人力資源管理中的潛規則:内涵、維度及其功能

人力资源管理中的潛規則是一種客觀存在,有時甚至對人力资源管理的效率起著決定性作用,但不一定是負面的消極的作用。必須從制度性、價值性和心理性等多重維度把握人力资源管理中的潛規則的內涵。同時,通過對人力资源管理中的潛規則的功能的分析,發現其生存和發揮作用的條件是:多次重後博弈及參與者對這些潛規則的認同。     

人工物技术创造过程中的隐蔽场所理论

作者借鉴系统科学研究的方法,对人工物的技术创造过程及中心法则进行比较分析,指认二者为具有逻辑相应性的同态过程,以中心法则为技术创造的同态概念模型进行分析,反应出信息要素的表达在产品使用价值构成中的关键地位,进而揭示出使用价值的生成存在一个不同于产品制造的场所——一个在以往被忽略了的隐蔽场所。

邓小平有中国特色社会主义警政理论是中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。其基本内容为：在公安工作领域,要解放思想,实事求是,以科学态度正确处理历史遗留问题;要全力确保政治社会稳定,为社会主义现代化建设保驾护航;要以民主法制思想统领各项公安工作;科技是第一生产力,必须坚持科技强警,人才强警和教育强警;要大胆探索,改革开放,以适应不断变化的治安形势。在邓小平警政理论指导下,当代中国警务实践定位准确,方向明确,在改革开放中健康发展。     

农村警务室建设的问题与出路——基于益阳市赫山区的调查

新时期农村警务室建设存在着重“开门”轻“营业”、重“硬件”轻“软件”、重“独唱”轻“合唱”、重承诺轻践诺等问题。引起这些问题的原因主要有经费保障不足、警力资源紧张、传统警务观念与现代警务观念之间存在矛盾、考评机制不完善等。为此,应积极寻求地方党委政府、人民群众的支持,借用民力解决警力资源不足问题,因地制宜地探索符合实际的农村警务室工作模式,转变观念,完善考评机制和制定向农村警务民警倾斜的政策等。     

警务职能的社会化转移——境外私域警务的发展及对我国警务改革的启示

从警务服务的目的、对象和范围来看,警务可以划分为公共警务和私域警务两大类,它们在社会控制体系中处于不同的功能。在现代社会,私域警务已经成为公共警务不可或缺的补充和协作伙伴。在西方,私域警务有两种基本形式：一是契约化间接雇用保安;二是经营者直接成立下设的保卫部门。政府性公共警务供给与市场性私域警务供给并行的二元供给格局,标志着警务职能的社会性转移,这是西方各国警务发展潮流,也是我国警务改革的一个参照。     

The spatial distribution of smoking violations on a no-smoking campus: Implications for prevention

ABSTRACT

Objective: The present study extends research on campus smoking bans by examining where smokers are violating the policy at a large university in the southeastern region of the United States. Participants: The data collection was conducted by one graduate student from the university in August of 2014. Methods: A global positioning system device was used to collect the geo-coordinates of littered cigarette butts as a proxy measure for smoking violations. Results: A hot spot analysis found a number of spatial concentrations on campus, largely around classroom and administrative buildings along with parking lots and garages. Conclusions: The implications of such findings can direct enforcement to target these areas in order to reduce offenses and fulfill the initial goals of policy-makers and university administrators who support smoke-free campuses.

Social movement scholars have long studied actors' mobilization into and continued involvement in social movement organizations. A more recent trend in social movement literature concerns cultural activism that takes place primarily outside of social movement organizations. Here I use the vegan movement to explore modes of participation in such diffuse cultural movements. As with many cultural movements, there are more practicing vegans than there are members of vegan movement organizations. Using data from ethnographic interviews with vegans, this article focuses on vegans who are unaffiliated with a vegan movement organization. The sample contains two distinctive groups of vegans – those in the punk subculture and those who were not – and investigates how they defined and practiced veganism differently. Taking a relational approach to the data, I analyze the social networks of these punk and non-punk vegans. Focusing on discourse, support, and network embeddedness, I argue that maintaining participation in the vegan movement depends more upon having supportive social networks than having willpower, motivation, or a collective vegan identity. This study demonstrates how culture and social networks function to provide support for cultural movement participation.     

Policing in Johannesburg after apartheid

This paper traces the genealogy of the “double paradigm shift” that transformed policing in Johannesburg after apartheid: from public to private and from reactive to proactive. The emergence of a market for residential security services led to the growth of a private security industry and a reconfiguration of urban governance. Responding to a growing demand for “proactive” security services, private security companies have recently begun innovating with new approaches to preventative security. These companies operate in a liminal zone of questionable legality, targeting poor black men as potential criminals to be excluded from the neighbourhoods of their clients.     

“澄明”之思

海德格尔思想的意图在于探讨人类所遗忘的＂思＂,追问存在的思,澄清事物遮蔽的解蔽之思。澄明就是揭示遮蔽到无蔽的转换之思,在此转换过程中,就有对事物的由＂显＂入＂隐＂、由＂隐＂入＂显＂的思。本文着重探讨事物解蔽之中所谓的＂隐＂与＂显＂之思,尤其是＂隐＂时之＂凸显＂。
