现行联绵字语素判断方法的局限性

由于联绵字语素判断一直没有可行的方法,对同一个联绵字进行语素判断,不同的人常有不同的结论。文章考察了用朴素分析法、同型替代法、词义对照法判断联绵字语素所存在的问题。     

Economic ordering policy of deteriorated item for vendor and buyer: An integrated approach

This study develops an economic ordering policy of a deteriorating item with a constant production and demand rate. By considering the view of both the vendor and buyer, a mathematical model subject to single-vendor-single-buyer and multiple deliveries per order is developed. It can be shown that the integrated approach results in an impressive cost-reduction compared with an independent decision by the buyer.     

社区矫正立法新进展及完善

社区矫正是刑罚执行制度改革的一项尝试。从先行试点到正式立法已经走过了七年有余。立法是对改革成果的肯定。刑法修正案（八）将社区矫正制度正式纳入，具有重要的现实意义。可是，过于原则的立法仍然存在社区矫正适用范围狭窄、执行主体不明确、立法衔接不协调等问题。对此，应当进一步加以完善，以便使社区矫正制度的实施更加顺利。

Strategic quest and the search for the primal mother

This paper seeks to offer a Jungian perspective on the purposive behaviour of organizations and to throw light on the recent preoccupation with various organizational initiatives such as quality management, benchmarking, and even strategic approaches to HRD. The paper is unconventional in its approach in that it seeks to engage with the issues it discusses in both its form and its content. The purpose of the paper is to give attention to feminine aspects of the organization and, in particular, to the relegation of the feminine from the organization and, by implication, from social life. Here the feminine equates to the Jungian anima, the archetype of the male feminine. The ideas in the paper operate in the space between the organization as regulation and purposive rationality and the organization as living, physical bodies: between the Law and the Body. The form of the paper replicates these divisions and so text boxes run throughout the text to exemplify the captured otherness which is a central concern of the paper. The rationale for the text boxes is understated to allow the relationship between the rational and the physical to remain playful and ambivalent (see Baudrillard 1990). The paper is concerned with the questing behaviour of organizations and the expression of loss of the feminine, with the construction of masculine emblems that seek to substitute for the lost feminine, and with the impossibility of fulfilment.     

留守幼儿研究的困境与新思路

留守幼儿研究作为当前的研究热点,在不断发展的同时也面临着种种困境：研究对象界定混乱;研究立场主观;研究方法不足;研究视角单一。与此相关,突破留守幼儿研究的困境需要细分研究对象;排除先入为主的研究立场;改善量化研究,加强质性研究;从静态的单一研究视角转向动态的多视角,以此来实现留守幼儿研究的新发展。     

万隆精神下的新中国对阿外交与新时代的中阿关系

历史上的丝绸之路使中国与阿拉伯国家相知相交,中阿友好合作源远流长。作为战后国际关系史重要里程碑的万隆会议,则是新中国成立后首次与阿拉伯国家间的直接接触,为中埃关系实现突破性进展并推动阿拉伯国家与中国第一波建交高潮奠定了基础。半个多世纪以来,万隆精神下的中阿友好合作不断走向深入。近十年来,以“人类命运共同体”理念和共建“一带一路”为引领,中国与阿拉伯国家之间的合作提升到战略伙伴关系的新高度。2020年,中阿双方在抗疫合作中同舟共济、守望相助,谱写出中阿命运共同体的新篇章,成为双方在新时代对倡导团结、友谊、合作的万隆精神的践行。     

派自己人监督:上级股东与公司的代理成本

本文在细分出公司中与终极控制人关系最为密切的三类股东并将其界定为上级股东的基础上,集中考察了上级股东在降低第一类代理问题方面的治理功能。研究发现,更高的代理冲突下,公司对上级股东的参与有着更高的需求,而上级股东的介入也能够降低公司的代理成本。进一步的研究还表明,上级股东的上述监督行为符合收益最大化的理性行为框架。并且,如果按传统股权制衡研究的范式将所有非第一大股东视为一个整体,并不能观测到上述结果。     

"多元协商"与"二元对立"--生态社会主义的社会变革道路

在变革社会的道路问题上,生态社会主义内部存在着“新无政府主义”倾向和“科学社会主义”倾向。“新无政府主义”倾向坚持“多元协商”,反对阶级斗争;而“科学社会主义”倾向则坚持“二元冲突”,强调阶级斗争。
