制约当前高职教育质量提高的因素分析及对策

从招生规模扩大、办学经费不足、师资队伍建设滞后、实践教学薄弱、缺乏创新性质量监控与评价体系和人才培养与社会需求不相适应6个方面，分析了制约当前高职教育教学质量提高的因素，并提出了具体的解决对策。     

罗尔斯国际政治思想初探

罗尔斯认为国家具有道德特性,并将国家分为五种类型。前两种(自由人民、合宜人民,统称为良序人民)是人民社会的成员,后三种(法外国家、负担不利条件的社会和仁慈的专制主义社会)不是人民社会的成员。在此基础上,罗尔斯认为自由国家有对非自由国家进行战争的权力,保护人权可以成为战争的理由,战争中应遵守战争的规范,即区别对待原则和比例原则。罗尔斯主张国家间合作,但反对建立世界国家;主张国际援助,但援助不是注入资金,而是改善被援助国家的制度环境;主张国内正义原则,但反对国际分配正义。     

Social Policy at the 2004 Election

Social policy appeared to be a key battleground at the 2004 Australian Federal election. Opposition Leader Latham announced major policies on Medicare, family support and taxation, and schools funding during the election campaign. Using sample survey data from the Australian Election Study 2004, this paper analyses how these policies may have influenced voters. In brief, although a significant proportion of electors identified these issues as being extremely important to them when they were deciding about how to vote, many made up their mind about how to vote around the time of the announcement of the election or before. This mitigated the potential effect that these major policies could have on the election outcome. Nevertheless, these policies were important and Labor had a significant policy advantage amongst those who were late deciders about how to cast their vote.

本文旨在探寻中国和阿拉伯民族民间外交的古代历史源头，并进一步探讨中国和阿拉伯民间外交关系在现当代的形成与发展，主要解答以下几个问题：中国和阿拉伯历史上民间外交先驱所付出的努力是否为双方外交关系的建立起了铺路奠基的作用？民间外交工作的本质及其开展形式如何？双方民间外交的现状怎样，如何拓展民间外交在当今社会的发展空间？在建立阿中双方全面、富有成效的战略伙伴关系过程中，民间外交能发挥多大的作用？本文还对如何进一步开展阿中民间外交提出了一些建议。     

Some indications for professional development in social work: a study of theoretical interest and attitudes towards research among Icelandic social workers

This study among Icelandic social workers generally showed positive attitudes towards research activity in the field. Most respondents, whereof half were practice teachers, saw the practicum as an important tool for the integration of theoretical application and research activity to practice. Almost all saw research activity as a feasible way to empower social work as a profession. Simultaneously, a relatively small percentage report their own research activity. Besides this discrepancy some interesting differences were found according to number of years after graduation, field employment and experience as practice teachers. It is argued that the theme in focus is a critical indication of professional development and highly relevant for the educational discourse as for future professional development.     

大学生考试作弊的客观原因及对策

导致大学生考试作弊的原因有主观和客观两个方面,其中客观原因是导致考试作弊非常重要但却往往被人们忽视的方面,其主要体现为不合理的课程设置和激励机制、教学评价的局限性、不良的社会因素和社会压力以及考试法律制度的不健全等方面。针对这些客观原因,相应的对策应当是优化课程体制,还学习自主权给学生;建立多元的激励系统,改善对学生的激励机制;完善教学评价体系,健全考试机制;抵制社会不良风气,减轻学生的社会压力;完善考试的相关法律制度,依法治考。     

Parents’ income and children’s school drop-out at 16 in England and Wales: evidence from the 1970 British Cohort Study

This paper investigates the effect of parents’ income on children’s drop-out from school at age 16 using data from the 1970 British Cohort Study (BCS70). Unlike previous papers using the same data set, we use a continuous measure of income derived from the grouped income variable available in the BCS70, we employ instrumental variable techniques to address the issue of endogeneity of family income and take account of the potential endogeneity of income response with respect to a child’s education by jointly modelling the school drop-out decision and response to the family income question. Our estimates show the exogeneity of response to the income question with a child’s education and are in line with the previous literature finding a statistically significant small negative effect of family income on school drop-out at 16. On the contrary, other non-pecuniary parental effects, such as parental education and social class, turn out to be both significant and of a sizeable magnitude. 二十世纪《诗经》出土文献相对比较丰富，共有13处之多。这些出土文献在《诗经》的版本研究，训诂与音韵研究、早期儒家的引《诗》论《诗》等方面都具有重要的学术价值。但目前对《诗经》出土文献还尚处于个案研究阶段，课题重复、综合研究不足。应在传统研究的基础上，运用多学科交叉，从《诗经》的学术史、思想史、流传与分布、阶层等多方面进行综合研究。

Public relations is often studied from a managerial, instrumental perspective or a psychological, behavioral perspective. To understand the role of public relations in building trust or mistrust and to develop – or destroy – a license to operate, it needs also to be studied as a social phenomenon.

少数民族姓氏简化有规律可循，大体上是将简化的单姓与当时社会上流行的单姓（多为汉姓）相结合，改后的单姓与原有复姓之间或语音上、或语义上、或文字上总是存在种种联系，体现了改姓之初有利于民族融和的意旨。这可以从北朝碑刻中胡姓改化姓氏词得到证明。
