空气冲旋钻头牙齿失效分析与新材料实验研究

针对目前空气冲旋钻头钻进中牙齿频繁断裂、脱落以及磨损严重，导致破岩效率低、使用寿命短等问题，采用纳米改型技术，在硬质合金中掺杂纳米Al₂O₃制备出Al₂O₃/WC Co纳米/微米复合材料，对其性能、组织结构进行分析，对其耐磨性、耐冲击性进行实验研究，结果表明：加入3%的纳米Al₂O₃并添加适量的抑制剂和稀土元素能明显改善Al₂O₃/WC Co纳米/微米复合材料的组织结构、细化晶粒，复合材料的耐磨性和耐冲击性能得到大幅提高，较硬质合金YG8提高4～8倍。为大幅度提高钻头破岩效率，延长钻头使用寿命提供了可能性。

权利外观是指某一事实上不存在的权利在外部呈现出存在的表象。它是一个广泛涉及民法、商法等领域的法律概念。权利外观原则的意义和目的在于保护交易安全。它以研究信赖保护的前提要件为内容,发挥着法律解释和法律类推的作用,对法律续造也有着不容忽视的意义。     

Disagreement in Australian partners’ reports of financial difficulty

We use unique data in which both partners report about household finances to demonstrate that there is often disagreement about whether the household has experienced financial difficulty in the past year. Four alternative explanations for this disagreement are tested using the data. The results indicate that disagreement may be related to the severity of the underlying material hardship rather than to gender differences or individual (as opposed to household) views of financial difficulty. We find limited evidence that for some couples information asymmetries contribute to explaining disagreement about financial difficulty. This implies that standard surveys which collect information about the household’s financial position from a representative individual may fail to completely characterize the nature of material hardship.

高校图书馆中文图书采购招标分析

随着高等院校的合并及扩招,很多高校图书馆的生均藏书量及生均年递增图书量都不能达到教育部本科院校教学评估的指标,因此各图书馆的采购经费得到了空前的增加,为使图书馆采购资金得到更好的利用,规范图书采购渠道,避免采购过程中不合理现象的发生,图书馆中文图书采购招标应运而生。已有越来越多的高校图书馆采用这种模式来确定图书供应商。笔者结合本馆的招标实践,就中文图书采购招标这一方式的意义、存在的问题以及招标中应采取的对策进行探讨。     

证据的可反驳性——对高科技证据材料的防御

由于高科技证据材料所具有的特点,其容易造成在实体方面认识论常规错误的发生,以及程序方面剥夺被追诉人程序权利的危险,有鉴于此,应当在证据能力和证明力之外建立证据＂可反驳性＂的新属性,以防止上述危险进入刑事诉讼程序。

通过对《电厂金属材料》这一课程教学现状的初步分析,认为该课程的教学必须更新观念,优化内容,转变体系,在教材建设、教学手段等方面作一些相应的改革.     

A Case Study of Adaptation in a Nonprofit Human Service Organization

This paper demonstrates the applicability of political economy theory to understanding adaptation of human service organizations. Through the use of a case study, the paper demonstrates the adaptation that occurred over twenty years in a family service agency. The findings show an organization selecting a particular service niche in which to operate. The findings further demonstrate a specialized clientele, a diversified program style, marked stability in the organization's financial strategy, and a diversified financial style. The major tier of revenue groups was dominated by Purchase of Service Contracts (POSC) which demonstrated volatility in response to changes in the external environment. Implications are drawn from education and practice.     

Infant feeding and post-neonatal mortality in Derbyshire,England, in the early twentieth century

This paper examines influences on post-neonatal mortality in Derbyshire (England) in the early twentieth century, by applying multivariate hazard analysis to a rare individual-level data set. The data allow detailed patterns of breastfeeding and weaning to be examined. The role of feeding is given special attention as a mediator between mortality and the other environmental, social, and demographic factors considered. Twins and illegitimate children were more likely to have been hand-fed, but this could explain only a small fraction of their increased vulnerability. Artificial feeding was associated with increased risks of death from diarrhoea, respiratory disease, and wasting diseases. It is suggested that the link with wasting diseases was predominantly the result of the greater likelihood of congenitally weak children being hand-fed. Most of the variation in post-neonatal mortality, particularly from respiratory disease, was explained by environmental influences - population density, altitude, and the presence of mining.     

统购统销：农产品社会生产过程的国家化

作为我国计划经济时期物资短缺造就的产物,统购统销是一项完整的制度体系。国家通过“定产、定购、定交、定销和定消”来对其实行严格管控和计划管理,从而实现农产品资源供求的国家化,并把国家权力纵向地从中央延伸到乡村,甚至到农户家庭中,还横向地扩展到农产品的社会生产、分配、交换、流通和消费领域,完全控制了农产品社会生产整个过程,并以此赋予农产品国家的属性,强化社会对国家的认同,达到对社会进行渗透与整合的目的。
