安守本位,正其位而行——荀子“素位”思想研究

荀子作为先秦时期儒家思想的集大成者,特别重视对于政治伦理哲学的讨论,并提出"隆礼重法"的政治主张。在其哲学体系中,有关"素位"思想的论述具有鲜明特色。荀子继承与发展了孔子"君君、臣臣、父父、子子"的思想以及《中庸》中有关"素其位而行"的思想,并在《荀子》一书中对"素位"思想进行了详尽的说明与论述。荀子"素位"思想可以从积极方面与消极方面来分别加以论述。     

当前农村人情文化的负面效应和正向功能——以温州农村为例

在我国的广大农村,无处不在的人情文化已成为一种人际关系创设与维持的常识与准则.人情作为一种传统习俗,是在长期发展过程中代代传承而逐渐积淀起来的文化现象,它以非正式的形式规定了农民所应遵守的行为规范和价值观念.在当前的温州农村,浓郁的人情文化显现不少负面效应,如加重农民经济和精神负担、容易形成狭隘封闭的圈子而有损道德建设、交易色彩浓郁有损社会公正、规则意识淡薄而有违法治精神.但是,当前人情文化依然被广大农民所认同,源于它也承担了较多的经济社会功能,人情来往是获得社会资源的重要途径,人情交往有经济协作功能、社会福利与民间互助功能、娱乐团聚和社会评价功能、行为约束和社会稳定功能等,只有辩证地加以分析和引导,才能扬长避短.     

Struggles for value: value practices, injustice, judgment, affect and the idea of class

This paper is about the struggle for value by those who live intensified devaluation in the new conditions of legitimation and self-formation, by which the self is required to repeatedly reveal its value through its accrual and investment in economic, symbolic, social and cultural capitals. It explores how this value struggle is experienced: felt affectively, known and spoken through discourses of injustice. Drawing on a small research project, which uses the British New Labour government's Respect Agenda as an evocative device to provoke discussion, the paper details how those positioned as already marginal to the dominant symbolic, presented as 'useless' subjects rather than 'subjects of value' of the nation, generate alternative ways for making value. It examines how the experience of injustice generates affective responses expressed as 'ugly-feelings'. The conversion of these 'ugly feelings' into articulations of 'just-talk' reveals how different understandings of value, of what matters and what counts, come into effect and circulate alongside the dominant symbolic. The issue that most angered working-class respondents is how they are positioned, judged, blamed and held responsible for an inheritance over which they have no control, 'an accident of birth'. They were acutely aware of how they were constantly judged and de-legitimated and how practices such as selfishness and greed were legitimate for others. Showing how they refuse to authorize those they consider lacking in value but with authority and in a position to judge, the paper demonstrates how class relations are lived through a struggle, not only against economic limitation but a struggle against unjustifiable judgment and authority and for dignified relationality. The paper reveals a struggle at the very core of ontology, demonstrating how the denigrated defend and make their lives liveable; an issue at the heart of current austerity politics which may have increased significance for the future.     

Humanising Managerialism: Reclaiming Emotional Reasoning,Intuition, the Relationship,and Knowledge and Skills in Social Work

This paper develops Professor Eileen Munro's coverage of ‘emotional dimensions’ in her Review of Child Protection in England. It argues that managerialism has failed to recognise the importance of the emotional life of human beings and the importance of the relationships we build in social work and that this failure seriously hinders the quality and effectiveness of social work. The paper begins with an account of what an ‘emotional dimension’ might encompass and, drawing on conceptualisations mainly from neuroscience, looks at what is meant by the words emotions and feelings, affect, attunement and empathy. A second section looks at the skewed representation of logical thinking as innately superior to emotional and intuitive reasoning and the part played by conscious and unconscious elements within judicial decision-making. It then analyses the dangers evident in the more extreme and rigid forms of managerialism that can be found in some areas of social work and a final section argues that for managerialism to be humanised it calls for an emotionally responsive relationship-based practice to be located at the heart of social work.     

上海市税收收入与经济增长的相关分析

本文采用动态计量经济学研究方法,运用虚拟变量和广义最小二乘模型,以上海市1949--2005年的数据为样本．对上海市税收收入与经济增长相关性进行实证分析表明,上海市经济增长与税收收入增长基本协调,但是,在上海市经济高速增长的同时,也存在着税收超常增长的态势。这一方面说明税务部门征收管理工作的进步,另一方面也说明税源结构并不合理。为此,应继续加强征收工作;优化产业布局;建立高效税源管理体系。

语义韵是指情感在语篇中流动所形成的语篇情感氛围.但是这种情感流动的形成机制,尤其是语言学方面的形成机制尚无人研究.文学语篇中的情感流动也许应该是由情感词汇和级差手段构成的语义韵域在语篇中滚动所形成,其中以情感词汇为基础,级差手段为辅助.

Psychometric Evaluation of the Affect Regulation Checklist: Clinical and Community Samples,Parent-Reports and Youth Self-Reports

The Affect Regulation Checklist (ARC) was designed to capture affect dysregulation, suppression, and reflection. Importantly, affect dysregulation has been established as a transdiagnostic mechanism underpinning many forms of psychopathology. We tested the ARC psychometric properties across clinical and community samples and through both parent-report and youth self-report information. Clinical sample: Participants included parents (n = 814; M_age = 43.86) and their child (n = 608; M_age = 13.98). Community sample: Participants included independent samples of parents (n = 578; M_age = 45.12) and youth (n = 809; M_age = 15.67). Exploratory structural equation modeling supported a three-factor structure across samples and informants. Dysregulation was positively associated with all forms of psychopathology. In general, suppression was positively associated with many forms of psychopathology, and reflection was negatively associated with externalizing problems and positively associated with internalizing problems.     

国际经济失衡的成因:新形态国际分工的视角

从国际经济失衡的特征出发,本文提出了从"服务-制造"新形态国际分工的视角理解国际经济失衡的成因,并分析了其引致失衡的机制.新形态国际分工下服务贸易和货物贸易开放的非对称性是导致失衡最为直观的原因;国际分工演进中不断恶化的收入分配导致了"服务"国经济的虚拟化、过度需求和贸易逆差,"制造"国的内需不足、生产相对过剩和贸易顺差;国际货币体系的内在缺陷则是新形态国际分工下美国利用金融"跨时比较优势",满足其过度消费需求的制度基础.     

论人际交往诚信及其意义

人际交往诚信关注的是作为公民的个体在社会公共生活领域、家庭生活领域中人际互动的诚信关系,情感性、非功利性和基础性是其特点。人际交往诚信是个人基本的道德品质,是建立社会诚信的基础。它有利于建立和谐的人际关系,能满足个人安全需要,减少不必要的代价。
