从“了”的教学谈现代汉语教材的专业性建设

现代汉语教材的同一性与学科专业的多样性存在着诸多矛盾。对现代汉语教材专业性建设的研究可以从两方面入手：一是语言知识点专业性分布比较研究;二是知识点普及层面上的各个语言知识点专业性特色研究。突显现代汉语教材的专业性特色,需要突出教学重点,扩展教学内容;拓展专业训练,增加专业用例。     

Using Online Databases to Guide Practice and Research

Abstract

As tools for human service practitioners and researchers, online databases to locate evaluation literature are becoming increasingly useful. This article uses a clinical problem (concern about the effectiveness of electroconvuisive shock therapy for depressed persons), and a researcher's problem (planning a study to evaluate group treatment for child abusers), to illustrate logic of online searches for evaluation literature. New techniques for synthesizing many studies may require sweeping changes in how abstracts are formulated for bibliographic databases. Study synthesis techniques suggest ways to code studies to describe treatment method, client type, outcome measures, indices of study quality, and indices of treatment effect size. By replacing abstracts with such coded information, evaluation studies could be synthesized continuously for their program and policy implications.     

How many men work in the English early years sector? Why is the low figure so ‘stubbornly resistant to change’?

This study draws on data from the GenderEYE project, research conducted in England between 2018 and 2020, which aimed to examine the recruitment, support and retention of male teachers within early years education (EYE) with a view of developing a more gender diverse workforce in this sector. Data collection was by means of a survey, 9 case studies with early years settings and interviews with key stakeholders. In this study, we examine a key finding about the persistently low numbers of male EYE professionals, linking this to another finding concerning a lack of specific strategy to recruit and support men.

和谐社会的法学思考——兼论法的本质

“和谐”就是以公开的形式，通过妥协的方式，达到一致的结果。“社会”语词只不过是“群体”的代名词而已，而社会概念则是指和谐的人际关系。人是与动物相对的概念，社会是与自然相对的概念，规范是与本能相对的概念，人的本质属性是社会性，社会的本质属性是规范性。规范的产生标志着社会的形成，社会的形成标志着人的产生，因此，人、社会和法三位一体，构成和谐状态。不和谐的社会是靠恶法来维持的。真正的和本质上的法是民主意志的体现，而恶法则是被奉为法的统治阶级的意志，它不仅不是法，而且是对法的践踏。构建和谐社会，让法回归到民主意志上来，是顺应时代的要求。     

Detection of concordance for extreme ranks

When analysing ranking data from one or more groups of judges one may wish to allow for the possibility that the judges have paid more attention to the allocation of the extreme ranks, rather than to the intermediate ranks. In some cases they may have only worried about assigning the top ranks (1 and 2, say) while randomly allocating the remaining ones.

In another context, the analystmay wish to only take account of the agreement among judges with respect to extreme ranks (top or bottom, or both),

In such situations an analysis of concordance within, and between groups, if appropriate, should be able to deal with extreme ranks specifically. We propose a data analyticapproach, related to an analysis of diversity,which actyally permits an analysis of concordance for each rank separately.     

Job Volatility of Rural,Low-income Mothers: A Mixed Methods Approach

The struggle for rural, low-income mothers to enter and remain in the workforce can contribute to job volatility, longitudinal changes in employment patterns. This study used a mixed methods longitudinal approach to examine job volatility of 245 rural, low-income mothers across 14 states. The mothers were categorized into three groups: stable employment, intermittent employment, and continuous unemployment. Work and family responsibilities were a continuous struggle for these mothers. Some mothers addressed these struggles through changing jobs, receiving social support, and/or staying out of the workforce to care for their children. To reduce job volatility, both qualitative and quantitative analyses showed that human capital development requires workplace flexibility and social support in addition to the traditional investments in education and healthcare.

大学物理课程是理工科学生的一门重要的基础课程。文章分析了建立教学质量保障体系、编制大学物理课课程教学规范的必要性。说明了课程规范与教指委的大学物理课程教学基本要求的关系。探讨了大学物理课程的知识体系,从课程涉及的知识领域到知识单元再到知识点,形成了课程知识体系结构的一个清楚的、有机的整体,从而对教师在大学物理课程的教学过程中具有更好的指导作用。初步地探讨了不同学校及不同专业对课程的不同要求而形成的课程的统一性与多样性等问题。
