企业管理要素之间的匹配性研究

通过探索人力资源和企业文化之间的关系并测量两者之间的匹配度,实证研究两者匹配度对企业产出变量的影响,得到以下结论:尽管人力资源和企业文化具有相对独立性,但在设计人力资源管理和企业文化政策时必须考虑两者之间匹配性。     

A Unified Method for Checking Compatibility and Uniqueness for Finite Discrete Conditional Distributions

Checking compatibility for two given conditional distributions and identifying the corresponding unique compatible marginal distributions are important problems in mathematical statistics, especially in Bayesian inferences. In this article, we develop a unified method to check the compatibility and uniqueness for two finite discrete conditional distributions. By formulating the compatibility problem into a system of linear equations subject to constraints, it can be reduced to a quadratic optimization problem with box constraints. We also extend the proposed method from two-dimensional cases to higher-dimensional cases. Finally, we show that our method can be easily applied to checking compatibility and uniqueness for a regression function and a conditional distribution. Several numerical examples are used to illustrate the proposed method. Some comparisons with existing methods are also presented.     

SOME RESULTS ON TRUNCATION DEPENDENCE INVARIANT CLASS OF COPULAS

ABSTRACT

In this paper, m-dimensional distribution functions with truncation invariant dependence structure are studied. Some of the properties of generalized Archimedean class of copulas under this dependence structure are presented including some results on the conditions of compatibility. It has been shown that Archimedean copula generalized as it is described by Jouini and Clemen[1] Jouini, M.N. and Clemen, R.T. 1996. Copula Models for Aggregating Expert Opinions. Operations Research, 44(3): 444–457.  [Google Scholar] which has the truncation invariant dependence structure has to have the form of independence or Cook-Johnson copula. We also consider a multi-parameter class of copulas derived from one-parameter Archimedean copulas. It has been shown that this class has a probabilistic meaning as a connecting copula of the truncated random pair with a right truncation region on the third variable. Multi-parameter copulas generated in this paper stays in the Archimedean class. We provide formulas to compute Kendall's tau and explore the dependence behavior of this multi-parameter class through examples.

近百年来,中国哲学的研究,存在着一种依傍、移植、临摹西方哲学或西方哲学的某家、某派理论的倾向。有学者认为,这是对中国哲学的史料“梳妆打扮”、“削足适履”去填充西方哲学的表格或框架。这样做的结果,使中国哲学的主体性丧失了,中国哲学成为西方哲学在中国的发展史。因此,提出“重写中国哲学”的问题,希望能够建构一种真正纯粹的、用本民族话语来叙说的“中国哲学”。为此,我们组织了“重写中国哲学”三人谈,现推荐给读者,希望能给学界以新的启示。
