Education,identity, and ideology: the Islamic movement and Moslem religious education in Israel

The Islamic Movement, which is called in Arabic Al-harakaat al-islamiyya or Al-haraka al-islamiyya, has, since its foundation in the 1970s, placed emphasis on education, especially the dissemination of the Islamic message. After the movement scored significant successes in local authority elections, its influence increased on the ideological guidelines according to which some of the Arab education system is partially or fully shaped. The article discusses the split in the movement within the State of Israel, and the differences between the southern and northern faction. It also compares Islamic education and Arab education within Israel and abroad in Europe, in countries which have large immigrant Moslem populations.

The education system that the Islamic Movement tries to develop symbolizes the complexity of the relations between it and the state authorities. They are aware that the authorities will not help in differentiation and separation and will not cease from the constant supervision of the movement's educational institutions. Therefore, their choice of a synthesis between formal and informal education or of a partition between pedagogic state education and moral study classes, is a rational, calculated choice, taking into consideration the reality of a cultural – ethnic – national minority.

"三界"宇宙观与社会空间的建构——广西那坡县黑衣壮族群空间观念的研究

本文根据文化人类学社会空间建构理论对黑衣壮族群的空间观念加以分析,以民族志资料说明黑衣壮族群的宇宙观为社会成员对空间的划分和赋予意义的行为提供了认知基础,黑衣壮人通过房屋建筑的象征意义、空间方位的确定、生活空间和仪式场所的安排等途径表达出其族群文化中对空间概念的哲理思考。面对急剧的社会经济变迁,黑衣壮人传统的空间观念也在产生变化,体现出黑衣壮人对自身生存状态和文化变迁过程的反思。     

电视新闻采访中出镜记者应注意的几个问题

电视新闻采访中常常需要记者出镜,出镜记者的提问和现场表现在一定程度上会决定一个新闻节目的成败。作为一个电视新闻的采访记者应该具备如下的职业素养:1.要有对新闻现场的判断能力;2.要有对自身情感的把握能力;3.摆正记者和被采访对象之间的关系;4.做好前期准备,提问有地放矢;5.倾听和引导,让采访双方达到互动。     

Bootstrap Testing of Hypotheses on Co‐Integration Relations in Vector Autoregressive Models

It is well known that the finite‐sample properties of tests of hypotheses on the co‐integrating vectors in vector autoregressive models can be quite poor, and that current solutions based on Bartlett‐type corrections or bootstrap based on unrestricted parameter estimators are unsatisfactory, in particular in those cases where also asymptotic χ² tests fail most severely. In this paper, we solve this inference problem by showing the novel result that a bootstrap test where the null hypothesis is imposed on the bootstrap sample is asymptotically valid. That is, not only does it have asymptotically correct size, but, in contrast to what is claimed in existing literature, it is consistent under the alternative. Compared to the theory for bootstrap tests on the co‐integration rank (Cavaliere, Rahbek, and Taylor, 2012), establishing the validity of the bootstrap in the framework of hypotheses on the co‐integrating vectors requires new theoretical developments, including the introduction of multivariate Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes with random (reduced rank) drift parameters. Finally, as documented by Monte Carlo simulations, the bootstrap test outperforms existing methods.

会计制度是管理国家经济工作的一种重要工具。汉代丝绸之路开辟后,这种经济管理也扩大到对西域都护府的经济管理。几份出土的西域都护府辖下的财务报表真实地再现了两千年前汉代会计制度的原貌,也更让今人理解了古代丝绸之路开辟对当时的经济影响及会计法的重要性。     

中国及TTIP国家贸易便利化水平测评

准确测度中国与TTIP主要成员国之间的贸易便利化差异,便于深刻把握TIP催生的国际贸易便利化新趋势,应对全球贸易规则变迁的挑战.文章首先构建了贸易便利化测评指标体系,采用《全球竞争力报告》《腐败指数》以及《世界竞争力年鉴》的相关数据,对2008-2014年TTIP主要成员国及中国的贸易便利化水平进行了对比测评.研究发现,虽然中国的贸易便利化水平整体上升了,但与TTIP发达成员国的差距依然较大,在口岸效率、海关环境、规制环境和电子商务方面均低于其平均水平.为此,中国应进一步简化海关程序和手续,改善海关环境,提升政策制定的透明度,加大对电子商务中的新信息技术的应用力度,防范TTIP区域内贸易转移效应对我国的影响.     

农民专业合作社绩效评价及绩效影响因素

基于中国合作社的发展现实,重新构建合作社的绩效评价指标体系,重点考量合作社服务农户、农业的能力与效率,应用因子分析法对绩效评价指标体系进行验证,并测度样本合作社的绩效,依测度结果,使用结构方程模型解析合作社内、外部制度安排对其绩效的影响,发现产权制度是影响绩效的根本原因。在中国合作社特殊的形成路径以及严重缺乏合作文化支撑的情况下,产权制度上是否构建了一套权、责、利明晰,对等与匹配的内在激励机制是保证中国合作社有绩效至绩效好的关键。此外,是否有健全的治理机构及相关制度安排、是否公开了财务及经营情况、理事长拥有社会资源的多与少、是否得到国家或金融部门的支持等对绩效均有显著影响。
