关于网络教学系统的一点认识

信息社会,教育进入了数字化时代,计算机辅助教学,网络教学,名声鹊起,发展迅速.就网络教学而言,网络通信技术、信息处理技术的飞速发展起了极大的推动作用.本文简要叙述网络教学的网络平台,介绍基于MPEG-4、MPEG-7标准和虚拟现实技术在网络教学系统的应用.     

论"现代性"的哲学基础--兼论"五四"精神何以走向反面

"五四"新文化运动是20世纪中国历史的一个重大转折点.此后中国所发生的一切,都可以在某一方面溯源于它."五四"学者虽然讲科学、民主和新道德,但并没有为科学、民主和新道德建立起系统的哲学本体论、认识论和伦理学基础."现代性"的哲学基础,乃是以人的自由本质为核心、以人道主义和尊重人权为最高原则的人学本体论,以认识现实的人性和人的认识能力的局限性为前提、确认真理和价值多元、强调任何人都不能以真理化身自居的认识论,以及确认精神的个体性原则、坚决反对把人当作手段和工具、提倡博爱和宽容而不是煽动仇恨的伦理学.以上学理的阐发,庶几可以弥补"五四"学者的不足.     

浅谈IPv6技术原理和应用

介绍了IPv6的基本技术原理和特点及其应用,同时给出了当前通用的几种IPv4到IPv6的过渡技术和实现方法。     

Characterization of minimum aberration mixed factorials in terms of consulting designs

In this paper, by introducing a concept of consulting design and based on the connection between factorial design theory and coding theory, we obtain combinatorial identities that relate the wordlength pattern of a regular mixed factorial design to that of its consulting design. According to these identities, we further-more establish the general and unified rules for identifying minimum aberration mixed factorial designs through their consulting designs. It is an improvement and generalization of the results in Mukerjee and Wu (2001). This paper is supported by NNSF of China grant No. 10171051 and RFDP grant No. 1999005512.     

HOW DO ELECTORAL SYSTEMS AFFECT FISCAL POLICY? EVIDENCE FROM CANTONAL PARLIAMENTS, 1890–2000

Using a new data set on Swiss cantons since 1890, we analyze how the adoption of proportional representation affects fiscal policy. In line with economic theory, we show that proportional systems shift spending toward broad goods (like education and welfare benefits) but decrease spending on geographically targetable goods (like roads). We find little evidence that proportional representation increases the overall size of government. An analysis of the underlying theoretical mechanisms reveals that proportional representation increases electoral turnout, left‐wing representation, and political fragmentation. These changes in political representation explain a substantial share of the rise in education spending, but a small share of the rise in welfare spending or the decline in road expenditures.     

从《谭正璧日记》看一位近代学人的养成

20世纪著名的文学研究专家谭正璧的日记手稿,保留了他自1917年到1924年间的日记。在此期间,处于成长关键期的谭正璧数度去到"五四"、新文化运动正炽的上海。日记展露了他敏感多情、秉直尚侠和善改易变的鲜明个性,留下一张自绘的"青春写真";谭正璧酷爱读书,日记亦记录了他从适意泛读到专事研究的阅读变化,以及在阅读中如何摸索出一套伴随终生的治学方法;谭正璧通过日记标记生命刻度和留存著述资料,也将日记当作日课以磨砺心智和训练写作。他的经历展示了一个近代学人的自我养成,是当时中国知识分子在新旧文化碰撞下求学治学的缩影。《谭正璧日记》的发现,对于研究谭正璧和了解20世纪早期上海等具有多方面的重要价值。     

农业类高校非英语专业大学生外语学习焦虑研究

采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的研究方法,分析中国农业类高校非英语专业大学生外语学习焦虑的主要特征、形成原因和采取的措施。得出以下结论：外语学习焦虑普遍存在于农业类高校非英语专业大学生中;外语学习焦虑与大学英语四级成绩负相关;不同性别、不同专业的大学生在外语焦虑方面没有显著差异。外语学习焦虑形成的主要原因有：口语和听力差;害怕否定评价;考试焦虑;社会和学校环境的影响;独特的心理特征等。减轻外语学习焦虑的措施包括：提高学生的自信;发挥教师的积极作用;营造轻松的课堂环境;增强外语学习动机和兴趣;改革测试内容、测试方法和评分方法;尊重学生的学习风格和个性特征。     

大学英语四级完形填空的题型设计及应试技巧

阐述了完形填空题型的发展过程及其特点 ,深入分析了我国大学英语四级考试中完形填空的命题要求 ,并结合学生应试心理及命题特点 ,着重提出了一套相应的应试技巧。     

A note on Läuter-type robust design for polynomial regression models

In this paper, we consider the problem of model robust design for simultaneous parameter estimation among a class of polynomial regression models with degree up to k. A generalized D-optimality criterion, the Ψ_α‐optimality criterion, first introduced by Läuter (1974) is considered for this problem. By applying the theory of canonical moments and the technique of maximin principle, we derive a model robust optimal design in the sense of having highest minimum Ψ_α‐efficiency. Numerical comparison indicates that the proposed design has remarkable performance for parameter estimation in all of the considered rival models.
