取代三联吡啶光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)

研究了 6 ,6″—二甲基— 4′—苯基 - 2 ,2′ :6′ ,2″—三联吡啶 (TPY)与Cr(Ⅵ )的显色反应。在pH5 .0 6 .2的HAc -NaAc介质中 ,Cr(Ⅵ )与该试剂形成稳定的橙色络合物 ,其吸收峰波长λmax=36 7nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.72× 10 5L(mol·cm) -1,Cr(Ⅵ )浓度在 1.3～ 76 μg/L内服从比尔定律。精密度和准确度实验结果表明 ,该方法准确 ,可用于环境水及电镀水中铬 (Ⅵ )的测定     

抗战时期基督教夏令儿童会初探

夏令儿童会是近代在华诸差会为养成儿童“基督化人格”。为教会造就生力军而开展的一项涉及儿童的教会工作。随着抗日战争的到来，由中华全国基督教协进会发起倡导的夏令儿童会，在中华基督教宗教教育促进会的领导推动之下，迎难而上．除每年七八两月按时照例开办之外．并在一定程度上服务于战时难童救济工作。本文以中华全国基督教协进会月刊《中华归主》为主要资料来源，通过对其中有关夏令儿童会资料的梳理，探求国难时期协进会系统下夏令儿童会的历史真相。

Estimation in capture–recapture models when covariates are subject to measurement errors and missing data

For capture–recapture models when covariates are subject to measurement errors and missing data, a set of estimating equations is constructed to estimate population size and relevant parameters. These estimating equations can be solved by an algorithm similar to the EM algorithm. The proposed method is also applicable to the situation when covariates with no measurement errors have missing data. Simulation studies are used to assess the performance of the proposed estimator. The estimator is also applied to a capture–recapture experiment on the bird species Prinia flaviventris in Hong Kong. Nonparametric control charts based on runs and Wilcoxon-type rank-sum statistics

In this article, we introduce three new distribution-free Shewhart-type control charts that exploit run and Wilcoxon-type rank-sum statistics to detect possible shifts of a monitored process. Exact formulae for the alarm rate, the run length distribution, and the average run length (ARL) are all derived. A key advantage of these charts is that, due to their nonparametric nature, the false alarm rate (FAR) and in-control run length distribution is the same for all continuous process distributions. Tables are provided for the implementation of the charts for some typical FAR values. Furthermore, a numerical study carried out reveals that the new charts are quite flexible and efficient in detecting shifts to Lehmann-type out-of-control situations.

产生于20世纪九十年代的“新一代合作社”,是美国新型合作社组织形式之一,其利用发行交货权,为从事提高农产品附加值的生产经营活动筹集资金的方法;封闭运行,以协议明确合作社与社员间的权责、事项及约束各自行为的运作模式,对规范我国农民专业合作社的运行及突破发展瓶颈问题很有启示。

人力资本理论于20世纪中叶在美国经济学界兴起有着特定的历史条件。美国政府在人力资源的开发和利用方面的努力,“二战”后美国政府对外经济援助计划的实践与反思,经济生活中出现很多难以解释的现象,以计算机的应用为核心之一的第三次科技革命．都为20世纪中叶人力资本理论在美国的兴起创造了历史条件。     

The origins and nature of American nationalism

This article critically analyzes the origins and nature of American nationalism. The first part examines the historiographical debate on the question in what period the formation of an American national identity occurred, i.e. before or after the American Revolution. The second part is concerned with the nature of American nationalism, casting doubt on the claim that American nationalism is exceptional, i.e. inherently different and morally superior to other nationalisms. It refutes the exceptionalist claim by applying recent findings in European nationalism research to the American case and by reinterpreting American nationalism not as an introspective phenomenon but as a demarcation process.

论比较利益原理与发展中国家的贸易政策选择

比较利益原理为国际贸易理论研究和政策选择提供了统一的基础性分析框架。然而 ,发展中国家贸易政策选择却长期背离比较利益原理 ,到 2 0世纪 70年代后才逐渐向比较利益原理回归 ,90年代亚洲金融危机后又对比较利益原理的运用重新进行思考。反思上述历史过程 ,我们应注意以下问题 :在贸易理论研究中 ,要使贸易政策理论具有可操作性 ,不能将贸易纯理论简单地等同于贸易政策理论 ,系统的比较研究和实证研究具有重要意义 ,对理论研究中的意识形态因素应加以重视 ;在贸易政策实践中 ,要尽可能排除利益集团的干扰 ,注意汇率制度的配合 ,安排好各项改革措施的先后次序 ,并充分认识国家大小因素对政策规划的影响。
