中美房贷险风险保障机制的比较研究

针对当前房贷险颓势引致运行不畅现象,应用比较分析方法,借鉴美国房贷险风险保障机制的先进经验,并结合我国的国情,找出并剖析影响房贷险正常运行的诸多因素,提出建立有效房贷险风险保障机制的解决方案与政策建议。     

First passage game

Appealing to the theory of stochastic games, a two-person, zero-sum first passage game, which may be viewed as a generalization of the first passage decision problem, is developed. In the first passage game, the players have stationary optional strategies and the values are unique and these can be computed using an algorithm for terminating stochastic games. It is also shown that the solution of a recurrence game is closely related to that of the first passage game. Finally, it is shown that a finite step stochastic game with nonstationary transition probabilities and payoffs can be converted to a first passage game whose solution yields a solution of the original finite step game. The first passage game so obtained has stationary transition probabilities and payoffs. Because of its special structure, the solution method reduces to a dynamic programming recursion in the context of games.

论我国现代宣传研究的第一波高潮——20世纪30—40年代中国宣传研究述评

国内的宣传研究比较薄弱，导致我们对20世纪30—40年代国民党统治大陆期间的宣传学术研究之总体规模及其成就存在着认识上的盲点。本文采用文献研究法，收集、整理和分析了该时期主要的宣传研究著述。研究结果表明，该时期出现了大量与宣传有关的研究著作，包括宣传研究、战时新闻传播研究、战时民众动员研究及其他战时问题研究等四类文献，其中的少数研究成果具备了空前的学术水准。无论是从数量还是质量来看，该时期都完全可以被视为我国现代宣传研究的第一波高潮。     

关于动力学理論中的扰动方法

本文讨论了动力学理论中求解Vlasov-Maxwell方程的扰动方法,证明了第一次线性化后的高阶分布函数对研究电磁波与带电粒子之间的互作用没有影响,并给出了第二次线性化后的Vlasov-Maxwell方程的一般求解方法.     

A Tighter Extra-Resource Analysis of Online Deadline Scheduling

This paper is concerned with online algorithms for scheduling jobs with deadlines on a single processor. It has been known for long that unless the system is underloaded, no online scheduling algorithm can be 1-competitive, i.e., matching the performance of the optimal offline algorithm. Nevertheless, recent work has revealed that some online algorithms using a moderately faster processor (or extra processors) can guarantee very competitive performance Kalyanasundaram and Pruhs, 2000 or even be 1-competitive Koo et al., 2002; Lam and To, 2001. This paper takes a further step to investigate online scheduling algorithms with an even higher performance guarantee (i.e., better than 1-competitive algorithms) and in particular, presents an extra-resource analysis of the earliest-deadline-first strategy (EDF) with respect to such a higher performance guarantee.A preliminary version of this paper has been accepted by The Australian Theory Symposium on Computing, 2004.This research was supported in part by Hong Kong RGC Grant HKU-7024/01E.     

当代英美哲学实在论与反实在论语境中的他心问题

身心问题是西方形而上学传统中的一个重要问题,通常也被看作形而上学问题的主要内容。但自从20世纪初的一场哲学革命之后,随着形而上学的被抛弃,身心问题也被英美哲学家们看作思辨哲学的最后堡垒而被抛弃了。由于语言哲学的深入发展,特别是因为后期维特根斯坦的工作,哲学家们愈加关注语言使用者的心灵活动对语言使用所产生的重要的甚至是关键性的影响,对心灵问题的研究正逐渐成为英美语言哲学发展的最新形式,“心灵哲学”被看作是语言哲学的核心。而在这个领域中,他心问题则是实在论与反实在论争论的焦点所在。

过渡时期:向哪里过渡?

马克思所说的过渡时期是向共产主义社会第一阶段过渡,而不是向共产主义社会高级阶段过渡;而向共产主义社会第一阶段过渡,仅仅完成消灭剥削阶级的任务是远远不够的,还必须完成消灭阶级的历史任务。20世纪以来社会主义实践中存在的一个重要问题,就是提前宣布进入社会主义,混淆了过渡时期与共产主义社会第一阶段的界限,造成了理论与实践之间的严重错位。
