职业保障体系与美国文官的社会地位

本文从政治、经济和社会三个层面对职业保障体系与美国文官的社会地位问题进行了综合的考察。作者认为,一个多世纪以来,在建立与健全文官制度的过程中,美国逐步形成了以职务常任以及优厚的工资待遇和稳定与多元的退休金福利为特征的文官职业保障体系。这一体系,在政治、经济和社会多个层面上为文官提供了职业保障,从而使其在美国不仅握有相对独立的政治权力,保有较优裕的经济生活,而且享有较高的社会地位。与此同时,一些新的问题也开始逐步暴露。     

Comparing professional identities, attitudes, and views in public communication: A study of Chilean journalists and public relations practitioners

Public relations (PR) practitioners’ and journalists’ professional views and attitudes toward each other have been a subject of academic inquiry during the past decades; however, much of this research has focused on Europe and North America. In other regions of the world, for example in Latin America, historical developments and social understandings have led to slightly different conceptualizations of PR and journalism. Using Chile as a case study, this paper reports the results of an examination of Chilean journalists’ and PR practitioners’ professional conceptions. While both groups tend to have somewhat similar views of media relations and see themselves as part of the same profession, there are also important differences which are most likely based on professional socialization processes rather than educational backgrounds or sociodemographic and work related variables. Implications for contextually grounded approaches to the study of PR and journalism are highlighted.     

抗战以前国统区妇女职业状况研究

抗战以前 10年是中国妇女职业发展的重要时期。这时期随着经济恢复和发展 ,成长起一大批职业妇女 ,她们遍及文学、医学、教育、法律、新闻、商业、企业、警察等各行业 ,积极献身事业 ,但在职业活动中 ,始终面临性别歧视、同工不同酬、就业机会不平等 ,已婚妇女处于家庭与职业的两难选择等问题 ,从而影响了妇女职业的开拓和发展。事实证明 ,妇女职业平等的完全实现 ,只能通过社会和民族的解放来完成。     

高校辅导员职业倦怠调查——以贵州高校为例

以贵州高校为例,对高校辅导员职业倦怠进行调查研究。调查表明,高校辅导员具有一定程度的职业倦怠,但总体不严重。性别、年龄、月收入、职称等变量对辅导员的职业倦怠有一定程度的影响。文章针对高校辅导员职业倦怠现状提出对策。     

加强师德建设推进教育现代化

加强师德建设是时代赋予教师的重任;师德修养的全面提升,是教育现代化发展的源动力。师德的内涵随着时代的发展不断丰富;现代市场经济使人们的师德观念经受了考验,也促进了师德水平的不断提高。教师为人师表,自省自力,富于创新精神和创造能力,推动了教育现代化的进程,进而推动了社会经济的发展。     

对广州服务类职业口语现状的思考

服务类职业口语是反映社会文明程度和民众精神面貌的一个形象窗口。通过调查,我们初步了解广州市职业口语使用的基础、需求和培训现状。针对当前存在的不足,我们提出了应该结合产业发展、社会需求、语用特点来解决应用滞后、农村城市化超前培训和从基础到专业技能均等发展的长效性机制问题。     

Video–based observation in impact evaluation

This paper reviews the literature on the use of video–based observation (VBO) with particular attention to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) on development projects. While the use of video both as a research tool and as a strategy for supporting professional development is well–documented across several disciplines, the extent to which VBO has been utilized in M&E contexts is less clearly defined. In order to provide theoretically–grounded recommendations for the development and implementation of one organisation’s innovative VBO impact evaluation scheme, this review examines recent evidence of VBO in M&E contexts and draws on VBO literature more generally to identify its advantages and challenges together with advice for enhancing its effectiveness. Based on this analysis, the paper highlights a number of practical issues that should be considered when VBO is being developed for M&E in development contexts, particularly where videos are being made by participants themselves. The value of VBO in responding to COVID–19 and reducing carbon emissions is also noted.

师范专业认证是由相关教育部门及专业认证机构组织相应的课程与教学专家对于高校某一专业和学科的各个方面进行的专门评价活动。我国师范专业认证工作在2016年开始试点,如今已全面铺开。在师范专业认证背景下开展高校教学管理工作对于高校教学管理质量的提升及教学管理队伍建设都具有重要意义。     

Diversification of Modern College Students＇ Roles and Transition of Their Professional Psychology

大学生社会角色随着社会的发展和时代的变迁不断被赋予新的内涵，体现出与社会期待相适应的特征。当代大学生社会角色具有过渡性、多重性与多变性特征，急剧的社会变革导致社会角色的多元化，加剧了角色冲突，增加了大学生在未来职业道路选择上的不确定性。大学生对社会角色的适应与转变深刻影响着他们的职业价值取向，使其职业心理体现出鲜明的时代特征。     

城市职业女性身心健康与体育生活方式的研究——以吉林省为视角

城市职业女性在生活和工作中面临着多重压力,导致多数女性存在着健康与亚健康的问题。通过调查法、网络查询、专家访谈法等对职业女性体育生活方式的研究可见,建立健康、科学的体育生活模式可以提高女性生命质量和生活质量,对推动全民健身计划的实施具有现实意义。
