地方政府行为在生产过程和销售过程干预强度的不对等性,导致生产与销售在一定程度上的脱节;与强政 府行为伴生的地方利益和诸侯经济导致农业产业结构调整过程中主要农产品基地分散,引发产业结构趋同和恶性 竞争是天山北坡经济带侧重干政府主导型混合推动的产业结构调整机制中存在的主要问题。必须进一步转变地方 政府职能,创新农业产业化经营模式;降低工业企业对传统能源消耗的依赖度;逐步改变第三产业的非均衡发展 状态。

越南战争与朝鲜半岛南北关系

从朝核问题看中国参与全球性问题解决的“量”与“度”

朝鲜核问题是由冷战后东北亚战略失衡导致朝鲜的空前的不安全感而引发的,因此,朝核问题的解决也是各利益相关方博弈的过程。两次朝核危机中,中国依据自身实力和有所侧重的外交理念,采取了不用的政策和姿态。从中国政府对朝核问题的逐步介入和目前的态势来看,在参与同中国利益密切相关的重大全球性问题过程中,如何把握量与度已然成为中国外交在全球舞台中的重要课题,而对六方会谈积极参与的成功经验可以为中国在其他全球性问题的解决上提供宝贵的经验。     

Introduction: Experience and Emotion in Northern Mobilities

Abstract

This introduction opens a special section on emotional and experiential aspects of travel in Northern and Siberian landscapes. Conventional representations of the Arctic as a frontier have foregrounded the difficulties and risks of travel. The collection of articles presented here serves to complement this perspective, exploring both negative and positive connotations of travel. On the basis of ethnographic fieldwork in Greenland and Siberia, authors discuss the joy of movement along with moments of frustration and tension. Time and seasonality, companionship and imagination, and anticipated and unexpected encounters all bear particular significance in the Far North; simultaneously, they are key to a more nuanced understanding of the emotional qualities of travel in general.     

Boundaries of Frenchness: cultural citizenship and France’s middle-class North African second-generation

Based on 45 interviews in the Paris metropolitan area, I focus on the middle-class segment of France’s North African second-generation and use the framework of cultural citizenship to explain why these individuals continue to experience symbolic exclusion despite their attainment of a middle-class status. Even though they are successful in terms of professional and educational accomplishments and are assimilated by traditional measures, they nonetheless feel excluded from mainstream French society. Because of this exclusion, they do not feel they are perceived as full citizens. I also discuss how this segment of France’s second-generation draws boundaries around being French and how they relate to these boundaries. Despite their citizenship and their ties to France, they are often perceived as foreigners and have their ‘Frenchness’ contested by their compatriots. I argue they are denied cultural citizenship, because of their North African ethnic origin, which would allow them to be accepted by others as part of France. Applying cultural citizenship as an analytical framework provides an understanding of the socio-cultural realities of being a minority and reveals how citizenship operates in everyday life.

王安石对杜诗有很高评价,杜诗对其诗歌创作也产生了一定影响。王安石诗歌关心国事民生,并化用了许多杜诗。他的集句诗直接使用了很多杜诗。王安石使用了很多杜诗典故,注意诗句锤炼,也学习了杜诗句法。但是,王安石诗好发议论,以秽恶入诗,多应酬之作,又用典太多,有以文为诗之病,表现出与杜诗的很大差异性。他成就最高的晚年绝句也与杜诗无涉。总体上,王安石诗与杜诗有较大差异,艺术上也相差很远。

1945—1947年,苏籍朝鲜人经历了北朝鲜主要军政领导人回国、苏联向其朝鲜占领区大量输送干部,直至成为国内主要政治、经济力量的历程。它在加强战后苏联与北朝鲜的关系方面发挥了重要作用。
