中国企业海外资源并购中歧视性干预风险及其规避

无论是从国家利益还是企业发展的层面看,中国企业海外资源并购都是具有长远意义的战略选择.由于资源行业属于事关国计民生的战略性行业,无论是政府还是民众对于境外投资者始终带有一定的警惕性,因此,政治风险中的歧视性干预风险是中国企业海外资源并购过程中面临的最大、最不可预期的风险.中国企业应采取谋略巧妙地规避海外资源并购中歧视性干预风险,以使中国企业的海外资源并购之路走得更加稳健和踏实.     

A group‐based module for adolescents to improve motivation to change sexually abusive behaviour

This article describes a group‐based intervention for adolescents specifically designed to improve motivation to change sexually abusive behaviour. The intervention is intended to be used as a single module within a comprehensive treatment programme based on cognitive behavioural and relapse prevention principles. It utilizes the Prochaska and DiClemente ( 1983 , 1986 ) model of the stages of change and Morrison's ( 1998 ) seven steps in contemplating change. We have combined these two models to produce ‘11 Steps of Motivation and Action in Changing Sexually Abusive Behaviour’. These 11 steps form the foundation of the intervention. In this paper we describe how we use the 11 steps, with accompanying illustrative vignettes and question cards describing juvenile sexual abusers at various points along the continuum of change, in order to promote the acceptance of responsibility for abusive behaviour and the development of skills to prevent reoffending. Examples of the vignettes are provided, along with a discussion of how they can be used to motivate change, develop healthy group norms in treatment and set individual goals for clients. Finally, we highlight the possibility of future applications of this intervention with male adult abusers, adolescent and adult female abusers, parents groups, significant other groups, individual clients and children with sexually aggressive behaviour. 通过文献分析和定量分析,认为在小城镇的建设进程中,应以产业发展为支撑,尤其应注重产业的聚集问题研究。应用复杂适应系统理论基于StarLogo平台对西部小城镇的产业集聚进行建模与仿真,通过对产业集聚障碍成因的剖析明晰西部小城镇建设的进程和路径,并提出相应的政策建议。     

Can a Self-Regulation Skills and Cultural Arts Program Promote Positive Outcomes in Mental Health Symptoms and Academic Achievement for At-Risk Youth?

ABSTRACT

Self-regulation skills programs focusing on emotional regulation and executive functioning and arts programs have separately demonstrated reductions in internalizing and externalizing disorders and academic difficulties and have shown improvement in self-regulation skills. This study sought to evaluate participants in Prodigy (a program synthesizing arts and self-regulation skills) regarding changes in mental health symptoms and academic performance. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest was conducted with 108 at-risk adolescents and their parents. Significant reductions in internalizing and externalizing mental health symptoms and increases in academic self-efficacy with positive trends in improved academic achievement were noted. Future research regarding the potential of these two modalities is discussed.

大学生失恋心理危机干预:基于失恋心理发展的阶段性特征和易感性研究

探讨大学生失恋心理发展的确认期、刨根问底期、再表达期、讨价还价期和接受期等5个阶段的特征和危机表现,分析失恋大学生心理危机的易感性因素,在此基础上探讨建立包含预警体系、评估体系、救助与治疗体系、帮扶与阻控体系的大学生失恋心理危机干预体系。     

Family Intervention and Services for Persons with Mental Illness in the People's Republic of China

ABSTRACT

Family services and intervention for persons with mental illness is crucial in mental health services. In this paper, the writer attempts to describe family intervention and services for persons with mental illness in the People's Republic of China. Family intervention and services like home-based care, guardianship network, family counseling, and psychoeducational programs are only preliminarily developed. Their effectiveness and challenges in future development are discussed.     

Steps in the Right Direction,Against the Odds,An Evaluation of a Community‐Based Programme Aiming to Reduce Inactivity and Improve Health and Morale in Overweight and Obese School‐Age Children

The study describes an evaluation of a 48‐week physical activity and nutritional education programme for overweight/obese school‐age children using quantitative and qualitative methods. The majority of participants were obese or severely obese when enrolled, and while some improvements in body mass index, self‐esteem and engagement in a range of physical activities were noted, difficulties in evaluating a complex community‐based intervention were highlighted. Children, parents and health professionals described a range of benefits from attending the programme but more intensive services are likely to be needed for the most seriously obese children and for those families resisting intervention.     

SOCIAL INTERACTION AND MORALE OF SPANISH-SPEAKING RURAL AND URBAN ELDERLY

Considered in this survey study is the social interaction of rural and urban Spanish elderly with their kin in a northern New Mexico county. Generally rural elderly were visited significantly more than their urban counterparts. Implications about the modernization of the Mexican-American family are drawn.
