国外“三生教育”的探索与借鉴

国外的“三生教育”在实践探索中积累了丰富的成功经验,主要突出对人的生命关注,注重提高人的生存能力和重在促进人的身心健康。在对国外“三生教育”经验的借鉴中,需要结合我国实际,从树立理念、深化改革、突出实践和健全机制上下功夫。     

Offshoring and Cross‐Border Interorganizational Relationships: A Justice Model*

In this article, we develop an interorganizational justice model to explain cross‐border interorganizational relationships. The model contends that cultural distance (construed as the cultural differences between offshoring partners) would influence behavioral uncertainty and the boundary spanners' perceptions of justice. Specifically, the model predicts that high levels of behavioral uncertainty are likely to reduce relational commitment, whereas low levels of behavioral uncertainty are likely to enhance relational commitment. However, boundary spanners' perceptions of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice would mitigate the negative impact of behavioral uncertainty on relational commitment. The model also predicts that culturally similar boundary spanners would be more likely to share similar perceptions of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice than culturally dissimilar boundary spanners. This model has implications for further theoretical discussion and empirical research as well as management practice. Managers could use the interorganizational justice model to assess shared perceptions of justice among boundary spanners and develop transcultural justice competencies.     

Accountability in the Shadow of Hierarchy: The Horizontal Accountability of Agencies

In the Netherlands, new accountability arrangements are created as remedies for the accountability deficit of agencies. These arrangements are of a ‘horizontal’ nature, as the agencies account for their behaviour towards accountees that are not their hierarchical superiors: clients, stakeholders or peers. This paper provides an inventory and qualitative assessment of horizontal accountability arrangements. It is argued that they have added value because they stimulate learning. However, horizontal accountability is not a substitute for hierarchical accountability. Horizontal accountability arrangements operate ‘in the shadow of hierarchy’: they gain significance through complex interactions with traditional forms of accountability.

The effect of alliance experience and intellectual capital on the value creation of international strategic alliances

This paper investigates the effects of intellectual capital (IC), alliance experience and their interaction on the value creation of international strategic alliances (ISAs). Based on a sample of ISAs formed by US firms, we find that firms with a higher level of IC receive greater announcement-period wealth gains. In addition, the empirical results suggest experience positively enhances the wealth effect of ISAs. Finally, we find a significant positive interaction effect between experience and IC on the wealth creation of ISAs. The results demonstrate the importance of considering the joint effects of IC and experience in assessing the value creation of ISAs.     

合作学习的集体困境与解决策略——基于情境理论操作化的思考

情境学习理论提出"实践共同体"概念,关注群体学习互动如何置于复合的社会和文化环境当中。但是,当群体互动概念应用于中国本土的团队实践之时,却遭遇集体行动的困境。为此,笔者尝试提出回归教师权威和重建小组认同的两种修正路径,以探讨摆脱困境的操作策略。     

小组工作中的游戏解说——从“体验学习圈”到“游戏学习圈”

游戏是在一定规则下的生活体验,对于人类的学习意义重大。小组工作常会设置游戏,通过游戏提升小组动力、达成小组目标。在影响游戏学习效果的各种因素中,游戏解说尤为重要。本文参照库伯的体验学习圈,建构出适用于小组工作的游戏学习圈,并在游戏学习圈的理论基础上,提出小组游戏解说的具体三步骤。     

试论吴宓文学批评的标准和方法

从吴宓的文学批评实践入手,分析论述了吴宓文学批评所秉持的标准和方法。指出道德与审美构成了吴宓进行文学批评的两重标准,而＂义理派＂的文学批评方法又使得呈现于吴宓文学批评文章之中的道德宣喻和情感体察都超越了随机和率性的层面,具备了严肃的学理意义。     

《大学》德育思想及其启示

《大学》乃中国古代典籍名篇之一,原《礼记》中的一篇,其蕴含着丰富的德育思想。理学创始人二程称《大学》为＂孔氏之遗书,而初学入德之门也＂。至近代,孙中山先生赞赏《大学》中的格物、致知、诚意、正心、修身、齐家、治国、平天下的修养目标和修养方法,认为这些都是＂应该保存＂的中国的＂独有宝贝＂。可见,继承和创新《大学》之德育思想,对于今天进一步加强和改进德育,提高德育效益无疑具有重要的现实意义。     

浅谈社会调查研究方法课程中定量研究的学习策略

定量研究是社会调查研究方法课程中的主体部分,通过介绍社会调查研究方法课程中量化研究的基本概念和一般程序的基础上,指出社会调查研究方法在日常授课过程中要贯彻＂用中学＂的理念,将理论讲授、方法传授和动手实践这三者之间结合起来,善于用团队讨论策略、小组实践策略和定量研究论文写作策略来引导学生,从而可以有效培养学生的量化思维能力和研究水平。     

组织派系中的“小世界”对知识扩散的影响研究评述

企业及学校中的"团队"建设和"团队"教学无不体现着小世界模型对于组织派系内创新知识的传播和培训效果的迁移的指导作用.本文介绍了小世界社会网络模型的基本特征和理论来源,以及它在实际工作和教学学习中的运用,并在最后提出了该模型进一步发展的趋势.
