ABSTRACTThis study offers a grounded theory of ‘new ways of working’ (NWW), an organizational design concept of Dutch origin with a global relevance. NWW concern business solutions for flexible workspaces enabled by digital network technologies. Theoretically, NWW are analysed with reference to Lefebvre’s theory on the ‘production of space’ and are defined along three dimensions: the spatiotemporal ‘flexibilization’ of work practices, the ‘virtualization’ of the technologically pre-defined organization, and the ‘interfacialization’ of meaning making in the lifeworld of workers. Empirically, NWW are explored in a case study of an insurance company which in 2007 radically implemented NWW. The case study consists of a longitudinal – before and after implementation – research based on ethnographic fieldwork, conducted in 2007 and 2010. The article contributes with a conceptual framework for the analysis and management of NWW, and highlights contradictions and ambiguities in the implementation and appropriation of this innovative organizational design. 相似文献

自然界和人的生活都蕴含着节奏,节奏是变化中的均衡,是多样性统一的基础.列斐伏尔指出,节奏正是通过运动在时间和空间中诞生的,身体是节奏的总和,自然节奏与社会节奏之间具有既冲突又协调的多重关系,日常生活就是人体、宇宙时空、文化、社会的节奏的交错,人本质上是日常生活节奏与自然的节奏的和谐一致.他主张由日常生活去发现宇宙、自然的节奏,由日常生活洞悉社会经济的生产、运行、交换与消费等结构. 相似文献

ABSTRACT In this article, we utilize the social theories of Antonio Gramsci and Henri Lefebvre to explore the role that leisure activities such as football play within contemporary China in relation to issues of class. We argue that the recent promotion of football in China can be viewed as a continuation of broader top-down processes of ‘modernization from above' that serves as a microcosm of the wider class contradictions inherent in Chinese approaches to development since the 1980s. The issue of class has been strangely absent from the literature dealing with the development of football in China. We explore the major role of the middle classes as the target for the promotion of leisure activities and consumerist lifestyles patterns as part of the Party-State’s effort to integrate them into a transformed historical bloc. 相似文献

列斐伏尔凭借对空间生产中人与自然空间关系的考察,分析了空间生产与生态危机的关联,竭力达成人与自然空间的全面和谐,让空间生产按照和谐的可持续模式进行下去.空间生产生态化的宗旨就是要建构空间生产中人与自然生态系统的和谐平衡,促进人与自然空间的和谐.空间生产生态化一方面要坚持总体性的生态理念,把满足人的利益和维护自然生态平衡结合起来,另一方面要坚持采用低碳经济,要评估空间生产的生态影响,保证空间生产既合乎人的需求,又合乎自然系统.我们需要转变空间生产方式,倡导资源节约和生态保护,恢复自然生态平衡,推动低碳、绿色、循环经济,形成人人都保护生态环境的社会氛围,扭转生态恶化的趋势,创造合适的生态环境,给后人留下一个美丽家园. 相似文献

亨利·米修与西方文化传统格格不入,在精神探索中与中国智慧携手,将他所接触的中国人和中国风物置于情感的、心理的、文化的、哲学的多种层面上,以西方作为参照,在他的眼里,普普通通的中国人的生存方式和行为方式,都表现为一种智慧。中国绘画与诗,与书法同道、同源,密不可分,这三者之间内在的和谐关系,归根结底就是与宇宙、自然的和谐关系。中国的绘画、书法、戏剧重表现而非再现,重神似会意而非描形摹状。中国戏曲的虚化对米修的艺术创作产生了重要影响。诗人趋虚向道,走进道家智慧。道家思想使诗人获得一种新的关照、新的眼光、新的语言。道家思想给予了他某种务虚智慧,使他的诗歌创作悖逆西方传统,展现出一种新的气象。 相似文献

ABSTRACTCompassion is an emotion that could be useful for improving the lives of animals within the intensive and factory farming system (IFFS). Rhythms that exist within this system play a role in making compassion difficult to realize, which formulates the research question: How do the rhythms of the IFFS shape the affordance of compassion for animals? Drawing on a cultural mode of analysis informed by Henri Lefebvre’s work on rhythms, this paper explored the rhythms of three films that focus on the treatment of animals in this system: Meat; Our Daily Bread and Never Let Me Go. Industrial linear rhythms seem to compromise the compassion offered to animals in the IFFS by manipulating the cyclical rhythms of animals and animalized bodies from birth, through life and at death. Compassion for animals and animalized bodies in the IFFS, this paper concludes, is often provided in a piecemeal and localized manner. 相似文献
