福建省人口重心移动路径及其影响因素的人口学分析

通过对1964、1982、1990、2000、2004年人口重心的计算,得到福建省40年的人口重心变化趋势,发现福建省几何中心在尤溪境内,人口重心始终在德化境内;人口分布一直处在不平衡状态,人口密度东部高于西部,南部高于北部;人口重心在东西方向上经历了先向西然后向东的过程,而南北方向上则始终向南移动;40年来人口重心移动路径大约是16公里。我们通过进一步分解人口重心公式,发现福建省1990年人口重心移动的主要影响因素是新增人口;而2000年主要影响因素是流动人口。     

Writing from practice

This study investigates the effects of integration change on the integration success of German acquisitions in Poland. It is argued that the degree of integration change has a positive impact on two success measures, namely, economic growth and efficient co-operation, in the acquisition target. It is further argued that process transparency, participation and positive reinforcement are moderators in this relationship between degree of integration change and integration success. Hypotheses are tested on 521 Polish employees from twenty-nine German acquisitions made in Poland between 1991 and 1999. The results show that there was a positive relationship between degree of integration change and integration success as expected and that only process transparency emerged as a significant moderator of this relationship. Consequences for post-acquisition management after German acquisitions in Poland and limitations of the study are discussed.

沿用德勒兹内在性理论,对惠特曼的诗歌,尤其是《自我之歌》进行解读。惠特曼无意识中追求的是流动无我的纯粹情感和欲望,主要关注了惠特曼诗歌中罗列的语言现象,分析了惠特曼诗歌中破碎的语言现象的深刻含义、精神分裂症式的游牧主体、惠特曼对纯粹情感的追求。     

“第三条道路”的社会福利主张对我国构建和谐社会的重要启示

在构建和谐社会的过程中,应当吸收、借鉴国内外推行社会福利方面政策的经验。作为引起了20世纪80年代以来世界各国社会福利领域发生重大变化的“第三条道路”强调“无责任即无权利”的新原则,提出了积极的福利政策,主张建设社会投资型国家。其中注重人力资本投资、积极的福利政策和发展公民社会对我国构建社会主义和谐社会提供了重要启示。     

互文性新论

文学艺术和科学领域都有互文性现象存在。文学艺术中的互文性是产生新意、形成对话的积极互文性。互文性对于文学艺术至关重要;科学中的互文性是精确转述他人原意、独白式的消极互文性,科学对自己的过去采取与文学艺术截然不同的态度,互文性对于科学来说无足轻重。互文性是一种意义于其中转换生成的函数关系(功能而非本体)。构成互文性必须具备三个要素:文本A、文本B和它们之间的互文性联系。     

情绪·情感·情商--在人类文化社会学平台上的审视

心理学对情绪和情感的研究是一种共时态的,即既成形态的研究.而人类社会学和文化社会学对情绪和情感的研究则是一种历时态的,即演化过程的研究.情绪记忆具有卓越的进化论意义,它确保了人类祖先从危难中逃生;神活思维的基质是人类情感的统一性,而不能领会自己情感的意识则是一种腐化、虚伪的意识;情感智能是一种总揽全局的能力,它是人类创造力的动力,可以突破思维定势和超越逻辑框架,更是社会资本和企业文化不可或缺的因素.     

Pet dogs: Does their presence influence preadolescents' emotional responses to a social stressor?

Despite interest in human–animal interaction, few studies have tested whether the presence of a dog facilitates children's emotional responding. Preadolescents (N = 99) were randomly assigned to complete the Trier Social Stress Test either with or without their pet dog. Children rated their positive and negative affect, and high‐frequency heart rate variability (HF‐HRV) was assessed throughout the session. Children reported higher positive affect when they completed the task with their pet dog, although there were no differences for negative affect or HF‐HRV. Children who had more physical contact with their dog at baseline reported higher positive affect. The findings suggest contact with pets is associated with enhanced positive affect.     

浅析政治教学积极语言运用的德育功能

积极语言是通过语言引导自己和别人关注生活中美好的事物,发现和激励他人的优势和潜能,促进积极的人际关系。语言是教师在教育教学的媒介,如何通过积极语言的使用来有效提升教育教学效果至关重要。立德树人是教育的根本任务,政治学科在德育中发挥着特殊的作用,本文以政治学科教学为例,探究积极语言的使用对政治学科德育功能实现的作用。
