试论我国行政合同特权的构成——德、法行政合同特权制度对我国的影响

行政合同特权源于行政合同的行政性与公益性,本质在于实现行政管理目标。文章先对行政合同与行政合同特权的内涵进行界定,重点考量德、法行政合同特权制度的特点,并总结两者的共性与差异,最后结合我国的实际情况,从行政主体所拥有的单方变更权和解约权、指导权、协助权与监督权、强制履约权、制裁权、强制执行权、解释权等角度构建我国的行政合同特权。     

'Du hast jar keene Ahnung': African American English dubbed into German

This paper explores the translation of sociolinguistic variation by examining the ways that African American English (AAE) is dubbed into German. In discussing this ubiquitous yet poorly studied area of language use, I show that ideas about language as an index to social groupings are transferable to the degree that the ideas overlap in the cultures in question. In the case of German, if the character being dubbed is young, male and tied to the street cultures of the urban inner city, then AAE is dubbed using a form of German that has links to the urban youth cultures of north‐central Germany. The transferability of sociolinguistic variation is important to issues related to cross‐cultural communication and the ideologies that may play a role in the outcomes of that communication as well as to linguistic creativity and language style more generally.

费尔巴哈哲学是随着20世纪马克思主义哲学在中国的传播而东渐的。中国学者对它从事真正实质性的研究,是在20世纪下半叶,其解读的理论基础是恩格斯的《费尔巴哈论》。这一研究虽受到一些非学术因素的干扰,但还是取得一定的成就,尤其是近20多年来成果丰硕。费尔巴哈哲学的主题使它永具诱人的魅力。只要我们与时俱进,在解读方式上不断融入新知,注意借鉴国外学者的成果,就会有新的收获。     

试论原民主德国女性就业模式及其影响

在政府实行的,以鼓励和支持工作适龄妇女进入劳动力市场为主要内容的妇女政策影响下,原民主德国形成了以高就业率为特征的女性就业模式。这种模式满足了国家在社会经济建设过程中时劳动力资源的需求,改善了妇女在私人和公共生活领域里的地位。当然,民主德国的女性在劳动力市场上仍然面临各种“重男轻女”的不平等现象,如职业分布、晋升、分配等领域里的不平等。     

德语中外来词的来源和发展

通过介绍德语中外来词的产生、发展及现状，剖析了其他民族语言，主要是西欧语言中的拉丁语、希腊语和英美语对德语的影响，阐述了外来词在语言中的地位和功能，并说明文化优势在语言交流中所起的作用．最后指出，外来语对民族语言的渗透是不以人们意志为转移的社会发展规律，在科学技术高度发达，信息交往空前频繁的２１世纪，各民族在语言方面的相互影响和交流还将大大增强．     

马丁·路德与现代德语

1522-1545年,马丁·路德为推动宗教改革,致力于《圣经》的翻译工作。他的《圣经》德译本同时揭开了德语发展史上新的一页,马丁·路德也因此被称为伟大的翻译家。在《圣经》翻译中他汇聚丰富的德语词汇,尽可能排除方言土语的影响,切实可行地树立了一种统一、普遍而稳定的通行全德的民族共同书写语言,为日后现代德语的形成提供了最重要的前提条件。     

Code choice and code-switching in Swiss-German Internet Relay Chat rooms

In the German-speaking regions of Switzerland, dialect is spoken by all social groups in most communicative situations, Standard German being used only when prescribed. Swiss dialects rarely appeared in written form before the 1980s, apart from the genre of dialect literature. Due to the growing acceptance of informal writing styles in many European languages, dialect is increasingly employed for written personal communication, in particular in computer-mediated communication (CMC). In Swiss Internet Relay Chat (IRC) rooms, varieties of German are used side by side as all chatters have a command of both standard and dialectal varieties. Depending on the channel, the proportion of dialectal contributions can be as high as 90 percent. The choice of a particular variety depends on both individual preference and on the predominant variety used within a specific thread. In this paper I take a quantitative approach to language variation in IRC and demonstrate how such an approach can help embed qualitative research on code-switching in CMC.

The Role of Friendship,Trust, and Love in Happy German Marriages

The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the role that friendship, trust, and love played in the courtship and marriages of eleven German heterosexual couples (twenty-two individuals, including three couples of mixed national heritage) who reported their marriages to be happy. A conceptual model is proposed of how the components of friendship, trust, and love (i.e., love experienced as emotion, behavior, and commitment) may form a foundation for happy German marriages. Identified themes inform suggestions for how these findings can be used by educators, practitioners, and clergy to support and strengthen German marriages.     

目的论视阈下跨文化语言交际规范之研究——以辽宁旅游景区宣传资料汉英翻译为例

旅游文本的翻译质量直接影响着旅游目的地对外推介的效果、外国游客的信息需求和出游决策,进而关系到旅游业,尤其是入境旅游业的健康发展.鉴于目前旅游文本的英译质量参差不齐,本文拟以德国功能学派的翻译目的论为指导,分析旅游文本的功能,结合平行文本从语言风格、信息内容和行文结构三个方面探讨汉英旅游文本存在的差异,并在此基础上以辽宁旅游文本及其英译为研究语料,提出旅游文本英译时可以适当采用删减、增补和改写等策略,以期为提高该类文本的英译质量提供有益的借鉴.
