反思中国社会工作专业化面临的主要困境

中国社会工作经过20年的长足发展，已取得很大进步，但也存在着一些困境，需要我们以整体的视角对当前中国社会工作发展现状作宏观把握，理论联系实务，考量自身、参照别国或地区的发展经验，认真反思发展瓶颈。本文首先探讨了社会工作专业化、职业化、本土化三者的关系，并着重从社会工作专业化角度反思中国社会工作发展面临的困境，最后分析了社会工作发展面临的其他主要困境，并试着寻找一些切实可行的解决策略。     

我国社区心理咨询服务的现状及其思考

由于社会的发展带给人们越来越多的压力，很多人由此引发了心理问题。由于人们对心理问题认识不足，以及专业机构的缺乏，使得很多人的心理问题没有得到及时解决。社区心理咨询服务正在成为一个方便、快捷解决人们心理问题的通道，但我国社区建设尚处于发展阶段，所以社区心理咨询服务还有很多问题需要解决。本文介绍了社区心理咨询服务的现状，并针对现状提出了改进我国社区心理咨询工作的一些对策。     

试论社区“时间银行”的发展困境和对策

社区"时间银行"是新型的社区服务模式,在保持强劲发展势头的同时,也遭遇发展困境和障碍。本文指出和分析了社区"时间银行"本身的性质、服务的换算、机构的信誉、志愿者的专业性等问题,并在此基础上尝试着提出了解决这些困境的对策。     

Reconfiguring Social Work Education to Fight HIV–AIDS: A Model for Developmental Contexts

This article charts the response of social work educators in addressing HIV–AIDS. Based at the University of the West Indies in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the faculty within the Social Work Unit developed a model of teaching, research and practice that was innovative and transcended cultural, geographical and professional boundaries. The model has contributed a lasting legacy of knowledge and culturally relevant practices to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of social workers working with people living with HIV–AIDS (PLWHIV). Inherent in the propositions that underpinned the model was a belief in the role of education in alleviating psychosocial and other impacts of social problems. This article describes this unique initiative and discusses its relevance to current social work practice and the implications for contemporary social work education. The authors argue that while social work draws on a common body of knowledge, an established set of professional skills and a universal code of values, these central tenets of the profession should not be regarded as concrete and fixed but must be figured and reconfigured as needed to address emerging contemporary problems and their specific sociocultural manifestations.     

社会工作的开展与弱势群体救助

社会工作以助人自助为宗旨，在弱势群体的救助中起着举足轻重的作用，而弱势群体的存在又促进了社会工作的不断发展。作为一种专业助人活动，社会工作在救助弱势群体领域有着无法比拟的先天优越性，因此我们应当在借鉴西方成功经验的基础上，立足于我国实际情况，尽快完善以社会组织和个人为主的社会支持系统，使我国社会工作在弱势群体救助领域沿着更加科学更加专业的路径发展。     

First-exit times for compound poisson processes for some types of positive and negative jumps

We consider the one-sided and the two-sided first-exit problem for a compound Poisson process with linear deterministic decrease between positive and negative jumps. This process (X(t)) _t≥0 occurs as the workload process of a single-server queueing system with random workload removal, which we denote by M/G _u /G _d /1, where G _u (G _d ) stands for the distribution of the upward (downward) jumps; other applications are to cash management, dams, and several related fields. Under various conditions on G _u and G _d (assuming e.g. that one of them is hyperexponential, Erlang or Coxian), we derive the joint distribution of τ _y =inf{t≥0|X(t)?(0,y)}, y>0, and X(τ _y ) as well as that of T=inf{t≥0|X(t)≤0} and X(T). We also determine the distribution of sup{X(t)|0≤t≤T}.     

社会工作介入信访实践的拓展性探讨

随着现代化、城市化进程的加快,我国社会各群体正处于利益格局调整阶段,社会问题数量增多,且冲突化的趋势愈加明显。传统信访工作遵循以至上而下为主的工作逻辑,仅仅依靠思想政治宣传教育、行政管理作为主要工作模式,已经不能适应当前中国社会的发展。本文从"助人自助"的社会工作价值判断出发,分析社会工作与信访工作的内在联系,凸显社会工作对信访工作理念的完善和案件技术支持的功能,认识社会工作介入信访实践的重要性。     

试析高校党建进学生公寓的目标定位与工作理念

高校党建工作进学生公寓工作的着力点，首先应放在推动建设优良学风，促进大学生成才；其次是放在培育和发展学生的自我管理能力上；第三是放在大学生人生观、价值观的培养上。应围绕这三个着力点，开阔工作思路。拓展工作内容，创新工作方法，坚持以人为本，不断提高党建工作进学生公寓的实效性。     

Assessing participants’ perceptions on group-based principles for action in community-based health enhancing physical activity programmes: The APEF tool

In community-based health enhancing physical activity (CBHEPA) programmes, group-based principles for action such as active participation, enjoyment, and fostering group processes are widely advocated. However, not much is known about participants’ perceptions of these principles as there are no assessment tools available. Therefore, this article describes the development of the APEF (Active Participation, Enjoyment, and Fostering group processes) tool and reports on its implementation in a Dutch CBHEPA programme. Indicators for the principles have been identified from literature research, interviews with professionals, and secondary analysis of three group interviews with 11 practitioners. To address the identified indicators, the APEF tool was developed, pretested, and used in 10 focus groups with 76 participants.The APEF tool consists of eight statements about group-based principles for action, on which CBHEPA participants vote, followed by in-depth discussion. The voting procedure engages participants. Spider diagrams visualise participants’ perceptions of group-based principles.The APEF tool addresses the challenge of relating group level outcomes to individual outcomes such as physical activity behaviour. The tool facilitates as well as evaluates group-based principles for action, it stimulates dialogue and is culturally sensitive, but it needs strong facilitating skills to manage group dynamics.
